Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of audio-visual media based on ICT (Information Communication and Technology) on the introduction of English vocabulary in early childhood in group B students of TK Pertiwi Kapuhan 1 Sawangan District, Magelang Regency. This research was carried out using Pre-Experimental with the type of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design by conducting initial and final measurements. The subjects of this study were students of gruop B TK Pertiwi Kapuhan 1 Sawangan District, Magelang Regency in the 2021/2022 academic year totaling 12 students. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The data collection method is carried out using the performance method and is measured using a performance assesment sheet based on indicators. The analysis technique used is non-parametric with the Wilcoxon Ranks Test using SPSS IBM version 28.0.1.0 (142). The results showed that ICT (Information Communication and Technology) based audio-visual media had an effect on the introduction of English vocabulary in early childhood. This is evidenced by the results of the Wilcoxon ranks test, a Z value of 3.063 is obtained with a significance level of 0.002 based on the results of the attached SPSS calculation with an average comparison of the initial measurement value of 26.5 and the final measurement of 64.9 after being given treatment using ICT (Information Communication and Technology) based audio-visual media. The results of the study can be said that activities using audio-visual media based on ICT (Information Communication and Technology) affect the introduction of English vocabulary in early childhood.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to see how the project method affects early childhood environmental behavior. The children of Kindergarten Group B at PAUD Pandan Wangi Secang, Magelang, are the subjects of this study. This study was carried out because there are issues with children's environmental behavior in terms of waste, plant concern, and water and energy conservation. The project method will help to enhance this low degree of environmental stewardship. This study was designed using an Experimental Research model of Pre-experimental design in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, which included a pretest, treatment, and posttest. The study was carried out in three stages: planning, implementation, and assessment. The children in this study were from the TK Group B, with a total of 30 youngsters. Observation and interviews are used to acquire data. A parametric test was employed to analyze the data. Through the project technique, the results revealed an increase in children's environmental care behavior. The comparison of the pretest results shows that the lowest score was 15, the highest was 23, and the average was 19. In the meantime, the posttest revealed that the lowest score was 34, the highest was 43, and the average was 38.9. Based on these results, it can be inferred that the project technique has an impact on children in the Kindergarten Group B at PAUD Pandan Wangi Secang Magelang's environmental care behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the project method on environmental care behavior in early childhood during the Covid 19 pandemic. The research sample was in Kindergarten B group children at PAUD Pandan Wangi Secang, Magelang Regency. This research was conducted because there were problems of environmental care behavior during the pandemic related to environmental cleanliness. The low level of environmental care behavior during this pandemic will be increased through the project method. The design of this study used an Experimental Research model of Pre-experimental design in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, namely through pretest, treatment, and posttest. The research was conducted in three stages including preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects in this study were children in the TK B group, totaling 30 children. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengungkapan bahasa melalui penggunaan media busy book di Taman Kanak- kanak Mardisiwi Kaliboto pada anak usia 5-6 tahun tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian dilakukan dengan Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus dimana setiap siklusnya terdapat tiga kali pertemuan. Subjek pada penelitian ini terdiri dari lima subyek penelitian usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak- kanak Mardisiwi Kaliboto Kecamatan Bener Kabupaten Purworejo. Identifikasi variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel input kemampuan pengungkapan bahasa yang rendah, variabel proses peningkatan kemampuan pengungkapan bahasa melalui media busy book dan variabel output meningkatnya kemampuan pengungkapan bahasa anak. Metode pengungpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi (lembar observasi) dan wawancara (lembar wawancara guru kelas). Adapun kriteria keberhasilan penelitian ini dikatakan meningkat apabila telah mencapai 60%. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian peningkatan pengungkapan bahasa melalui media busy book menunjukkan adanya perubahan peningkatan pengungkapan bahasa melalui media busy book ke arah yang positif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya hasil peningkatan pada setiap siklus yang telah dilakukan. Adapun hasil capaian peningkatan pengungkapan bahasa melalui media busy book subyek 1 semula 31,25% menjadi 84,37%, subyek 2 semula 37,50% menjadi 78,12%, subyek 3 semula 34,37% menjadi 75 %, subyek 4 37,50% menjadi 96,87%, subyek 5 28,12% menjadi 84,37%. Melalui pemaparan hasil peningkatan persiklus tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui media pembelajaran busy book dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengungkapan bahasa anak pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Mardisiwi Kaliboto Kecamatan Bener Kabupaten Purworejo tahun ajaran 2021/2022.

Abstract

Aspects of language is one aspect that is owned by early childhood that must be stimulated. At this time, children's language skills have not been optimally stimulated and have not been designed through interesting activities. The aim of this research is to describe the need to implement early childhood language development through Outdoor Learning Activity. This study uses a survey method. The subjects were educators at Early Childhood Education institutions under the auspices of Himpaudi Magelang Regency, the Bustanul Athfal Teachers' Association, the Raudhatul Athfal Teachers' Association totaling 40 educators. The data collection tool used a questionnaire at the FGD event to identify the implementation of OLA in developing early childhood language. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, namely describing facts with the right interpretation to recognize phenomena and to describe accurately some of the phenomena, groups or individuals that are happening. The results showed that 27.03% of educators had implemented OLA every day and had not optimally developed children's language skills. Stimulation of children's language is still carried out monotonously in the classroom by using conversation method by 24%, storytelling 22%, and question and answer 11%. So that it has not fulfilled the BAN PAUD and PNF accreditation instruments, namely education units that apply interesting learning activities outdoors to get at least 30 minutes of sunlight every day. This supports the need for OLA learning designs to take advantage of the potential of the child's environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between sports ability and extracurricular activities of marching troops with kinesthetic intelligence of SDN Secang 1 students, Secang, Magelang Regency. The research used was correlational research method. The population in this study were students in I – VI grades. The sample in this study used purposive sampling, consisting of 98 students. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study was used the simple linear regression and multiple regression data analysis. The results showed that there was a correlation between sports ability and extracurricular activities of marching troops with kinesthetic intelligence. This was evidenced by the acquisition of the coefficient of the Sports Ability variable with Kinesthetic Intelligence of 0.530, the extracurricular activity variable of Marching Forces with Kinesthetic Intelligence of 0.624. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the sports ability and extracurricular activities of the marching troops were correlated with kinesthetic intelligence.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan teknologi informasi memberikan dampak positif dan dampak negatif dalam kehidupan manusia, Dampak Negatif menimbulkan masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti kecanduan gadget pada anak. Didesa karet terdapat anak yang kecanduan gadget  sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian di Desa Karet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegunaan Picture Timetable dalam mengatasi kecanduan gadget. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan observasi secara langsung, wawancara yang mendalam serta pencermatan dokumentasi.. Sasaran penilitian ini adalah 3 orang tua yang memiliki anak usia 5 dan 6 tahun dan telah menerapkan picture timetable di Desa Karet, Kecamatan Magelang Selatan, Kabupaten Magelang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan reduksi data (pemilihan data), data display penyajian data) dan conclusion (penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan Picture Timetable berguna untuk mengatur aktivitas anak secara terjadwal sehingga kegiatan anak tidak sebatas bermain gadget, menjadikan anak mengenal waktu, tidak individualisme, responsif saat diajak berkomunikasi, tidak malas belajar serta menjadikan anak yang patuh terhadap orang tua.
