Abstract

The Sustainable Development Report reported that there are six Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia that have increased. One of them is Goal 12 Responsible Consumption and Production. In order to help realize the 12th goal of the SDGs, business owners as parties who do the production activities, implement responsible production activities such as recycling, applying eco-labels, certifying, and so on. This research aims to analyze the effect of green marketing on consumer behavior and analyze the effect of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions at Fore Coffee Gwalk Surabaya. The respondents in this research were 100 Fore Coffee Gwalk Surabaya consumers. The selection of respondents used a purposive sampling method, based on the age criteria of 17 years and over, and had made at least 2 purchases on Fore Coffee products. The analysis technique used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with second order construct using SmartPLS 4 software. The results obtained in this research are green marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior with a p-value of 0,000 < 0,05 and a t-statistics value of 12,708 > 1,96. Furthermore, consumer behavior also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a p-value of 0,000 < 0,05 and a t-statistics value of 12,892 > 1,96.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to identify the process of making tofu, analyze internal and external factors, and formulate a strategy for the development of tofu agro-industry. The methods used include SWOT analysis, IFE and EFE matrix, and data collection through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the analysis show that internal strengths include entrepreneurial experience and product quality, while weaknesses include lack of human resources and simple technology. External opportunities include high consumer purchasing power, while threats include unstable raw material prices. The proposed strategies include improving product quality, branding, optimizing strategic locations, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders. This research provides benefits for students, companies, and universities, and suggests an increased role for MSE organizations, workforce training, and investment in waste management technology. By utilizing existing strengths and opportunities, the tofu agro-industry in Tambakagung Village can be developed effectively and sustainably, contributing to the local economy and job creation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the superior food commodities in Nganjuk Regency. The results of this study are expected to be able to become a reference in regional economic development through the priority development of superior food crop commodities in Nganjuk Regency. The data used in this study are secondary data including data on the value of food commodity production for 10 years starting from 2014-2023. The food commodities studied include rice, corn, soybeans, peanuts, cassava, shallots, and cayenne pepper. The data analysis methods used are Location Quotient and Shift Share Analysis, the results of the two analyses will be combined into criteria for determining superior food commodities. The results of this study indicate that corn, shallots, and cayenne pepper are the first and second superior commodities in several districts in Nganjuk Regency. Rice, soybeans, peanuts, and cassava became the second and third superior commodities in several sub-districts in Nganjuk Regency.

Abstract

Keterlibatan wanita dalam usahatani merupakan bagian dari dinamika sosial-ekonomi pedesaan. Rendahnya pendapatan dari sektor pertanian informal mendorong wanita turut bekerja dalam kegiatan usahatani jagung untuk menambah penghasilan keluarga. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis curahan waktu kerja wanita tani serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya dalam usahatani jagung di Desa Kapedi, Kecamatan Bluto, Kabupaten Sumenep. Metode pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan secara purposive sampling kepada 71 responden yang tergabung dalam KWT dan aktif dalam usahatani jagung. Data curahan waktu kerja kemudian dihitung memanfaatkan perhitungan Hari Orang Kerja (HOK), dan faktor-faktor dianalisis melalui regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian memperlihatkan rata-rata curahan waktu kerja wanita tani dalam satu musim tanam jagung sebesar 21,25 HOK dengan dominasi waktu kerja terbanyak dicurahkan untuk kegiatan pemeliharaan seperti penyiangan, pemupukan, dan pengendalian HPT. Faktor yang memberi pengaruh signifikan terhadap curahan waktu kerja yaitu usia (negatif), luas lahan (positif), dan lama berusahatani (positif), sementara jumlah tanggungan keluarga tidak memberi pengaruh terhadap curahan waktu kerja wanita tani di Desa Kapedi.

Abstract

Bisnis cafe di Gresik saat ini semakin berkembang dengan pesat. Banyak cafe yang bermunculan dengan menjual berbagai jenis minuman kopi dan konsep yang berbeda-beda dengan keunikan tersendiri yang menjadikan persaingan semakin ketat. Melihat banyaknya cafe di Gresik membuat Gresik Empire Cafe harus berusaha maksimal dalam memenangkan persaingan yang ada. Dengan mengetahui segmenting, targeting dan positioning, maka dapat ditentukan bagaimana cara menjangkau dan mempertahankan sebuah cafe di tengah banyaknya pesaing. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis segmenting, targeting dan positioning Gresik Empire Cafe. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa segmenting Gresik Empire Cafe berdasarkan geografis yaitu konsumen berdomisili Gresik. Segmenting demografis meliputi pelajar/mahasiswa, usia 17 – 25 tahun, jenis kelamin perempuan, pendidikan akhir SMA, pendapatan Rp 1.000.000 – Rp 2.500.000. Segmenting psikografis adalah kelas sosial menengah. Segmenting tingkah laku yaitu konsumen mengetahui Gresik Empire Cafe dari media sosial dan biasa mengunjungi Gresik Empire Cafe bersama teman. Targeting Gresik Empire Cafe yaitu anak muda yang suka nongkrong. Positioning Gresik Empire Cafe yaitu memposisikan produknya dengan cara menawarkan fasilitas seperti suasana yang nyaman dan konsep cafe yang unik serta harga yang terjangkau. Abstract

