Abstract

Abstrak Universitas Jember yang sedang dalam masa pembangunan yang menyebabkan dibutuhkannya teknologi pendukung untuk proses yang dilakukan agar didapatkan hasil yang efisien sehingga dibutuhkan kinerja manajemen proyek yang memfasilitasi proses desain dan konstruksi yang lebih terintegrasi yaitu Building Information Modeling (BIM). Sebelumnya dikenal beberapa program bantu seperti AutoCAD, SAP, SketchUp 3D, Ms. Project dan program bantu lainnya yang penggunaannya hanya sebatas dalam satu jangkauan. Penggunaan BIM yang mengintegrasi gambar proyek, volume pekerjaan dan estimasi harga dapat mempermudah proses pengerjaan menjadi lebih singkat dan cepat. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi antara penggunaan metode BIM dan metode konvensional pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Kuliah Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Jember. Program bantu BIM yang dipakai adalah Autodesk Revit yang merupakan salah satu perangkat lunak yang membawa semua arsitektur, teknik, dan disiplin konstruksi ke dalam lingkungan pemodelan terpadu. Hasil dari Penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan selisih biaya total untuk struktur dan arsitektur yaitu Rp242.638.340,10. Biaya yang berasal dari pemodelan Autodesk Revit lebih besar 5,33 % daripada metode konvensional proyek. Dan selisih pada penjadwalan dalam pelaksanaan pada pemodelan Autodesk Revit yaitu 15 hari lebih lama daripada metode konvensional. Kata Kunci: BIM, Autodesk Revit, Rencana Anggaran Biaya, Penjadwalan Proyek Abstract Universitas Jember, during this construction period, requires supporting technology for the process to obtain efficient results so it takes a project management performance that facilitates a more integrated design and construction process, namely Building Information Modeling (BIM). Previously known several auxiliary programs such as AutoCAD, SAP, SketchUp 3D, Ms. Projects and other assistance programs restricted to a single scope. The use of BIM that integrates project designs, workload and price estimates can make the process shorter and faster. Therefore, in this study a comparison was made between the use of the BIM method and the conventional method in the Lecture Building Project for the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Jember. The BIM assistant program used is Autodesk Revit which is a software that brings all architecture, engineering, and construction disciplines into a unified modeling environment. The results of this study showed a total cost difference in structure and architecture of IDR 242,638,340.10. On the other hand, the Autodesk Revit modeling cost was greater than the conventional method with a percentage of 5.33%. Furthermore, the difference in the Autodesk Revit modeling implementation schedule is 15 days longer than the conventional method. Keywords: BIM, Autodesk Revit, Budget-Estimate Plan, Project Scheduling

Abstract

Abstract In the urban area of ​​Jember Regency, there are five modern shopping centres with a shopping mall concept that are crowded and located in one sub-district. The development of these shopping centres has created a large trip attraction because the area has become a magnet for economic and social activities in the community. To determine the factors that influence the trip attraction of private vehicles, namely motorbikes and cars, to modern shopping centres in Jember Regency, a trip attraction modelling analysis was carried out using linear regression using the forward method to obtain the best linear regression model equation. The variables used are land area (X1), building area (X2), motorcycle/car parking area (X3), number of kiosks/tenants (X4), and number of employees (X5). The results of the study showed that the most influential factor in vehicle attraction in modern shopping centres in Jember Regency is land area. The best linear regression model for vehicle traction (vehicles/hour) for motorbikes is Y1 = 51.851 + 0.005 X1 with R2 = 0.934, while the best model for cars is Y2 = 14.511 + 0.005 X1 with R2 = 0.998X1 Abstrak Di kawasan perkotaan Kabupaten Jember terdapat lima pusat perbelanjaan modern berkonsep shopping mall yang ramai dikunjungi dan lokasinya berada pada satu kecamatan. Perkembangan pusat perbelanjaan tersebut menimbulkan tarikan perjalanan (trip attraction) yang besar karena kawasan tersebut menjadi magnet aktivitas ekonomi dan sosial masyarakat. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tarikan perjalanan kendaraan pribadi yaitu sepeda motor dan mobil ke pusat perbelanjaan modern di Kabupaten Jember, maka dilakukan analisa pemodelan tarikan perjalanan menggunakan regresi linier metode forward untuk memperoleh persamaan model Regresi Linier yang terbaik. Variabel yang digunakan adalah luas lahan (X1), luas bangunan (X2), luas lahan parkir sepeda motor/mobil (X3),  jumlah kios/tenant (X4), dan jumlah karyawan (X5). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tarikan kendaraan di pusat perbelanjaan modern Kabupaten Jember adalah luas lahan. Model regresi linier terbaik untuk tarikan kendaraan (kend/jam) untuk sepeda motor adalah Y1 = 51,851 + 0,005 X1 dangan dengan R2 = 0,934, sedangkan model terbaik untuk kendaraan mobil adalah Y2 = 14,511 + 0,005 X1 dengan dengan R2 = 0,998X1.

