Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) is a test to measure the physical fitness of someone during doing his/her daily activities without over tired. TKJI can be done to participants from 6 upto 19 years old. Implementation of TKJI manually makes Officers/Evaluators of TKJI have problems in assessing and calculating TKJI results based on number of participants. TKJI Evaluators also face problems when they want to review or compare test results of participants from the time before. Evaluator can not save the results of test on the site directly. On the other side, TKJI Participants cannot directly accept the results, but they must wait the results in the next few days, after test has been performed. Goal of the research is to make Application Software of TKJI based on Android for people 6 upto 19 years old to measure level of participant’s physical fitness and to make easier the assessing and calculating TKJI results. There are five criterias used, namely the 60 meter Test, Short Distance Running Test, Hanging Body Lift Test, Lying Down Test, Upright Jump Test, and the 1200 metre Medium Distance Running Test. The result of the test can be obtained by participants when they login to TKJI Application, each time after Evaluators uploaded the results. Blackbox testing result of this study toward 70 of interface displays based on 20 respondents gets 98.57%, which is categorized as Very Feasible by Category of Feasible System. Usability testing results produce 90.25% which is declared Very Feasible with same circumstances.

Administration is handled by a Secretary in Public Broadcasting Institution – Radio of Indonesian Republik (LPP-RRI) Pekanbaru. Administration is one field which need to be improved to increase performance of LPP-RRI Pekanbaru in giving services to broadly society in Indonesian area. Incoming Letter Administration is done by recording activity of entering letter manually in an Administration Book of Incoming Letter. Aim of this research is to analize Archieving Information System of Incoming Letters which built on Website of LPP-RRI Pekanbaru by using PHP and MySql for local network. So, Administration of Incoming Letters will not be done manually. Methodology in this research is Analyzing Necessity, Collecting Data, Designing of Recording System from Incoming Letters, Implementing Built System. Method is shown by flowchart and use case diagram. This research can help Secretary in organizing Incoming Letter from year to year completely. So, it can increase Secretary’s productivity. In addition, reporting to Chairmsn of Secretary can be easier because it can be done in form of MS Office. Recording process of Incoming Letters can be done faster because its data kept safety and structurely. Results of research shows that this research works as its framework.

Hybrid Identification System with ARX and Fast Fourier Transform in Application of a Quarter of Vehicle Half Active Suspension. In a control system problem, identification system mechanism is a absolute thing, especially in adaptation controlling to disturbance changing. For that case, is needed an identification method which can identify the changing of disturbance in that system. The aim of this research is to give an alternative in system/plant identification which is a combination (hybrid) of ARX and Fast Fourier Transform. So, it is needed an algorithm design for identification process. In this case, the designed algorithm will be implemented in software that works based on Matlab. The result of car mass 500Kg in seventh second with first way disturbance is the biggest frequency at this time. Operation frequency produced is 27.4889Hz, estimation model magnitude is 1.3431E-006 and estimation model phase is -86.8307. The result of car mass 1000Kg in 15th-second, with second way disturbance is the biggest frequency at this time. Operation frequency produced is 3.9270Hz, estimation model magnitude is 1.1780E-006 and estimation model phase is 131,5950. These results show that as lighter car mass when disturbance happened by road surface, as bigger the operation frequency happen.

Salah satu aspek yang menentukan kemajuan suatu Instansi/Perusahaan adalah kedisiplinan. Jika kedisiplinan bisa diterapkan dengan baik maka besar kemungkinan Instansi/Perusahaan tersebut dapat berkembang dengan baik. Salah satu teknologi yang dapat digunakan untuk memantau Kedisiplinan Kerja Pegawai adalah Teknologi Fingerprint. Teknologi Fingerprint merupakan Teknologi Aplikasi Pengolah Data yang dinilai efektif untuk dapat melihat Kedisiplinan Pegawai dari suatu instansi dalam hal ketepatan waktu saat masuk dan pulang kerja. Dengan alat ini maka setiap pegawai tidak lagi mempunyai alasan tentang persisnya jam berapa tiba di kantor dan jam berapa pulang dari kantor setiap harinya. Hal ini dirasa perlu untuk meningkatkan tingkat kedisiplinan Para Pegawai tersebut, sehingga tidak ada alasan bagi siapapun untuk mengulur waktu masuk dan waktu pulang karena penggunaan teknologi ini berlaku bagi semua pegawai yang ada dalam suatu instansi/perusahaan. Pada Sistem Absensi Fingerprint Berbasis LAN, dilakukan Proses Instalasi dan Konfigurasi Software AMS pada Mesin Fingerprint terlebih dahulu. Setelah selesai mengkonfigurasi Software AMS sesuai kondisi di LPP – RRI Pekanbaru maka Fingerprint siap digunakan. Ada dua hasil yang muncul ketika Pegawai berhasil melakukan scan yaitu Pemberitahuan Sukses Scan serta Melihat Hasil Absensi dan Hasil Absensi Mencetak Dalam Bentuk Laporan.

