ABSTRACTCatfish (Pangasius hypophthalmus) is a fishery commodity that has an high economic value. Fish bone is one of the waste products from fishing industry that has not been used properly. Catfish bone waste contains calcium and phosphorus that humans need. The difference in processing methods will affect the quality of the fish bone meal produced. This study aimed to determine the effect of different processing methods on the calcium and phosphorus content of catfish bone flour produced and to determine the appropriate method to produce the highest calcium and phosphorus content in catfish bone flour. The method used in this study was an experimental with a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) that consisted of 3 treatments, namely T1 (raw bones) T2 (steaming) T3 (boiling) and repeated 3 times. The parameters measured in this study were the levels of calcium (Ca) and phosphorus (P) from the catfish bone meal produced. The results showed that the different processing methods were affecting significantly to the calcium and phosphorus content in the catfish bone flour. The treatment of T1 (raw bone), T2 (steamed bone), T3 (boiled bone) had calcium levels at 0.3068%, 0.2704%, 0.2094% and phosphorus levels at 0.0172%, 0.0141%, 0.0136%, respectively. The best treatment is steaming method with calcium value 0.2704% and phosphorus value 0.141%.Keywords: Boiling, Fishbone, Flour, Steaming.

This study to determine the PIC (polymorphic information content), gene diversity, and rice genotype groupings tested based on SSR markers reported to be associated with high Zn content traits in 30 genotypes. used the SSR Marking Application (Simple Sequence Repeats The research was carried out from May 2021 to September 2021 at the Center for Rice Research in Sukamandijaya Village, Ciasem District, Subang Regency, West Java Province. The study used descriptive analysis by observing the DNA banding pattern using 9 SSR primers. The results showed that 50 alleles were detected in 30 rice genotypes with an average number of marker alleles of 5.55 and a range of 3-10 alleles per locus, the average frequency of major alleles was 0.46 with the lowest value of 0.20 at the RM234 marker and the highest value of 0. 67 at the RM8226 mark. Heterozygosity values ranged from 0.0 at RM137 to 0.73 at the RM234 rice SSR marker with a mean of about 0.29. The value of diversity is between 0.50 (RM 8226) to 0.86 (RM 234, RM223) with an average of 0.67. The PIC (polymorphic information content I) value ranged from 0.44 (RM 152) to 0.85 (RM337) with an average of 0.62. Phylogenetic analysis showed that 3o rice genotypes were divided into 6 main groups with a coefficient of 0.45. The first cluster consists of 8 genotypes of rice, the second cluster has 1 genotype of rice, the third cluster has 13 genotypes of rice, the fourth cluster has 3 genotypes of rice, the fifth cluster has 1 genotype and the sixth cluster consists of 4 genotypes of rice.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan scrapbook pada model problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMAN 14 Gowa tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 pada materi pokok sistem koloid. Kelas yang terpilih sebagai sampel penelitian yaitu kelas XI IPA 3 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Dalam penelitian ini, sebagai variabel bebas adalah model problem based learning dengan penggunaan scrapbook dan model problem based learning tanpa penggunaan scrapbook . sedangkan sebagai variabel terikat adalah hasil belajar peserta didik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil analisis prasyarat statistik inferensial terhadap posttest hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa data pada kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol tidak terdistribusi normal serta memiliki varians yang homogen. Uji non-parametrik uji Mann-whitney dengan α = 0,05 dan dk= 4 dan diperoleh zhitung > ztabel ( 1,85>1,64) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima berarti ada pengaruh penggunaan scrapbook pada model problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMAN 14 Gowa pada materi pokok sistem koloid. Kata kunci: PBL, scrapbook, hasil belajar ABSTRACT This research was quasi-experimental research that aimed to know The Effect of using Scrapbook on Problem Based Learning Model toward student achievement in class XI IPA SMAN 14 Gowa in academic year 2018/2019 on subject matter Colloidal System. Classes selected as research samples were class XI IPA 3 as experimental group and XI IPA 4 as control group. Problem based learning model with scrapbook and problem based learning model without scrapbook as the independent variables. Meanwhile, student achievement as the dependent variables. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistic and inferential statistic. The result of inferential statistic prerequisite analysis on posttest of student achievement showed that the data in the experimental group and control group wasn’t normally distributed and data has homogeneous variance. The non-parametric test of Mann-Whitney test with α = 0,05 and dk= 4 and obtained Zcalculated>Ztable (1,85 > 1,64). It can be conclude than H0 rejected and H1 acccepted which means there was an effect of using scrapbook on Problem Based Learning model toward student achievement in class XI IPA SMAN 14 Gowa of subject matter colloidal system. Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang uji daya konsepsi ekstrak metanol daun tapak dara (catharantus roseus) pada mencit (mus musculus) ICR jantan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai apakah Ekstrak Metanol Daun Catharantus roseus Berpengaruh Secara Signifikan Terhadap daya konsepsi Mencit (Mus musculus) ICR jantan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di laboratorium kebun percobaan biologi FMIPA UNM pada bulan april hingga September 2018. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa ekstrak methanol daun tapak dara berpengaruh nyata terhadap daya konsepsi mencit jantan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak methanol daun tapak dara memiliki aktivitas sebagai antifertilitas pada mencit jantan.

