Abstract

This study examines the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method in planning the production of Dewi Passion Fruit syrup. Through a literature study approach, collecting articles or journals related to production planning, determining order size and MRP. The results showed that the results of forecasting the demand for passion fruit syrup were 87,751 liters with passion fruit raw materials of 175,502 kg and sugar of 87,751kg. As well as based on the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method and lot sizing techniques which include Silver Meal Algorithm and Wagner Within Algorithm, the one used in this study is Silver Meal Algorithm because it has a smaller total order cost and storage cost than Wagner Within Algorithm.

Abstract

Promotion is one of the rights and obligations of lecturers for the performance burden that has been carried out by lecturers in order to implement the basic values of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The lecturer ranking system is implemented based on the lecturer's performance in teaching, research, and service that has been carried out. The lecturer rank system is implemented through a fairly long process and verification, so that the creation of a good ranking system will provide good added value in higher education services to the performance of lecturers for promotion. In this study, optimization of the lecturer's functional position promotion system will be carried out. The result achieved is a lecturer rating system by calculating the weight of credit scores in order to obtain a recommendation for promotion of lecturers for functional positions in universities and based on the Customer Satisfaction Index from a survey conducted on 50 respondents showing a score of 76.12%. It states that the rating system is at the level of satisfaction.

Abstract

achieving its goals, the company will face certain obstacles so that the companymust have good management. Because without good management the company will experiencea shortage of production (shortage) or excess production (over stock) which results inlosses for the company. UD. SM Edi Mardiana Serdang Bedagai is a business that producesbricks which is experiencing problems in the form of excess production inventory. Therefore,a policy is needed to control the amount of production by adjusting consumer needs so as notto cause losses for the company. One method that can be used is the Economic ProductionQuantity (EPQ) method which can determine the optimal production level, the optimal timeinterval to minimize inventory costs. From the results of calculations using the EPQ method, the optimal level of brick production for each production period is 4.326.589.75 seeds withan interval of 6,79 months and the total cost of procuring production with the EPQ method isRp313.532.065,9

Abstract

Abstract. Hospitals play an important role in supporting public healt by providing high quality services, especially in providing optimal services for inpatients. Patient satisfaction is the main indicators to assess the quality of services in the hospital. This research aims to determine the effect of services on the level of satisfaction of inpatients at Murni Teguh Hospital using the ordinal logistic regression method. The results showed 44% of respondents were satisfied and 29% of respondents were very satisfied. Variables that have a significant effect on patient satisfaction are food service, medical facilities and medicines, and administrative services. The Negelkerke’s coefficient of determination of 0.825 indicates that 82.5% of the predictor variables affect the overall assessment of impatient satisfaction. The results of the model interpretation show that the highest chance of patients to feel very satisfied is in the medical facilities and medicines variable with an odds ratio of 2.959.

Abstract

In improving the quality of service to provide satisfaction to students, SMAN 1 Berastagi needs efforts to meet student expectations, so that students get satisfaction with the services provided by SMAN 1 Berastagi. Student satisfaction with the quality of services received can be measured using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Physical evidence, dependability, responsiveness, assurance, and care are the five aspects of service quality that make up service quality, which is an important term for service consumers. Of the 20 attributes asked to students, there are 2 attributes that are in the A quadrant important and anticipated. Prioritizing improvements in this dimension needs to be done. Factors included in quadrant A include ease of access to school services and ease of contact for educators.

Abstract

Abstract: Finding the shortest route is a problem to find a path that connects two nodes with the least amount of weight. Many methods are used in finding the shortest route. One of the methods used is Dijkstra's algorithm. Dijkstra's algorithm is an excellent algorithm used in determining the shortest route from a startingpoint toan end point (destination). In this study, the determination of the shortest route from each kelurahan in the Medan Baru District to the nearest Covid-19 referral hospital can be searched maximally using the Dijkstra algorithm with the distance taken through the google maps application. However, there are some limitations that are limitations in this study. The drawbacks are traffic jams, traffic lights, one-way streets. This cannot be ignored on routes in urban areas. In the future, researchers will look for optimization of determining the shortest route by including some of the problem constraints that occur. The Dijsktra algorithm is an application that must be modernized for more complex constraints.

Abstract

SATU USU is a platform that integrates various digital services at USU into a single portal, simplifying students’ access to academic and administrative information. The purpose of this study is to analyze student satisfaction with the SATU USU service and to identify which factors have a significantly influence. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. A modified WebQual 4.0 model was used to measure service quality, and data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The analysis results show an R² value of 0.817, indicating that the variables in the research model explain 81.7% of the variance in student satisfaction. Furthermore, the analysis reveals that the variables of usability, service interaction quality, and trust have a significant impact on student satisfaction, while the information quality variable does not show a significant effect in the use of SATU USU.

Abstract

Education is an attempt by the Government to increase the country's potential to be able to compete with other countries that are experiencing very rapid development. The development of education will have an influence on the life of the local community, that is, it can affect various aspects of life, be it social, economic, cultural, religious, language and also the environment. The extent of the influence of educational development on aspects of life can be studied independently. Besides that, education also plays a major role in expanding employment opportunities, encouraging activities of supporting industries, introducing natural and cultural beauty that is inseparable from a sense of increasing brotherhood in the national and international environment. This is because education itself creates multiple economic impacts, namely direct, indirect, and secondary impacts, which provide opportunities for the growth of businesses and the role of local communities in the education sector. This research will discuss about Active Learning Training with Mathematics Tools at SDS HKBP Pembangunan 3 Medan. The result achieved is that schools are able to provide effective services online in the face of changing times caused by Covid-19 and can provide more information regarding the location of tourist objects that will be traversed by local and foreign tourists.
