Abstract

Abstrak Bullying atau perundungan di sekolah adalah masalah yang signifikan di seluruh dunia, mempengaruhi perkembangan fisik, emosional, dan spiritual individu. Indonesia tidak lepas dari kasus perundungan, termasuk kasus yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Demikian pula kasus bullying di labschool, mulai dari kasus ringan sampai dengan sedang. Secara spesifik, belum terdapat kasus bullying yang mengkhawatirkan melainkan sekadar bullying antar teman yang tidak mengakibatkan dampak serius. ituasi perkembangan siswa yang mengalami kerapuhan mental dan motivasi, baik disebabkan kondisi rumah maupun lingkungan sekolah menambah panjang daftar permasalahan di sekolah. Salah satu elemen yang penting dalam mengurangi risiko demotivasi dan kerentanan mental adalah guru, baik guru BK maupun guru mata pelajaran. Hypnoteaching sebagai bagian dari peningkatan kapasitas individu dimulai dengan memahami lebih jelas mengenai hipnosis. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan hipnoteaching kepada 25 guru yang terdiri dari guru bimbingan konseling (BK) dan guru mata pelajaran Labschool UNESA sebagai bentuk penguatan kerentanan mental peserta didik melalui metode experiential learning. Dengan beberapa praktik di setiap siklusnya dan soal pre dan post tes, terdapat evaluasi yang berlangsung selama satu bulan pengamatan melalui daring antara guru dengan penyelenggara PKM serta pakar hynoteaching. Guru mendapatkan manfaat dari pelatihan ini untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dengan kondisi mental siswa yang sehat. Kata kunci: pengabdian; pelatihan; hypnoteaching; kerentanan mental siswa. Abstract Bullying in schools is a significant problem worldwide, affecting the physical, emotional, and spiritual development of individuals. Indonesia is not free from bullying cases, including cases that occur in the school environment. Specifically, there have been no cases of bullying that are merely bullying between friends that do not cause serious impacts. The development situation of students who experience mental and motivational fragility, either due to home conditions or the school environment, adds to the long list of problems in schools. One important element in reducing the risk of demotivation and mental vulnerability is teachers. Hypnoteaching as part of increasing individual capacity begins with a clearer understanding of hypnosis. This Community Service activity aims to provide hypnoteaching training to 25 teachers consisting of guidance and counseling teachers and Labschool UNESA subject teachers as a form of strengthening students' mental vulnerability through the experiential learning method. With several practices in each cycle and pre- and post-test questions, there is an evaluation that lasts for one month of observation through challenges between teachers and community service organizers and hynoteaching experts. Teachers benefit from this training to create enjoyable learning with healthy student mental conditions.Keywords: keywords: community service; training; hypnoteaching, students' mental vulnerability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Pakis Surabaya untuk mencapai kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien. Puskesmas Pakis berperan penting dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat di wilayah kerjanya, namun data menunjukkan adanya fluktuasi kunjungan pasien dan beberapa keluhan terkait pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner dan analisis Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural (SEM). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 200 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien, yang kemudian memediasi pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas pasien. Semua indikator valid dan reliabel, dengan nilai loading faktor di atas 0,708 dan nilai AVE lebih dari 0,50. Analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan memengaruhi kepuasan pasien sebesar 43,8% (hubungan lemah) dan kepuasan pasien memengaruhi loyalitas sebesar 54,9% (hubungan moderat). Faktor-faktor seperti keandalan, empati, dan komunikasi efektif menjadi dimensi utama dalam memengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sikap terhadap perilaku, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan terhadap niat deteksi dini kanker leher rahim dengan metode IVA di Puskesmas Gading, Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan melibatkan 100 wanita usia subur sebagai sampel yang dipilih melalui teknik quota sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket berstruktur dengan skala Likert untuk mengukur sikap dan persepsi responden terhadap deteksi dini kanker leher rahim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap terhadap perilaku dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat deteksi dini kanker leher rahim. