Abstract

Perkerasan jalan yang umum digunakan di Indonesia adalah campuran Lapis Aspal Beton (Laston). Laston Lapis Aus atau Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC) merupakan bagian yang terletak pada lapisan paling atas dalam perkerasan lentur jalan raya. Lapisan perkerasan ini merupakan kombinasi dari aspal, agregat kasar, agregat halus, dan (filler). Filler merupakan lapisan pengisi yang berfungsi untuk mengisi ataupun menutupi rongga udara pada perkerasan jalan. Filler yang pada umumnya digunakan ialah semen, abu batu, dan abu kapur. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan alternatif pengganti filler yaitu dengan memanfaatkan limbah abu bata dan abu serbuk kayu karena limbah tersebut mempunyai senyawa kimia yang hampir serupa dengan semen Portland. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik lapisan AC-WC menggunakan kombinasi filler abu batu dan abu serbuk kayu. Proporsi abu bata dan abu serbuk kayu yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 100% : 0 %, 97% : 3%, 94% : 6%. Spesifikasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2018 Metode Marshall. Setelah mendapatkan kadar aspal yang optimum untuk masing-masing filler yang berbeda variasi, uji Marshall dilakukan untuk mendapatkan nilai stabilitas dan nilai kepadatan campuran. Hasil dari pengujian menggunakan alat marshall menunjukkan bahwa semua kombinasi memenuhi Spesifikasi Bina Marga 2018. Semakin meningkat komposisi abu serbuk kayu yang digunakan maka semakin meningkat pula stabilitas yang didapatkan, yaitu hasil stabilitas tertinggi pada kombinasi 94% abu bata dan 6% abu serbuk kayu senilai 1105,11 kg dengan kelelehan 3,82 mm.

Abstract

Lapis pengikat aspal beton terletak di antara lapisan permukaan dan lapisan bawah perkerasan lentur jalan raya. Laston merupakan campuran dari agregat kasar, agregat halus dan bahan pengisi (filler). Semen portland, abu kapur dan abu terbang merupakan bahan pengisi yang sering digunakan pada perkerasan lentur jalan raya, namun bahan pengisi tersebut terbatas jumlahnya karena merupakan bahan yang tidak dapat diperbaharui. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan alternatif pengganti bahan pengisi yaitu limbah abu serbuk kayu dan abu bata yang memiliki senyawa kimia yang hampir menyerupai semen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik Marshall terhadap campuran AC-BC. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengkombinasikan limbah abu serbuk kayu dan abu bata dengan rasio 0:100, 3:97, 6:94. Setelah mendapatkan kadar aspal optimum untuk setiap rasio kombinasi bahan pengisi maka dilakukan pengujian Marshall untuk mendapatkan nilai VIM, VMA, VFA, stabilitas, kelelehan dan Marshall Quotient. Hasil uji karakteristik Marshall dari ketiga kombinasi telah memenuhi Spesifikasi Bina Marga 2018. Namun, stabilitas tertinggi dihasilkan oleh kombinasi bahan pengisi 6% abu serbuk kayu dan 94% abu bata, yaitu 1.187,45 kg. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi persentase abu serbuk kayu yang digunakan maka nilai stabilitas juga mengalami kenaikan.

Abstract

The Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) model which is integrated with the Geographic Information System (GIS) can provide an overview or prediction of the influence of land management on watershed hydrology in accordance with the interests of evaluating and monitoring watershed management activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the management of the Bukit Suligi Micro sub-watershed based on land use patterns, as a basis for determining the best recommendations for Forest and Land Rehabilitation activities by planting forestry trees based on community participation in Sei Kuning Village, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The research method is processing primary and secondary data using a SWAT model integrated with GIS in analyzing hydrological characteristics in land use scenarios in the management of the Bukit Suligi Micro Watershed, as a basis for determining the best recommendations in Forest and Land Rehabilitation (RHL). community participation-based forestry tree planting activities in the Village. The best option in the land use scenario is the second scenario, which in its implementation in the field is the application of agroforestry to the existing Protected Forest Rehabilitation, only needing to insert forest plants based on community participation in Sei Kuning Village, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency.