Natural substances are used instead of synthetic chemicals in organic farming, which eschews the use of synthetic insecticides, fertilizers, and plant growth regulators. The purpose of this study is to (1) Identify the role of farmer groups in the development of organic vegetable businesses; and (2) analyze factors that affect the performance of organic vegetable farmer groups.   Technique sampling set is 40 farmers Respondents were selected purposively, taking into account capacity and capability.  Qualitative descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS, two data analysis techniques, are being applied. The findings of this study demonstrate how well-suited a farmer organization to play a role in organic vegetable production from upstream to downstream.  External factor variables have a positive effect on performance variables but are not significant. This is due to the relatively low capacity of farmer group members due to low education. On the other hand, land size, member involvement, production facilities and member access all have an influence on community performance.  The influence of community competence on performance reveals that the initial sample value, 1.146, is positive. This value indicates that there is a favorable association between the competency variable and community performance. However, when linked to the role of the group in terms of marketing access, there is still a need for additional knowledge, skills, and farmers are still very dependent on community leaders for the sale of crops, which has an impact on the fighting power of farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of CAR, NPL, LDR and BOPO on the Return on Assets (ROA) of BUMN Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 4 BUMN Banks listed on the IDX. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of BUMN Banks published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, while the analysis method used was descriptive statistical analysis, in addition, the statistical analysis tool used for hypothesis testing was multiple linear regression.The classical assumption test showed that the normality test was normally distributed, the heteroscedasticity test did not show heteroscedasticity, the autocorrelation test did not show autocorrelation, and the multicollinearity test did not show multicollinearity. The results of the study using the F test showed that the model was suitable for use in the study, and hypothesis testing using the t test showed that the CAR variable had a significant positive effect on ROA, NPL had a significant negative effect on ROA, BOPO had a significant negative effect on ROA, and LDR had a positive and insignificant effect on ROA.

Abstract

In the competitive fishing industry, employee performance is the main factor in maintaining the productivity and competitiveness of the company. PT. HATNI, a fishery product processing company in Tlogo Sadang, Paciran, Lamongan, faces challenges in maintaining the quality and quantity of its production. This study aims to analyze factors that affect employee performance, including work ability, education level, work motivation, leadership style, job satisfaction, work environment, work loyalty, and work discipline. The method used was a quantitative approach with a survey of 60 employees selected using the purposive sampling technique, and data analysis was carried out by multiple regression using SPSS version 25. The results of the study show that all of these factors have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with work loyalty and work discipline as the most dominant variables. In addition, a conducive work environment and an effective leadership style also increase employee motivation and satisfaction. The F test shows that independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, with an Adjusted R Square value of 77.6%, which means that most of the variations in employee performance can be explained by these factors. Therefore, PT. HATNI is advised to improve training programs, improve the motivation system, and create a better work environment to encourage employee productivity in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Kurma Park Agrotourism is the first date plantation-based artificial tourism in Indonesia. The problem is that the contribution of the number of visitors to Kurma Park Agrotourism to Pasuruan is very low, namely 0.87%. The main focus of this research is to formulate a development strategy for Kurma Park Agrotourism based on local community empowerment. The total respondents of this study were 113 respondents including 4 managers, 12 (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) MSMEs, and 97 visitors. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) SWOT and (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) QSPM. The results showed that Kurma Park Agrotourism is in quadrant 2. Hence, the strategy that needs to be applied is the S-T (Strengths Threats) strategy, which shows that although Kurma Park Agrotourism faces various threats, Agrotourism still has strengths from an internal perspective. The strategy that must be applied is to use strengths to take advantage of long-term opportunities using a diversification strategy. There are 5 implications of development strategies that can be carried out by Kurma Park Agrotourism, namely 1) Development of community-based tourism in tourism management. 2) Diversification of processed date products and development of tourism concepts. 3) Development of a sustainable agricultural system. 4) Integrating destinations with exclusive package tours and 5) Increasing digital-based tourism services. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations for innovative development strategies to increase tourist visits to Kurma Park Agrotourism and have a positive impact on improving the economy of the surrounding community

Abstract

The concept of community-based tourism village development is that all activities carried out must be based on, from, and for the community. The purpose of this study was to describe the process of community empowerment through the management of Jambu Tourism Village and to formulate a strategy for developing a tourism village. The research method used was descriptive analysis and SOAR matrix analysis. The results of the study showed that the process of community empowerment in Jambu Tourism Village had three stages, namely the awareness stage through the socialization process; the capacity building stage consisted of providing guidance and training, the formation of the BUMDes Jaya Makmur organization, and the empowerment stage consisted of community involvement both in the role of the organization and the implementation of activities in Jambu Tourism Village. The main strategy that can be suggested based on the SOAR matrix analysis functions to compile strategic factors that describe how strength can be determined by the SA (Strength-Aspiration) strategy, namely using strength to realize aspirations, meaning that Jambu Tourism Village must strengthen in the field of increasing the quantity and quality of tourist attractions by combining traditional village nuances with contemporary touches, strengthening in services to visitors and maximizing the use of social media.
