Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi pada komitmen organisasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat rumah sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Temanggung. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 98 perawat. Metodhe pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda secara parsial menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi yang baik akan dapat meningkatkan komitmen organisasional. Kepuasan kerja yang baik akan meningkatkan komitmen organisasional dan juga budaya organisasi yang baik akan meningkatkan komitmen organisasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan kuisioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 92 orang. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan propotional random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Plasa Simpang Lima Semarang. Budaya Organisasi yang baik, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan disiplin yang tinggi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meneliti pengaruh konflik pekerjaan-keluarga, persepsi hukuman organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja pada penurunan ketidakhadiran pekerja wanita. Populasi penelitan adalah pekerja wanita bagian produksi PT HYUP SUNG Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 pekerja. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji signifikans parsial dengan bantuan program SPSS IBM 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima. Ketidakhadiran pekerja wanita akan menurun ketika pekerja merasakan keseimbangan waktu dan tidak tertekan dengan pekerjaan, mempunyai persepsi bahwa hukuman organisasi bisa mendidik pekerja, serta merasakan kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya.

Abstract

Performance is an important thing that can support organizational life. With good performance it will certainly make it easier for the organization to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived organizational support, work stress, and organizational culture on job performance with partially and simultaneously test. The population in this study were all employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang City and total of the employess are 482. The samples used in this study were 83 employees using proportional random sampling technique. The methods of data collection are using interviews and questionnaires. The methods of data analysis are instrument feasibility test, descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, multiple regression test, partial significance test (t test), simultaneous significance test (f test), and coefficient of determination test using SPSS program. The results of this study showed that there was positif and significant effect of perceived organizational support and organizational culture on performance. As well as there was negatif and significant effect of job stress on performance. And the results also showed that there is a simultaneous effect independent variables on dependent variable. The conclusion of this study is to increasing employee performance are employees must have a high level of perceived organizational support, good organizational culture, and low job stress levels

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of service quality, destination image and perceived value on visitor satisfaction Owabong on Purbalingga Waterpark. The sample size of 107 respondents Consists with an incidental sampling trough Likert scale questionnaire. Analysis of the data using descriptive percentage and multiple linear regression with SPSS series 23. The result Showed that service quality, destination image and perceived value has a positive and significant impact on visitor satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is proved that the better service quality will Provide Increase of visitor satisfaction, the better of the destination image are owned will Increase of visitor satisfaction and the higher perceived value of visitors will increase is the visitor satisfaction in OWABONG Waterpark Purbalingga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the work environment, job training, work motivation, and job satisfaction on work productivity. The number of samples in this study were 86 employees with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection method using a uestionnaire. Data analysis using percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption, multiple regression analysis, and determination coefficient. The result show that there is a significant influence between work environment, job training, work motivation, and job satisfaction on work productivity. The better the work environment and the quality of training, the higher the motivation and job satisfaction will further increase employee work productivity. To maintain the work environment, job training, work motivation, and job satisfaction given to employees, the objectives can be achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to determine the effect of transformational leadership, procedural justice, employee engagement, and work environment on organizational commitment. The type and design of the research used in this study is quantitative research. The population of this study is employee of the editorial department of Merdeka Press Semarang. Sampling in this study is using a saturated sampling system and obtained the sample size that must be used in this study is 124 employees. The application method of data collection using a questionnaire with a interval. The analytical method used is the test instruments (validity and reliability), hypothesis testing with SPSS 22. The results of the study show that all hypotheses are accepted. Therefore could be known that transformational leadership has a effect on organizational commitment. Procedural justice has a effect on organizational commitment. Employee engagement has a effect on organizational commitment. Work environment has a effect on organizational commitment

Abstract

Performance is used to measure which targets are used and human resources in achieving company goals. Human resources have a large role for the success of the organization. Therefore, companies are required to develop human resources in order to have reliable skills so that they can win increasingly competitive competition. An employee who has high self-efficacy at work can also be a high resource for employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the transformation of leadership, work motivation, and self-efficacy on the performance of employees of PT. Malindo Feedmill, Tbk. Grobogan The population in this study were all employees working at PT. Malindo Feedmill, Tbk., Grobogan with proportional random sampling data collection techniques and calculation samples using Slovin formula obtained as many as 158 respondents. Data collection methods using questionnaires, analytical methods using descriptive and multiple linear regression. (1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance, (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Self-efficacy has a direct and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This aims of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership, employee relations, and work environment on employee morale on employees of the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and SMEs Magelang Regency. The type and design of research used in this study is quantitative research. Sampling in this study uses a saturated sampling technique and obtained a sample size that must be used is 130 employees. The analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), the classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test with the application of SPSS 22. Data collection methods using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that three hypotheses were accepted. So it can be seen that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee morale. Employee relations have a positive and significant effect on employee morale. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee morale. Transformational leadership, employee relation, and work environment together has a positive and significant effect on employee morale.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between adaptive behavior, work environment, training, and employee productivity. The sample for this study consisted of 235 employees of PT. Djarum Brak Sekarjati Jepara calculated using the purposive random sampling method. Data collection methods using the questionnaire method which is measured using a Likert scale. Regression analysis showed that there is a positive influence between adaptive behavior with employee productivity, there is a posisitif influence between the working environment and employee productivity, and a positive influence between training and employee productivity. Based on these results meal can be interpreted that the employees of PT. Djarum Brak Sekarjati has good adaptive behavior. This is supported by the environment and good training provided by the company to employees.
