Abstract

East Java Province is one of the leading national chili producers. But, East Java still imports chilies to meet fluctuating demand and prices. The variables of imports, production, consumption, pricing, and currency rates were employed in this study and ranged from 2019 to 2021. This study aims to forecast the volume of chili imports in East Java for the next year (12 months) and analyze the factors that influence chili imports in East Java to determine the most dominant influencing factors. The method used in this study is (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) ARIMA model and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show: The development of chili imports in East Java in the prediction results with the ARIMA model (1,1,1) shows that chili imports have a downward trend, and simultaneously chili imports are influenced by production, consumption, price, and exchange rate, with consumption as the most dominant factor. It is hoped that the government will regulate the volume of imports by imposing import quotas and controlling chili prices

Abstract

In order to promote their products, CV Sego Njamoer use a technique known as the "marketing mix," which consists of seven interrelated components (7p). Consumers make purchases after considering available options for gratifying their wants and requirements. The primary purpose of this research is to 1) analyze how CV. Sego Njamoer uses the marketing mix. 2)to analyze how the marketing mix affects consumer choice at Sego Njamoer Surabaya. 3) to explain the implications of research results. On this study, 50 individuals were randomly selected from the population. The Partial Least Square analysis technique in the form of the WrapPLS 8.0 program is used to analyze a Structural Equition Model (SEM). The result of this studi there is two criteria, including product, price, place, promotion, and process factors, were shown to significantly affect consumers' purchase decision in this research. In contrast, customer preferences decision are unaffected by employee and physical evidence. There is a simultaneous and partial impact of the marketing mix on consumer purchase choices of 67.1%, with the remainder affected by factors not included in this study. INTISARIUntuk mempromosikan produk mereka, CV. Sego Njamoer menggunakan teknik yang dikenal sebagai "bauran pemasaran", yang terdiri dari tujuh komponen yang saling terkait (7p). Konsumen melakukan pembelian setelah mempertimbangkan pilihan yang tersedia untuk memuaskan keinginan dan kebutuhan mereka. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) menganalisis bagaimana CV. Sego Njamoer menggunakan bauran pemasaran. 2) mengkaji bagaimana bauran pemasaran mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen di Sego Njamoer Surabaya. 3) untuk menjelaskan implikasi hasil penelitan. Dalam penelitian ini, 50 individu dipilih secara acak dari populasi. Teknik analisis Partial Least Square berupa program WrapPLS 8.0 digunakan untuk menganalisis Structural Equition Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan dua kriteria, yaitu faktor produk, harga, tempat, promosi, dan proses, terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dalam penelitian ini. Sebaliknya, keputusan pembelian tidak terpengaruh oleh karyawan dan bukti fisik. Terdapat pengaruh simultan dan parsial bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen sebesar 67,1%, selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of rising soybean prices on the income of tempe producers, to find out the efforts made by tempe producers in responding to changes in soybean prices, and to analyze the business feasibility of tempe producers at UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya. Methods of data analysis in the form of analysis of R/C ratio and descriptive analysis. The research results show that UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya continues to produce soybeans even though there is a difference in income before, which is IDR 3,805,318 and after the increase in soybean prices, which is IDR 3,716,218. Efforts made by tempe producers in response to rising soybean prices include increasing tempe production by 13.3%, selling it around and marketing their products at the nearest market, optimizing work performance, using social media or e-commerce as a means of promotion, reducing labor , as well as utilizing tempeh that does not turn into processed other tempeh products. Business Feasibility Analysis stated that UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya before and after the increase in soybean prices had a Revenue Cost value of more than one, therefore UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya can be declared feasible. INTISARITujuan riset ini untuk menganalisis dampak kenaikan harga kedelai terhadap pendapatan pengrajin tempe, mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan pengrajin tempe dalam menyikapi kenaikan harga kedelai, dan menganalisis kelayakan usaha pengrajin tempe di UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya. Metode analisis data berupa analisis R/C rasio dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil riset memperlihatkan bahwa UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya tetap memproduksi kedelai meskipun terdapat perbedaan pendapatan sebelum yakni sebesar Rp 3.805.318 dan sesudah kenaikan harga kedelai yaitu Rp 3.716.218. Upaya yang dilakukan pengrajin tempe dalam menyikapi kenaikan harga kedelai yaitu meningkatkan produksi tempe sebesar 13,3% yang digunakan, menjual secara keliling dan memasarkan produknya di pasar terdekat, mengoptimalkan kinerja pekerjaan, menggunakan media sosial atau e-commerce sebagai sarana promosi, mengurangi tenaga kerja, serta memanfaatkan tempe yang tidak jadi menjadi olahan produk tempe lainnya. Analisis Kelayakan Usaha menyatakan bahwa UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya sebelum dan sesudah kenaikan harga kedelai mempunyai nilai Revenue Cost nya lebih dari satu maka dari itu UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya dapat dinyatakan layak usaha.

