Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa persen tingkatan soft skills siswa jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Kudus dalam di era disrupsi. Populasi dalam pe- nelitian ini adalah siswa jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Kudus dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah propotionate stratified random sampling, sehingga didapatkan sampel sejumlah 160 siswa. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis angka indeks dalam penelitian ini yaitu soft skills yang dimiliki oleh siswa dilihat dari angka indeks masing–mas- ing atributnya tersusun menjadi atribut dengan nilai indeks tertinggi hingga terendah yaitu etika/integritas/tanggung jawab dengan nilai indeks 87,81%, motivasi diri dengan nilai indeks 87,63%, kerjasama/keterampilan interpersonal dengan angka indeks 86,94%, kemauan untuk belajar dengan nilai indeks 84,35%, pengambilan keputusan/ pemecahan masalah dengan nilai indeks 78,31% komunikasi dengan nilai indeks 74,01: dan manajemen waktu dengan nilai indeks 74,00%. Menunjukan bahwa soft skills yang dimiliki siswa jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Kudus secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan nilai indeks 81,86%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan prima setelah pemekaran wilayah kecamatan di Kabupaten Jepara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung kantor kecamatan yang merupakan masyarakat Kecamatan Kembang, Pakis Aji dan Donorojo Kabupaten Jepara. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus iterative dan didapat jumlah sampel yang menjadi responden sebanyak 115 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rumus angka indeks. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Rata-Rata Indeks Total Sebesar 86,37%. Besarnya rata-rata angka indeks masing-masing dimensi yaitu pada dimensi tangible (bukti fisik) sebesar 89,94%, reliability (kehandalan) sebesar 83,97%, responsiveness (ketanggapan) sebesar 86,57%, assurance (jaminan) sebesar 88,02%, dan emphaty (empati) sebesar 83,38%. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan prima kantor kecamatan setelah pemekaran wilayah kecamatan di Kabupaten Jepara baik dan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan administrasi kecamatan, dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan angka dengan kategori tinggi.

Abstract

This study aimed to test the service quality of the independent variable, namely public services on the dependent variable, namely population administration services. The population in this study were all people who provided services in the sub-districts of Salatiga. The sampling technique in this study used incidental sampling. The number of samples in this study was obtained through calculations with the iteration formula and the number of samples who became respondents was 115 people. Data collection methods used questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis with the index number formula. The results showed that the Total Index Average was 81.37%. The size of the average index number for each dimension, namely the tangible dimension (physical evidence) of 68.97%, reliability of 69.04%, responsiveness of 77.8%, assurance (guarantee) of 74, 25%, and empathy of 72.93%. The results of this study indicated that people who were visitors to the districts in the city of Salatiga had a moderate view of service quality. This was because the quality of sub-district services in Salatiga had not been maximized. Services in the sub-districts of Salatiga were in the medium category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur dan memberikan gambaran seberapa besar kemampuan manajemen kearsipan siswa dari aspek ketelitian, kecerdasan, kecekatan, dan kerapian serta mengetahui apakah kemampuan manajemen kearsipan siswa telah sesuai dengan kemampuan seorang arsiparis yang dibutuhkan di dunia kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Kompetensi Keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ajibarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 111 orang/responden yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggukan analisis deksriptif dengan angka indeks. angka indeks. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan manajemen kearsipan siswa ditinjau dari aspek ketelitian masuk kedalam kategori tinggi dengan perolehan angka indeks sebesar 80,98%, aspek kecerdasan masuk kedalam kategori tinggi dengan perolehan angka indeks sebesar 72,23%, aspek kecekatan masuk kedalam kategori tinggi dengan angka indeks sebesar 71,79%, dan aspek kerapian masuk kedalam kategori tinggi dengan angka indeks sebesar 84,92%.

Abstract

Fokusdalampenelitian ini adalah pengaruh strategi,kompetensi professional dankompetensipedagogikterhadap kinerja guru SMK negeridanswastajurusanpertanian di kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh strategi peningkatankompetensi, dan pengaruhnyaterhadap kinerja guru SMK negeri dan swasta jurusan pertanian di kabupaten Semarang. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan observasi. Hasil analisis mengarah pada kesimpulan bahwa kompetensi profesional berpengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kompetensi pedagogic berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja, strategi peningkatan kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja, kompetensi profesional berpengaruh terhadap strategi peningkatan kompetensi guru, kompetensi pedagogic berpengaruh terhadap strategi peningkatan kompetensi guru, kompetensi profesional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui strategi peningkatan kompetensi, kompetensi pedagogic berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui strategi peningkatan kompetensi

Abstract

Teacher performance is influenced by several factors, including teacher commitment, teacher profesional competence and teacher motivation, the higher the commitment, profesional competence and motivation of a teacher, the better the performance. The purpose of this study is to obtain concrete evidence about teacher motivation in mediating the effect of teacher commitment and teacher professional competence on learning outcomes. This research used a quantitative approach with a hypothesis study research design. The population of this study was 297 Vocational High School teachers in Blora Regency. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. So that a final sample of 109 people was obtained. Data analysis techniques using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that commitment had a direct influence of 34% on teacher performance. Professional competence has a direct influence of 26.1% on teacher performance and teacher motivation has a direct effect of 44.5% on teacher performance. Commitment has an indirect effect of 11.1% through motivation on teacher performance and professional competence has an indirect effect of 24.2% through teacher motivation on teacher performance.

