Abstract

Tanaman kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) memegang peranan strategis bagi perekonomian Indonesia, baik sebagai komoditas ekspor utama maupun sumber peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Samudra dengan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang melibatkan dua faktor utama: media tanam (M) dan interval waktu penyiraman (P). Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, luas daun, panjang akar, dan berat basah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan media tanam dan interval waktu penyiraman berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi tanaman pada umur 75 HST. Perlakuan P3 (penyiraman 1 kali/2 hari) memberikan hasil terbaik dalam hal pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya. hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa media tanam dan v interval penyiraman tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada umur 15 HST, 30 HST, 45 HST, 60 HST, 75 HST, dan 90 HST.

Abstract

Physical fitness is an important aspect of every individual's physical condition because optimal physical fitness facilitates daily activities with ease and energy. Similarly, for students, good physical fitness significantly helps them study at school without experiencing lethargy or fatigue, both inside and outside the classroom. This study aims to evaluate the physical fitness level of high school students in Medan City. This study was conducted at Taruna PBD Medan Senior High School, with a sample size of 20 students. The research method used was descriptive quantitative. Based on data analysis, it was found that the percentage of physical fitness levels of 11th grade students at Taruna PBD Medan Senior High School was as follows: 9 students (45%) were included in the "very good" category. 11 students (55%) were included in the "good" category in terms of fitness level. 0 students (0%) were included in the "moderate" category, 0 students (0%) were in the "poor" category, and 0 students (0%) were in the "very poor" category. This study concludes that the physical fitness level of Taruna PBD Medan Senior High School students is in the "good" category.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of the principle of saisine in Indonesian civil inheritance law, with a case study of Decision No. 593/Pdt.G/2021/PN.Sby. Based on Article 834 of the Burgerlijk Wetboek (B.W.), an heir has the right to claim the entirety of the inheritance property possessed by another party. The aim of this research is to examine the legal basis, the plaintiff’s arguments, and the judge’s considerations in determining the validity of the sole heir status. The research method employed is normative juridical with a case study approach. The results indicate that the plaintiff is entitled to the entire inheritance after being legally proven as the sole heir, through the application of the saisine principle and the provisions regarding the capacity to inherit as stipulated in Articles 838 and 912 of the B.W.