Abstract

The road pavement that was inundated by peat water would be easily damaged since asphalt is quickly oxidized by acid in peat water. This damage could also occurred due to inundated by rain. The road pavement submerged by rainwater will make aggregate and asphalt easily separated. This study aims to determine the impact of peat water and rain on the characteristic of AC-WC asphalt through Marshall tests using asphalt penetration 60/70. The tests were carried out using the Marshall tests based on the Indonesian Standard from Bina Marga 2018. The specimens were soaked for 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours in the temperature of 60°C. The tests results shows that immersion in the peat water and rain could decreased the stability of asphalt value as soaking time increased. Based on the results, it is shown that the asphalt has stability values of 1103.68 kg, 948.81 kg, 854.48 kg, and 780.55 kg, respectively, after soaked in peat water for 24, 48, 72, 96 hours. Also, it is shown that the asphalt has stability values of 1206.43 kg, 1185.68 kg, 978.94 kg, dan 889.85 kg, respectively, after soaked in rain water for 24, 48, 72, 96 hours. In peat water, the asphalt has RSI value of 95.83%, 82.38%, 74.19%, 67.77%, respectively, after soaked for 24, 48, 72, 96 hours and in rain water, the asphalt has RSI value of 97.18%, 95.51%, 78.85%, 71.68%, respectively, after soaked for 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours. It was obtained that asphalt soaked in rain water has a better RSI value than asphalt soaked in peat water and it is complied with the requirement of Bina Marga 2018 (90%).Keywords: Rain, peat water, AC-WC

Abstract

Simpang Jalan Riau - Jalan Kayu Manis termasuk simpang tiga lengan tak bersinyal yang berada di Kota Pekanbaru dan sering mengalami kemacetan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja simpang tak bersinyal Jalan Riau - Jalan Kayu Manis. Metode perhitungan kinerja simpang tak bersinyal ini berpedoman kepada MKJI 1997. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa arus puncak adalah hari Kamis 21 Juli 2022 dengan hasil Q = 3.132 smp/jam, C = 2.727 smp/jam, DS = 1,15, D = 30,75 det/smp dengan tingkat pelayanan D. Sehingga DS telah melebihi nilai yang diisyaratkan MKJI 1997 (DS ≤ 0,75) dan tingkat pelayanan telah melewati berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 96 Tahun 2015. Setelah dilakukan penanganan simpang ternyata efektif, nilai DS menjadi 0,74 dan tingkat pelayanan menjadi B sehingga sudah memenuhi nilai yang diisyaratkan.

Abstract

The mixture of road pavement layers that is commonly used in Indonesia is a mixture of Asphalt Concrete (AC-WC). Addition of wastecrumb rubber (crumb rubber) in asphalt concrete mixture is a solution for highway planning and reducing waste pollutioncrumb rubber (crumb rubber) produced from a rubber tire factory. The purpose of this research is to determine the maximum percentage addition crumb rubber (crumb rubber) in the AC-WC mixture withfiller palm fruit bunch ash and to determine the residual strength index (RSI) value of the mixture which has a durability value that meets the requirements of General Specifications for Highways 2018 Revision 2. This study uses bitumen content with the percentage of mixed wastecrumb rubber used in the determination of OAC of 0%, 3%, and 6% by weight of asphalt andfiller palm fruit bunch ash 4% by weight of one AC-WC sample. The results of this study indicate testing marshall on variations crumb rubber 0% (without crumb rubber) as a normal mixture and 3% has met the specifications while the 6% variation does not. Maximum test results on the combination crumb rubber 3% resulted in the highest stability value of 1,028.85 kg at 0.5 hour immersion. The results of the durability test showed that the RSI value with a variation of 0% and 3% only fulfilled the 3 hour immersion time.