Abstract

Teachers’ performances that had not been maximum required more attention. Teachers’ performances were influenced by several factors, such as academic supervision, principal leadership, and performance motivation. Higher academic supervision, principal leadership, and teacher performance motivation would lead to better performance. This research aims to analyze the academic supervision and principal leadership through performance motivation as a mediator toward the Publics Islamic JHS teachers' performance in Demak Regency. The applied approach in this research was quantitative. The research population consisted of the teachers of Public Islamic JHS in Demak Regency. The sampling data technique was purposive sampling. The applied data analysis techniques were descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The findings showed that academic supervision, principal leadership, and performance motivation were correlated directly to teachers’ performance. The academic supervision and principal leadership did not have a direct effect moderated by performance motivation toward teaches’ performance.

Abstract

Lulusan SMK memiliki masalah di Kabupaten Demak. Masalah tersebut adalah meningkatnya pengangguran pada lulusan SMK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan, keterampilan, lingkungan keluarga baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha melalui personality traits siswa SMK jurusan pemasaran se- Kabupaten Demak. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa jurusan pemasaran SMK se-Kabupaten Demak yang berjumlah 125 siswa. Sedangkan sampel menggunakan random sampling dengan rumus Tare Yamane yang berjumlah 95 siswa. Variabel penelitian meliputi pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan lingkungan keluarga sebagai variabel bebas, personality traits sebagai variabel perantara, kesiapan berwirausaha sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket, alat analisis data dengan jalur (path analysis) dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan berpengaruh secara positif dan sigifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha baik secara langsung ataupun melalui personality traits. Keterampilan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha baik secara langsung ataupun melalui personality traits. Lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha baik secara langsung ataupun melalui personality traits. The Alumni Vocational High School have a problem at Demak District. This researched aimed to know the influence of knowledge, skill, and family environmental directly or indirectly to the readiness of business through personality traits of vocational High School students in Marketing Major of Demak District. The population of this research was all of the vocational High School students in Marketing Major of Demak District that the number was 125 students. The sample used random sampling using Tare Yamane formulation that was consists of 95 students. The variables were knowledge, skill, and family environmental as independent variable, personality traits as the intermediate variable, readiness of business as the dependent variable. The technique of data collections through questionnaire, data collecting tool through path (path analysis) and sobel test. The result of this research showed that knowledge influenced positively and significant through readiness of business directly or through personality traits. Skill was influenced positively and significant through readiness of business directly or through personality traits. Family environmental were influenced positively and significant through readiness of business directly or through personality traits.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumtif disebabkan oleh keinginan pemenuhan kebutuhan yang berlebih termasuk para remaja. Siswa SMA di usia remaja seharusnya mampu mengelola keuangan yang dimilikinya secara tepat dan rasional. Rendahnya literasi keuangan berdampak pada rendahnya keinginan menabung yang berdampak pada kebiasaan belanja berlebihan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji model perilaku konsumtif dengan rasionalitas sebagai variabel intervening literasi keuangan, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung literasi keuangan dan rasionalitas terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar -48,5%, variabel rasionalitas berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar -20%, variabel literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap rasionalitas sebesar 26%, sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif melalui rasionalitas adalah sebesar -53,7% dengan total effect sebesar -5,2%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, rasionalitas yang tinggi menurunkan perilaku konsumtif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas XI Ilmu Sosial se-Kota Semarang dengan rasionalitas yang tinggi cenderung memiliki perilaku konsumtif yang rendah dan mampu memprioritaskan kebutuhannya dengan baik sehingga menekan perilaku konsumtifnya. Consumer behavior caused by excessive desire fulfillment including teenagers. High school students in their teens should be able to manage its money appropriately and rationally. The effect of low financial literacy adversely will be spending habits of excessive and make people become consumptive. The research purpose is to analyze the models of consumptive behavior with rationality as an intervening variable between financial literacy and to determine the direct effect of financial literacy and rationality on consumptive behavior. By Employing a quantitative method. By using SPSS application the study try to analyze with path analysis. The result of this study found that financial literacy influence consumptive behavior by -48.5%, rationally influence consumptive behavior by -20%, financial literacy influence rationally by 26%, while for the indirect effect of financial literacy against on consumptive behavior through rationally by -53.7% with total effect by -5.2%. The conclusion of this study, the high rationality lowering consumer behavior. This suggests that a class XI student of Social Sciences as the city of Semarang with rationality that tend to have low consumption behavior and be able to prioritize their needs so well that pressing consumptive behavior.

Abstract

Saving behavior needs to be instilled in young children up to adulthood. The culture of saving that is instilled early on in children can give many benefits, form economical characters, discipline in spending money and prepare for the future. The purpose of this study was to analyze and find empirical proves of the role of parents, financial literacy, and self-control and future perceptions on students’ saving behavior as well as the influence of parents’ role financial literacy, self-control and future perceptions on students’ saving behavior. The type of research is quantitative with the correlational approach. The research technique used was proportional stratified random sampling with samples of 247 students. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results of the study indicated that the role of parents, financial literacy, self-control, and future perceptions affect saving behavior. Parents' role affects saving behavior through financial literacy, self-control and future perceptions as mediating variables.