Desa Tanah Merah merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di kecamatan Siak Hulu, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau. Saat ini seluruh proses administrasi desa dikerjakan manual, disamping itu jumlah tenaga kerja di kantor desa terbatas sehingga pelayanan di kantor desa cukup memakan waktu. Tim Universitas Riau melakukan kegiatan berupa pembuatan sistem informasi administrasi berbasis web dan mobile. Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini tim pengabdian menerapkan suatu teknologi dengan membangun Sistem Informasi Desa berupa website yang berisi informasi tentang desa, dan sistem administrasi surat berbasis web dan mobile untuk membantu pegawai kantor dan masyarakat desa Tanah Merah dalam mengajukan surat keterangan domisili, keterangan untuk mencari pekerjaan dan keterangan untuk menikah. Sistem ini digunakan oleh pegawai kantor desa dalam mengelola administrasi kantor desa, aplikasi mobile digunakan oleh masyarakat desa melakukan pendaftaran dan permintaan surat keterangan yang diperlukan. Sistem informasi desa telah dapat diakses secara online dengan alamat www.desatanahmerah.com dan aplikasi Android telah dapat diunduh melalui Playstore.

Dalam era yang semakin terhubung secara digital, keamanan jaringan menjadi sangat penting. Keamanan jaringan melibatkan upaya untuk melindungi data dan sistem komputer dari ancaman yang berpotensi merugikan, seperti serangan siber, malware, dan pencurian data. Keberadaan ancaman yang semakin kompleks dan terus berkembang telah meningkatkan kesadaran akan perlunya keamanan jaringan yang kuat. Keamanan jaringan adalah hal yang sangat penting dalam lingkungan digital yang terus berkembang. Dengan meningkatnya ancaman terhadap data dan sistem komputer, keamanan jaringan yang kuat menjadi suatu keharusan. Salah satu cara memperbaikinya adalah dengan menggunakan Intrusion Prevention System. Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) merupakan jenis perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras keamanan jaringan yang memantau aktivitas yang tidak diinginkan sehingga dapat mengganggu konektivitas jaringan IPS dapat mengambil tindakan segera untuk mencegah aktivitas tersebut. Suricata adalah sebuah perangkat lunak deteksi intrusi dan sistem pencegah yang sangat efektif yang digunakan untuk memantau lalu lintas jaringan dalam upaya untuk mendeteksi dan mencegah serangan yang berpotensi merugikan. Suricata dapat dikonfigurasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan spesifik organisasi, termasuk penggunaan aturan yang disesuaikan dan fitur-fitur tambahan seperti pemantauan anomali dan integrasi dengan alat keamanan lainnya. IPS Suricata berhasil mendeteksi dan menghentikan serangan yang masuk kedalam jaringan.

Coal mines are generally located in very remote areas and so far from the reach of the power grid. This study designs a coal waste measurement device using solar energy as the power source. The parameter being measured for coal waste is its acidity level to determine water quality standards. The test results show that the photovoltaic (PV) system is capable of supplying power to the pH meter device for a duration of 24 hours with a battery capacity of 18 Ah. The total load of this system is 5.6983 Watts. With variations in load and different weather conditions such as clear, cloudy, and overcast, the solar panel voltage can effectively meet the load requirements within the voltage range of 16.7 volts to 20.9 volts.

Network monitoring is an important activity carried out in monitoring any changes that occur, determine whether each device is connected to the network. The risk of damage and network disruption increases, the network admin must always monitor the entire network system in real time. Monitoring system assist the admin in monitoring the network system that are installed. The Dude also allows for monitoring services that run on each network host, and give a warning on any status changes. As changes the device from UP to Down or Down to Up, that notifications via telegram. The application is used to monitor the network, the notification system will provide the latest information about the condition of the device that has been detected and read The Dude Application that has been set and installed in the Bung Application through the Telegram Application. Test show that all devices connected the network have been detected and read application The Dude, the device is dead, damaged and disconnected, the connection is marked by ping that experience time-out then the device will go down, in that condition the notification will send messages automatically the admin via Telegram media that contains information about the condition the device. The notification system the form of Telegram the admin to know the condition the device without having to see it in real time so as to provide work effectiv for the admin. Research on the application of the soil resistance test using the Geoelectric method was carried out on a public road near the white bridge of Silaing Bawah Village, Padang Panjang City, West Sumatra. Research with the Geoelectric method aims to obtain a soil resistivity map to provide information about soil and rock resistivity in the underground layers that can be analyzed in the field of Earth science. To find out the difference in resistivity of each soil layer, a 2D visual section in the form of color visuals is displayed using Res2Dinv software using the Dipole-dipole configuration. On the first track of ground resistivity map, the resistivity value A <4.655 Ωm - H> 635.5 Ωm and on the second track of ground resistivity map, the resistivity value of A <8.345 8.3m - H> 359 Ωm.Keywords: Dipole-dipole configuration, Geoelectric, Map of soil resistivity.

In processing data on incoming and outgoing letters in LPP RRI Pekanbaru conducted by the secretary still has shortcomings namely the incoming and outgoing mail files have not been well organized. Inefficient in the process of searching for incoming and outgoing mail files, the secretary has to search one by one the letters stored in the folder, not to mention that the file is missing or scattered then it will take a long time to find the file. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based incoming and outgoing mail archiving information system and whatsapp gateway in LPP RRI Pekanbaru so that it can streamline the time in searching, data collection and making reports of incoming and outgoing letters. The programming language used in Information System Design is PHP Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Javascript, and My Structured Query Language (MYSQL). While the system development method used is the Waterfall method. The results of the test based on the Likert calculation formula are as expected. And the Presentation Accuracy of the Questionnaire is 82.5, so the system is very amenable to use. The conclusion of this research is that it can facilitate the processing of letter data, the process of making reports, and facilitate the process of finding data.Keyword : Information System, Incoming Letters, Outgoing Letters, Disposition