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pihak kesehatan untuk merancang program sosialisasi yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi deteksi dini kanker leher rahim di masyarakat.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki banyak keragaman dari budaya, suku bangsa, agama, hingga tradisi termasuk memiliki keanekaragaman hayati baik flora maupun fauna yang tinggi. membahas salah satu keanekaragaman flora di Indonesia yaitu daun Semanggi, dikarenakan daun Semanggi identik dengan Kota Surabaya. Daun Semanggi termasuk dalam keluarga hydrocotyle adalah tumbuhan menjalar yang hidup di daerah yang tanahnya lembab, oleh karena itu jenis tumbuhan ini tumbuh subur di Indonesia. Di era globalisasi dan peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan, tren konsumen mulai beralih ke produk-produk yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Riset ini memakai jenis studi kuantitatif. Responden dalam riset ini ialah Konsumen Kampung Semanggi. Data yang diperoleh dari 90 responden diolah memakai teknik analisis SPSS. Hasil riset memaparkan bahwasanya Produk Ramah Lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap Keputuan Pembelian, Kesadaran Konsumen berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Persepsi Nilai berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Sawunggaling tergolong dalam kategori usaha skala mikro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh pengalaman berwirausaha dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja UMKM dan pengaruh pengalaman berwirausa dan pelatihan terhadap entrepreneurial self-efficacy pada UMKM binaan Kelurahan Sawunggaling. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 40 pelaku usaha UMKM binaan Kelurahan Sawunggaling yang pernah mengikuti pelatihan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan teknik yang diambil yaitu sampling jenuh (sensus) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 pelaku usaha UMKM binaan Kelurahan Sawunggaling. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman berwirausaha tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM, pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja UMKM, entrepreneurial self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja UMKM, pengalaman berwirausaha berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap entrepreneurial self-efficacy, pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap entrepreneurial self-efficacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak di Kota Surabaya, dengan studi kasus pada penggunaan sistem Tax Surveillance Kota Surabaya. Tax Surveillance adalah sistem yang menggunakan teknologi berbasis sistem perangkat lunak untuk memonitor dan merekam transaksi wajib pajak secara otomatis yang dijalankan oleh Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Surabaya. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak restoran yang masih aktif beroperasi, berada di wilayah Kota Surabaya Pusat, sudah terpasang sistem Tax Surveillance pada aplikasi yang dipergunakan untuk transaksi, berjumlah 40 wajib pajak restoran. Sumber data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada wajib pajak dengan kriteria tersebut secara online dengan cara mengirimkan link google form melalui whatsap responden. Dianalisis menggunakan Software SPSS untuk uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas, sedangkan untuk Hipotesis menggunakan Smart PLS, untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel serta peran mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Actual System Use. Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Actual System Use. Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Actual System Use tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak

Abstract

A purchasing decision is the process by which consumers choose to purchase a particular product or service after evaluating various factors that influence their choice. This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Tokai gas lighter products in Surabaya. The type of data used is quantitative data using non-probability sampling techniques. Data was collected using a purposive sampling method with 200 samples. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and calculated using IBM SPSS 25. The results of this research show that the variables of product quality, brand image and price have a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Product quality, brand image, and price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions about Tokai gas lighters. The practical implications of these findings are the importance of improving product quality, by ensuring products have good durability, high efficiency, and superior safety features, companies can increase consumer trust and loyalty, set competitive prices, and build and maintain a strong brand image. strong to increase consumer trust and loyalty. Building and maintaining a strong brand image is the key to attracting and retaining customers. Keywords: brand image; price; product quality; purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims at integrating the causality model between customer relationship strategy, brand equity and customer loyalty at government owned banks and private banks in East Java. The research location is the BNI 46 and BCA main branches in 5 (five) ex East Java Districts, i.e. Surabaya, Kediri, Madiun, Tuban, dan Jember. The research sample includes the two banks, BNI 46 and BCA banls in the five areas: Surabaya, Kediri, Madiun, Tuban, and Jember. The number of samples is 105 customers are from BNI 46 and the other 105 customers are from BCA. To test the research hypothesis 2 conceptual models were developed. Furthermore the data were analyzed using descriptive statistic and structural equation model (SEM). Based on the descriptive statistical analysis and loading factor, it was shown that there is no CRM strategic differences, as told by the customers of both banks, BNI 46 and BCA, because the customers give high (positive) value to all the CRM strategy indicators of the banks they deposit their money, and in fact the shared value indicator gets the highest score and trust is the significant determinant for the customers in doing total evaluation by the bank customers showed that the brand equity of both BNI 46 and BCA get positive score. For BNI 46 customers the brand equity which was strongly felt was quality impression while for BCA customers it was brand association. In the total evaluation of the bank brand equity, both BNI 46 and BCA customers did not give different scores: the customers of the two banks showed that brand awareness level has the highest loading factor. Moreover, the customers of both BNI 46 and BCA showed high loyalty to the banks they save their money. For BNI 46 customers their loyalty was shown by their the length of time of being BNI 46 customers, while for BCA customers their loyalty as shown by their willingness to recommend other people to use BCA service. In the total loyalty evaluation the customers of both banks give different scores. For BNI 46 customers, BNI 46 is the first banks they use for financial transaction while for BCA customers the loyalty was shown by their willingness to recommend other to use BCA services. Based on the hypothesis testing using SEM, it was proved that the close relationship which was formed through the application of CRM strategy could strengthen bank brand equity for the application of CRM strategy could strengthen bank brand equity for their customers. The application of CRM which forms close relationship with the customers proved to strengthen the customers loyalty to the banks. Although banks are able to put the brand strength in the customers' mind, its effect will gradually reduced unless at the same time the banks also apply effective CRM strategy. Customers prefer direct, interaction or touch through CRM strategy to the banks' effort to put the bank brand strength in their mind.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the national economy, making a significant contribution to economic growth and development. In Indonesia, the presence of MSMEs greatly aids in reducing unemployment caused by limited labor absorption in the formal sector. The number of MSMEs in Indonesia, including in the Sawunggaling sub-district of Surabaya, continues to increase. The Sawunggaling sub-district itself has numerous potentials that can be developed into business activities. Unfortunately, due to limited human resource competencies, the creative spaces available have not been fully utilized by partners. Partners also face difficulties in designing attractive food and beverage packaging. This program aims to optimize existing facilities and provide training to foster entrepreneurial spirit and improve MSME skills in terms of food and beverage packaging design. The activities implemented include enhancing understanding and skills through training that introduces entrepreneurial strategies and product packaging, including incorporating MSME identity into the packaging. The results of the PKM activities show that the PKM target was achieved well, namely an increase in awareness and knowledge among MSME actors in the food and beverage sector in the Sawunggaling sub-district, Surabaya, about the importance of entrepreneurial mindset and product packaging, as well as packaging design ideas that can enhance competitiveness.

Abstract

Despite the widespread use of CRM, evidence regarding its consistent effect on customer loyalty remains fragmented. The rapid development of the virtual world today is very worthy of consideration for a business to immediately build relationships with customers. This study aims to analyze the influence of customer relationship management on customer loyalty within the company. This study uses a literature review method. The data used comes from the outcomes obtained from the research that has been conducted and published in national journals accredited by SINTA. This review applied a qualitative content analysis of 21 SINTA-indexed articles published between 2020–2025. The steps of data analysis are: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The research results and discussion indicate that CRM has a positive and meaningful impact on customer loyalty within a company. The more effective or appealing the CRM program implemented, the higher the customer loyalty. CRM helps gain a better understanding of customers and can provide more personalized service tailored to individual needs, thus strengthening loyalty. CRM is crucial for building, maintaining, and enhancing strong relationships with customers, as it can provide significant opportunities for companies to increase long-term profits. In conclusion, the implementation of CRM can maintain the existence of a company's business in the long term and can maintain and increase customer loyalty so that they do not switch to competitors. This study identifies dominant CRM dimensions affecting loyalty and highlights gaps for future empirical investigation.