Abstract

The Population growth and development in an area lead to increased water demand and reduced use of green land. These changes can cause environmental degradation, decrease in environmental quality and existing water resources. Therefore, wise and sustainable development is needed for society. In this case the Government of Pekanbaru City has included a policy on Water Resources and Infiltration Wells in the Regional Regulation (PERDA No. 10 of 2006). One of the main objectives of implementing the PERDA is to prevent stagnation of water during the rainy season which can be detrimental to the community, especially in residential areas and other buildings. However, some researchers has stated the reality in the field that the implementation of this PERDA is not going well. Technical provisions for the use of infiltration wells are water level elevation and soil permeability which must meet the requirements. Therefore, this study aims to measure the elevation of the groundwater table, test the permeability of the soil and present the test values and measurements on a spatial map Therefore, this study aims to measure the elevation of the groundwater table, test the permeability of the soil and present the test and measurement values into a spatial map based on a geographic information system (GIS). This spatial map depicts the coordinates of sampling points that provide information on permeability values and groundwater levels, as well as recommendations for making infiltration wells at each sample point that meet the requirements. Thus, this spatial map can help residents or the government to obtain information on which locations are recommended for infiltration wells, because not all locations can be used.

Abstract

Project PLTU RIAU 2x110 MW is located in Tenayan Raya regency, Pekanbaru, Riau province. The project proposed to support energy demand especially for Riau Province in line to support a national program in order to increase national electricity ratio. This projectneeds high funding to construct therefore, it is necessary for the Government to study and analyze some aspects including financial. 30 % of the project funds came from PT PLN (Persero) equity equal to Rp995.646.470.749,47 while the other 70% which isRp2.323.175.098.415,43 came from loan. Feasibility analysis represents that Net Present Value (NPV) is Rp515.754.288.356,69, Benefit Cost Ratio is 1,05, Internal Rate of Return is12.62%, whereas Payback period is 16 years and 3 months, it represents that this project is feasible. The sensitivity analysis showed that the investment will be sensitive at 177,26%, thebenefit will be sensitive at 93%, the cost at 109% from the original value, and interest will be sensitive at 12,62%. As per deterministic sensitivity analyses from the several variables indicated that the highest to lowest influences in sequence is (1) tariff, (2) r class tariff, (3) operational and maintenance cost, (4) exchange rate, and as per the regression value also indicated that (1) tariff, (2) r class tariff, (3) operational and maintenance cost, (4) exchange rate, has the effect from the highest to lowest variable.Keywords: Finansial Analisys, Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return, Payback period, Sentivity Analysis.

Abstract

Risk is an uncertain condition or event. A risk has a cause and if the risk occurs, there will be consequences so that an identifiable system must be established to reduce it to a minimum to the acceptable limit. The focus of this research is the risk of the construction of Sadira Plaza and Tangram Hotel Pekanbaru. The purpose of the research is to know the risk variables that affect the project and the design formula of risk management strategy. The research step with the distribution of questionnaires consisting of 9 variables or 50 risk indicators compiled with the dichotomy scale to the employees involved in the project is PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk as the contractor and PT.Target Optimal System Solutions as Construction Management Consultant obtained a total of 29 respondents with a valid questionnaire. Then the results of the questionnaire processed by using Cochran Q-Test, obtained 6 variables or 17 indicators that cause project risk. Furthermore, to analyze the fish bone diagram used to see the process of project implementation activities so as to know the root cause of the risk and make the formulation of the risk of development project of Sadira Plaza and Tangram Hotel Pekanbaru.Keywords: Fishbone Diagram, Risk, Dichotomy Scale, Cochran Q-Test

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze and identify the minimum cost of heavy equipment usage on the reconstruction Pariaman-Manggopoh border area Padang Pariaman Regency West Sumatera Province and to give the alternative manufacture and the effective enforcement method in the use of excavator. The calculation is analyzed using Bina Marga method. Based on the result, it is found that building the Aggregate Foundation Layer class A needs minimum cost Rp. 1.587.698.428,60 and building the Asphalt Pavement Layer needs minimum cost Rp. 4.954.643.081,75. The project enforcement can be done through several manufacture alternatives.Keywords : cost analysis, productivity, heavy equipment, and enforcement method