Abstract

A strategy is needed to increase and expand the market by means of Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning (STP) as well as an analysis to determine the extent to which people are satisfied as consumers with excelso coffee products. The purpose of this research is to 1) find out how segmenting, targeting and positioning excelso coffee is. 2) analyze how segmenting, targeting and positioning affect customer satisfaction of excelso coffee. The sample used was 50 respondents, collecting data using a questionnaire. The Partial Least Square analysis technique is in the form of the WrapPLS 8.0 program which is used to analyze the Structural Equition Model (SEM). Abstract

Cayenne pepper is a commodity with very fluctuating prices. In Sumenep Regency, cayenne pepper is often one of the biggest contributors to inflation. This study aims to analyze fluctuations and price forecasting of cayenne pepper in Sumenep Regency and the factors that influence it. The data used is secondary time series data in the form of cayenne pepper prices, rainfall, large red chili prices, and the occurrence of holidays. The first objective was analyzed using the coefficient of variation and the ARIMA method, and the second objective was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) The price fluctuations of cayenne pepper in Sumenep Regency from 2017-2022 fluctuated highly and were unstable and the results of forecasting the price of cayenne pepper in 2023 ranged from Rp. 18703 - Rp. 37531 and will experience a decrease, and 2) Simultaneously rainfall, prices of substitutes, and The existence of a big day affects the price of cayenne pepper. Partially, rainfall and the price of substitute goods affect the price of cayenne pepper, while the presence of holidays does not affect the price of cayenne pepper.Keywords: cayenne pepper price, fluctuation, forecasting   INTISARICabai rawit termsuk komoditas dengan harga yang sangat fluktuatif. Pada Kabupaten Sumenep, cabai rawit kerap menjadi salah satu komoditas penyumbang inflasi terbesar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fluktuasi dan peramalan harga cabai rawit di Kabupaten Sumenep dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder time series berupa harga cabai rawit, curah hujan, harga cabai merah besar, dan terjadinya hari besar. Tujuan pertama dianalisis dengan menggunakan koefisien variasi dan metode ARIMA, dan tujuan kedua dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Fluktuasi harga cabai rawit di Kabupaten Sumenep sejak 2017-2022 berfluktuasi tinggi dan tidak stabil dan hasil peramalan harga cabai rawit 2023 berkisar antara Rp 18703 - Rp 37351 serta mengalami penurunan, dan 2) Secara simultan curah hujan, harga barang substitusi, dan adanya hari besar berpengaruh terhadap harga cabai rawit. Secara parsial curah hujan dan harga barang substitusi berpengaruh terhadap harga cabai rawit sedangkan adanya hari besar tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga cabai rawit.Kata kunci : harga cabai rawit, fluktuasi, peramalan

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze consumer segmentation formed based on geographical, demographic, psychographic characteristics of coffee consumers at Sae Coffee Cafe Surabaya. The use of the sampling method in this study used the accidental sampling technique, the sampling technique was based on coincidence, the respondents taken were consumers who consumed coffee at the Kopi Sae Café as many as 50 people. Data collection uses primary and secondary data with the instrument used is a questionnaire sheet to consumers at the Kopi Sae cafe. The data analysis method used in this study used cluster analysis, crosstab analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of Psychographic Segmentation research on coffee consumer behavior at the Sae Coffee shop in Surabaya. cluster division based on psychographic segmentation with a lifestyle approach in segment 1 Social Drinker has four dominant attributes. On the hobby attribute, consumers make visits and buy coffee at coffee shops because of a hobby. Furthermore, on the attribute of interest in coffee shops, consumers tend to follow the development of coffee shops in Sae Surabaya coffee shops. And on the attribute of consumer opinion in segment 1 considers that price can reflect the quality of coffee. In Segment 2 Coffee Lover on the hobby attribute prefers to fill his vacation time by visiting coffee shops either just to drink coffee, or do other activities at coffee shops. Geographical segmentation, demographics, and coffee consumer behavior at Kopi Sae Surabaya. Based on distance and time, this is related to the fact that the coffee shop which is the research location is close to schools, campuses, banks, government offices, hospitals, and markets.Keywords: Geographic Segmentation, Demographics, PsychographicsINTISARIPenelitian ini dilakukan guna Menganalisis segmentasi konsumen yang terbentuk berdasarkan karakteristik geografis, demografis, psikografis konsumen kopi pada Kafe Kopi Sae Surabaya. Penggunaan metode Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, responden yang diambil adalah konsumen yang mengkonsumsi kopi di Kafe Kopi Sae sebanyak 50 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dengan Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner kepada konsumen di kafe kopi sae. Metode analisis data yag digunakan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis cluster, analisis crosstabb dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian Segmentasi Psikografis perilaku konsumen kopi pada kedai Kopi Sae Surabaya. pembagian cluster berdasarkan segmentasi psikografis dengan pendekatan gaya hidup pada segmen 1 Social Drinker memiliki empat atribut dominan. Pada atribut hobi, konsumen melakukan kunjungan dan membeli kopi di kedai kopi karena hobi. Selanjutnya pada atribut minat terhadap kedai kopi, konsumen cenderung mengikuti perkembangan kedai kopi di kedai kopi sae Surabaya. Dan pada atribut opini konsumen dalam segmen 1 menganggap bahwa harga dapat mencerminkan kualitas kopi. Pada Segmen 2 Coffee Lover pada atribut hobi lebih suka mengisi waktu liburannya dengan berkunjung ke kedai kopi baik untuk sekedar minum kopi, atau melakukan aktivitas lain di kedai kopi. Segmentasi geografis, demografis, dan perilaku konsumen kopi pada kedai Kopi Sae Surabaya. Berdasarkan jarak dan waktu Hal tersebut berhubungan dengan fakta bahwa  kedai kopi yang menjadi tempat penelitian lokasinya dekat dengan sekolah, kampus, bank, kantor pemerintahan, rumah sakit, dan pasar. Kata kunci: Segmentasi Geografis, Demografis, Psikografis

