Abstract

In the era of digitalization, Indonesians' internet consumption patterns increasingly drive the use of digital wallets for electronic payments. The popularity of digital wallets triggers competition in Indonesia's financial technology industry, encouraging companies to maintain customer loyalty to avoid brand-switching. This research provides insights into how service quality contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty, addressing the research gap regarding digital wallets and inconsistencies in previous studies on service quality and customer loyalty. The objective is to identify whether the decline in customer satisfaction and service quality in the Gopay digital wallet application causes declining customer loyalty. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal aims. The research population is Indonesian Gopay users, with non-probability sampling of 385 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used for data analysis with AMOS 24 software. Research findings show that user satisfaction with the Gopay application is significantly and positively influenced by service quality. In addition, contributing to overcoming the gap between previous research findings and service quality results has a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty to the Gopay application. Customer satisfaction is significant and positive on Gopay application loyalty. In addition, the service quality and customer loyalty of the Gopay application are positively influenced by the meaningful and constructive mediation function played by customer satisfaction. By selecting specific regions for a more thorough assessment of the financial results related to the Gopay application, future researchers may be able to use this research as a reference and point of reference.

Abstract

Batam has its own regulations to regulate its area. It is part of the Free Trade Area making Batam a priority area for exports and imports. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of Logistics Management on Customer Satisfaction in SMEs in the Free Trade Area during a decline in economic growth. In, collecting data, the researchers used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire whose respondents were business actors in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Batam. There are 428 samples then used as data analysis, applying Simple Linear Regression Analysis Technique using SPSS as a data processing tool. The results shown in the form of Logistics Management have a significant effect on SME Customer Satisfaction in Batam when there is a decline in economic growth.

Abstract

Permasalahan lingkungan hidup merupakan salah satu tantangan berkelanjutan yang terjadi di seluruh dunia, salah satunya disebabkan oleh pencemaran sampah plastik. Plastik sering terlihat digunakan di swalayan, dimana penggunaan dan pengelolaan yang tidak efektif oleh konsumen atau pekerja menyebabkan pembuangan yang tidak tepat dan menimbulkan tantangan lingkungan. Indonesia dikenal sebagai salah satu negara dengan jumlah penduduk terbesar yang menghadapi masalah pengelolaan sampah plastik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kesadaran konsumen terhadap sampah plastik dan kebutuhannya dapat mempengaruhi perilaku mereka dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik dalam menggunakan plastik dan membuang sampahnya dengan benar sebagai upaya untuk terus mengurangi sampah plastik di swalayan atau lingkungan. Penelitian ini khusus berfokus pada 5 swalayan teratas dengan jumlah gerai terbanyak di kota Bandung, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data primer dari 385 konsumen sebagai sumbernya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan alat dan metode SEM PLS. Studi ini menemukan bahwa konsumen tertarik untuk mempelajari lebih lanjut te ntang bioplastik dan melihat penerapannya secara langsung. Selain itu, berbeda dengan kontroversi harga plastik atau produk yang lebih ramah lingkungan, konsumen lebih berkomitmen untuk mengurangi sampah plastik dengan membeli dan menggunakan kantong plast ik ramah lingkungan seperti bioplastik, dibandingkan mengambil tindakan langsung terhadap sampah plastik yang mereka temukan. Hasil model struktural menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran konsumen mempunyai pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap kebutuhannya dalam menge lola sampah plastik dan tidak terdapat pengaruh mediasi kebutuhan terhadap hubungan kesadaran dengan perilaku maupun pengaruh langsung kebutuhan terhadapperilaku konsumen dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan b antuan dan kolaborasi dari swalayan, pemerintah atau penegak hukum, dan masyarakat di Kota Bandung untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan perilaku mereka terhadap pengelolaan sampah plastik.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines whether the effectiveness and efficiency of Indonesia’s e-Invoice (e-Faktur) system and trust in government influence corporate tax compliance among firms in Bogor City. Research Methodology: A quantitative design was employed using a structured questionnaire administered to 200 corporate taxpayers that have used e-Invoicing. Data were analyzed through multiple linear regression (SPSS). Measurement quality was supported by validity, reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha), and classical assumption tests. Results: The findings indicate that e-Invoice effectiveness positively and significantly affects corporate tax compliance (?=0.657; p<0.05). e-Invoice efficiency also shows a positive and significant effect (?=0.317; p<0.05). In contrast, trust in government is significant but negatively related to compliance (?=-0.215; p<0.05), suggesting that compliance in a digitally monitored environment may be driven more by system enforcement and procedural certainty than by institutional trust. Collectively, the three predictors explain 55.4% of the variance in corporate tax compliance (R²=0.554). Conclusions: Improving the usability, reliability, and administrative speed of e-Invoicing can strengthen corporate tax compliance, while efforts to enhance service quality, transparency, and integrity are needed to address trust-related barriers. Limitations: The study is limited to Bogor City and does not incorporate broader external determinants (e.g., service quality, digital literacy, economic constraints). Contribution: This research extends e-tax compliance literature by simultaneously testing effectiveness, efficiency, and trust within the context of Indonesia’s tax digitalization and offering policy directions to optimize e-Invoice implementation.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation and impact of an internally developed ERP-based Kanban system in a pharmaceutical company as a cost-effective alternative to commercial ERP. Utilizing a mixed-methods case study, the research first applied Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) to structure key implementation challenges, followed by a quantitative comparative analysis of operational efficiency. Findings reveal a six-level hierarchy of challenges, identifying "Lack of Top Management Vision and Leadership" as the fundamental driver. Equally important is the finding that “High initial investment cost” exhibited minimal driving power. The system achieved transformative efficiency gains, reducing data input time by 98.4% and data analysis time by 73.9%. The study provides an original, empirically validated model of implementation barriers and demonstrates that internal development is a viable, high-return strategy for SMEs in regulated industries, enabling enhanced compliance and data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