Abstract

The road pavement structure has a fillercommonly referred to as a filler. Filler (filler) is one of the materials that has an important function, namely as a cavity filler from the asphalt mixture. This research is to see the effect of adding wood charcoal filler content in AC-WC mixture and HRS-WC mixture with variations in the addition of wood charcoal by 0%; 0.5%; 1%; 1.5%; 2% based on total mixture. Examination of aggregate and asphalt was carried out to get the optimum level of asphalt, the optimum value of asphalt AC-WC was 5.30% and for a mixture of HRS-WC 7.89%. The AC-WC mixture obtained the Marshall Test value, obtained the optimum stability value of 1511.9 kg at the addition of 0% filler and decreased with the addition of 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%. While the HRS-WC mixture also obtained the Marshall Test value obtained optimum stability value of 1899.17 kg at 0% filler addition anddecreases at the addition of 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%.

Abstract

This study aims to predict road damage conditions based on the International Roughness Index (IRI) value using the Roadroid application on class III roads with low traffic volume in Lumajang Regency. This study is important because the road section has not undergone maintenance since 2018, thus potentially experiencing accelerated degradation of pavement performance. IRI data for 2023 was obtained through a field survey using the Android-based Roadroid application and compared with IRI data for 2018 measured using the National Association of Australian State Road Authorities (NAASRA) tool to determine the rate of increase in damage and predict conditions for the next five years. The results showed that the average IRI value in 2023 was in the severely damaged category with a value between 12.5–20.5 m/km. The relationship model between IRI and Average Daily Traffic (ADR) of heavy vehicles produced the equation y = 0.2889x + 1.2993 (R² = 0.935), which indicates a significant effect of heavy vehicle volume on increasing road surface roughness. Predictive simulations indicate that several road segments are expected to reach a state of minor damage within the next 2–4 years, even with overlays. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of historical and survey data with the Roadroid application for predictive modeling of road damage on low-traffic sections as a basis for preventive maintenance planning.

Abstract

Bypass Mojokerto is main route of transportation between cities and provinces used to divert areas with high density activities. Based on data from Satlantas Mojokerto, traffic accidents throughout 2019 contained 436 accident cases with 57 people died. The causative factor for traffic accidents is geometric conditions of road that unsuitable with standard design Bina Marga in 1997. Therefore needed to analyze the geometric relationship between roads and road safety on section of Bypass Mojokerto KM Sby 51 – KM Sby 63. The research data used road geometric including radius of the curve, degree of curvature, and superelevation as well as the safety element data including value of the Equivalent Accident Number (EAN), accident number, and accident rate. Field survey was conducted to determine location of bend in KM. Then data processing uses googlemaps and google earth. Meanwhile, safety element data was obtained from Mojokerto Police. Geometric road data obtained were processed using Autocad and calculations were using excel. In this researh, the analysis used to analyze effect of relationship is the statistical test method of linear, multiple, and polynomial regression analysis using excel. The results of three analyzes were compared in order to obtain the percentage value that had the greatest influence on traffic safety. Based on research results, road geometric can have the best affect on road safety are superelevation, degree of curvature and slope with R2 each values of 39.34%; 49.94%; 35.65%. The results of superelevation analysis of road safety using polynomial regression analysis with a value of R2 = 0.393 and Y = -46518X2 + 4716.3X - 100.92. Meanwhile, the results of degree of curvature on road safety using polynomial regression analysis has a value of R2 = 0.499 and Y = 0.0002X2 - 0.0123X + 0.2412. In addition, the results of road safety slope analysis used polynomial regression analysis has a value of R2 = 0.356 and Y = 6.1457X2 - 9.3246X + 6.4163.

Abstract

The use of private transportation modes to the Tegal Boto campus, Jember University has increased. The increase in the volume of private vehicles will cause congestion if it is not regulated properly. Therefore, an analysis related to the selection of student transportation modes is needed to determine the tendency of students to choose transportation modes. The results of this study will be used as a first step in the improvement of transportation facilities in the area around the Tegal Boto campus, Universitas Jember. Analysis of the factors that influence students in choosing the mode of transportation will be carried out in this study. In addition, the priority of choosing the mode of transportation used by students to the Tegal Boto campus, Jember University will also be known. Research data will be obtained from questionnaires and documents from the University of Jember. The data will be analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of the AHP analysis show that the factors that dominate the choice of student transportation modes to the Tegal Boto campus, Jember University are the time factor (33%). Meanwhile, the student's priority modes of transportation are motorbikes (32.7%). The choice of motorcycle mode has the largest percentage due to it is based on consideration of the time factor. Students need transportation modes that have high flexibility such as motorbikes so that the time needed to reach campus is shorter.