Abstract

The demand for rice fluctuates significantly along with the increase in population every year, making PT. Daya Tani Sembada, as a premium rice-producing company, must do planning to deal with changes in demand that will occur. This research aims to analyze rice demand forecasting and the optimal rice inventory. The method of determining the sample is purposive sampling, where the Director and Administrative Staff are vital informants. Demand forecasting was analyzed using the Double Exponential Smoothing (Holts) method and inventory control using Economic Order Quantity. The results showed that: 1) forecasting calculations show that the demand for rice in the next period is 33,367.38 tons; 2) inventory control calculations show that the company can prepare premium rice inventory of 29.89 tons, safety stock of 336.03 tons, ROP when rice inventory is at 779.47 tons, and TIC that must prepare amounting to IDR. 5,357,082,020, -, overall, demand for rice has increased by 8,662.58 tons from the previous period so that the company can increase production for the next period by the draft inventory control calculation

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the decline in sales of agroindustries, including the Super Moro Tresno Ledre agroindustry. It can be seen from the decrease in the Number of tourists in Bojonegoro Regency in the last two years (2020-2021), which has an impact on the sale of ledre as a typical souvenir food from Bojonegoro has decreased consumers. In addition, the development of ledre agroindustry in Bojonegoro is quite a lot, which certainly causes competition among fellow ledre agroindustries. This research aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction and the attributes that need to be improved to increase customer satisfaction. This research uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method for the first objective and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method for the second. The results showed that the overall level of customer satisfaction based on the CSI value was 75.67%, which means that customer satisfaction is in the "Satisfied" index. Based on the results of the IPA analysis, it is known that several attributes need to be improved, which include product packaging standards, responses to consumer complaints and suggestions, varied and affordable prices, suitability of packaging portions at the cost spent, prices offered with the benefits obtained by consumers, freedom of movement in the store, and shop space arrangement

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi anggota kelompok tani, persepsi wisatawan yang berkunjung, mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan ekternal agrowisata, serta mengalisis strategi pengembangan Agrowisata Petik Apel Kelompok Tani Makmur Abadi (KTMA). Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik Purposive. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) persepsi anggota kelompok tani mendapat nilai rata-rata 3,90 dengan kategori setuju, 2) persepsi wisatawan mendapat nilai rata-rata 3,83 dengan kategori setuju, 3) agrowisata petik apel KTMA berada pada kuadran II (dua), sehingga strategi yang cocok diterapkan adalah strategi diversifikasi yang dapat dilakukan dengan cara 1) meningkatkan kualitas agrowisata dengan ciri khas tersendiri, (2) meningkatkan kinerja kru agrowisata, (3) menambah keragaman produk dengan mutu terbaik, (4) memperhatikan pengaturan jarak tanam buah apel, (5) Bergabung dengan instansi pariwisata kota Batu untuk kegiatan promosi, (6) melakukan kerjasama dengan badan konversasi SDA, dan (7) melakukan penawaran harga special pada hari-hari tertentu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan wisatawan, mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal agrowisata, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan Agrowisata Bale Tani Kecamatan Bareng Kabupaten Jombang. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Customer Satisfaction Index CSI untuk menganalisis kepuasan wisatawan dan analisis SWOT untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kesesuaian (Tki) 96% artinya masih terdapat atribut agrowisata yang belum sesuai dengan harapan wisatawan, sedangkan indeks kepuasan wisatawan (CSI) sebesar 78,49% artinya wisatawan puas terhadap agrowisata. Strategi pengembangan hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan posisi Agrowisata Bale Tani pada kuadran I artinya strategi yang tepat yaitu strategi SO (Strengths-Opportunities) karena mempunyai faktor internal (kekuatan) dan eksternal (peluang) yang kuat. Kata Kunci: agrowisata, CSI, Strategi Pengembangan