Blockchain and smart contract technologies are recent digital innovations that offer advantages in terms of security, efficiency, and transaction effectiveness by eliminating the need for third-party intermediaries through automation mechanisms. The adoption of these technologies requires an in-depth analysis of various factors influencing organizational readiness. This study aims to analyze the readiness model for blockchain adoption at PT Soko Rindam Utama by examining variables such as trialability, security, complexity, innovativeness, cost, facilitating conditions, market dynamics, regulatory support, and partner readiness. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to all 35 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings are expected to provide a comprehensive understanding of the key factors influencing blockchain adoption readiness within the organization and to serve as a basis for future strategic decision-making.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi melalui edukasi perencanaan keuangan digital. Metode kegiatan meliputi analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara dengan pihak sekolah dan siswa, penyuluhan materi literasi keuangan digital, workshop penggunaan aplikasi keuangan digital (e-wallet, mobile banking), serta evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek literasi keuangan digital, pemasaran digital, branding, serta kemampuan menyusun anggaran pribadi. Peningkatan pemahaman terlihat dari perubahan kategori pengetahuan peserta, antara lain dari fair menjadi good pada aspek pemasaran digital dan fungsi pemasaran digital, serta dari bad menjadi good pada aspek strategi branding. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam membantu siswa memahami penggunaan teknologi keuangan untuk mendukung pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih terstruktur dan mendukung kesiapan mereka dalam bekerja maupun berwirausaha. Diperlukan pendampingan lanjutan agar siswa dapat mengaplikasikan keterampilan tersebut secara optimal dalam kehidupan nyata. Secara keseluruhan, program ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan digital dan mempersiapkan kemandirian finansial siswa SMK YPPS Sumedang.

Abstract

Drug distribution oversight in Indonesia faces recurring violations, weak regulatory enforcement, and inefficiencies in post-inspection follow-ups. This study investigates the root causes of these issues and evaluates the effectiveness of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) in improving the supervision system at the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority Regional Office in Serang. A qualitative approach using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework was applied to analyze inspection reports, institutional performance data (2019–2024), and in-depth interviews with key stakeholders. The findings reveal that repeated violations stem from ineffective CAPA processes, limited human resource capacity, fragmented regulations, and the absence of integrated digital systems. Implementing LSS led to faster follow-up actions, standardization of inspection procedures, and improved coordination. The study concludes that LSS can serve as a strategic method to enhance data-driven, collaborative, and risk-based drug surveillance. This research contributes to the development of digital public health supervision models and highlights the need for regulatory harmonization across institutions

Abstract

Abstrak Desa Sugihmukti yang telah ditetapkan sebagai Desa Wisata Rintisan memerlukan berbagai pengembangan untuk mengatasi beberapa permasalahan yang masih dihadapi saat ini. Masalah utama yang sering dihadapi adalah masih kurang nya kunjungan wisatawan dan juga kesadaran masyarakat Desa wisata SugihMukti dalam mengemas potensi wisata di desa mereka. Sementara, potensi wisata yang dimiliki oleh Desa Sugihmukti sangat besar, terutama yang berkaitan dengan alam, yaitu wisata trekking dan birdwatching. Selain itu, Desa Sugihmukti juga memiliki kearifan lokal berupa keahlian pandai besi tradisional yang dimiliki oleh masyarakatnya sehingga dapat dikembangkan menjadi sebuah ide bisnis wisata tematik dengan memberikan paket pengalaman wisata yang menarik bagi wisatawan dengan menghasilkan produk peralatan dari lempeng besi yang sangat berguna. Untuk itu, diperlukan perumusan paket wisata yang sesuai bagi Desa Sugihmukti agar dapat mencapai tujuan untuk mewujudkan Desa Sugihmukti sebagai Desa Wisata yang berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan yang berjudul “Peningkatan Minat Kunjungan wisatawan melalui Packaging Paket Wisata di Desa Sugihmukti, Kecamatan Pasirjambu, Kabupaten Bandung” ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan yang dihadapi..