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge management on employee performance through job descriptions at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar. So the objectives to be achieved in this study are; 1). To find out and analyze the direct effect of knowledge management on job descriptions at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar, 2). To find out and analyze the direct effect of job descriptions on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar, 3). To find out and analyze the indirect effect of knowledge management on employee performance through job descriptions at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar. The type of research data used in this study is the type of quantitative data, by means of data collection techniques namely; observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The sampling method used in this study was non-probability sampling - purposive sampling to obtain 61 samples or respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is; validity and reliability test, and normality test as a prerequisite for the classical assumption test. And the data analysis method uses path analysis with the r test, t test and f test The results of this study indicate that: partially knowledge management and job description variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and knowledge management has an effect on employee performance through job descriptions.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kuis di awal pembelajaran dalam model dicovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 1 Gowa pada materi pokok larutan penyangga. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only control group design. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberian kuis di awal pembelajaran pada model discovery learning dan model discovery learning tanpa pemberian kuis di awal pembelajaran, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar peserta didik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 1 Gowa yang terdiri dari delapan kelas. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas XI MIA2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI MIA4 sebagai kelompok kontrol yang ditentukan dengan metode simple random sampling. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui hasil posttest berupa soal objektif materi larutan penyangga. Data hasil posttest dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t dengan α = 0,05 menunjukkan thitung > ttabel (4,49 > 1,67) dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima berarti ada pengaruh pemberian kuis di awal pembelajaran dalam model discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 1 Gowa pada materi pokok larutan penyangga. Kata kunci: Kuis di Awal, discovery learning, dan hasil belajar ABSTRACT This reserch was a quasi-experiment aiming at examining the effect of giving quizzes at the beginning of dicovery learning model-based learning on the learning outcomes of the eleventh grade students of Mathematics and Natural Science Class at State Senior High School 1 Gowa on the subject of buffer solution. The research design employed was the post test only control group design. The independent variables in this study were the giving of quizzes at the beginning of learning in the discovery learning model and the discovery learning model without the quiz giving at the beginning of learning, while the dependent variable was the learning outcomes of students.The population in this study were all of the eleventh grade students of Mathematics and Natural Science Class at State Senior High School 1 Gowa encompassing eight classes. The samples taken in this study were class XI MIA2 as the experimental group and class XI MIA4 as the control group determined by the simple random sampling method. The research data were collected from the posttest results in the form of objective questions about buffer solution material. The post-test data were analyzed by employing descriptive and inferential statistics. The hypothesis testing results utilizing t-test with α = 0.05 revealed that tcount> ttable (4,49 > 1,67) which can be concluded that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted meaning there was an influence of giving quizzes at the beginning of discovery learning model-based teaching on the learning outcomes of the eleventh grade students of Mathematics and Natural Science Class at State Senior High School 1 Gowa on the subject of buffer solution. Plant Rumput Mutiara (Hedyotis corymbosa L.) is a species of the genus Hedyotis including Rubiacea family that has long been used by traditional communities for treatment. This plant has the ability to cure ulcers, as antihepatotoxic which can protect the liver and treat the liver from damage or inflammation, and also has the potential as anti-cancer. Methods used included of ekstraction or maseration and bioactivity test ekstract with Brine Shrimp Lethality by using Artemia salina. From the result toxicity method Brine shrimp lethality test, the showed activity fraction ethyl asetat Rumput mutiara with each LC50 value 0.3389; 0.2609; 1.0853; 0.9372; 0.2609; 0.7655 µg mL-1.

This study is a quasi-experimental research aimed to determine the effect of giving quiz in the beginning of each meeting through concept attainment learning toward the motivation and student achievement on class X SMAN 1 Liliriaja. The independent variable in this study is using quiz in the beginning of each meeting through the concept attainment learning on the experimental class and without quiz in control class, and the dependent variable is the motivation and students achievement on chemical bonding subject matter. The population was all of class X SMAN 1 Liliriaja which consists of 11 classes, and the sample consisted of two classes such as class X.1 as an experiment class with 35 students and X.2 as a control class with 35 students. The data was obtained by giving a statement motivation questioner consisting of 25 statements. Data were analyzed using a likert scale scoring and obtained by the students motivation in good category, then by using SPSS and found that the correlation between the variables has a significant correlation. Data were obtained by providing student achievement test on chemical bonding Data were obtained by providing students achievement test on chemical bonding subject matter in the form of post-test which consists of 20 items multiple choice. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by t-test products t(count) > t(table) = 4,873 > 1.67 at α ═ 0.05. T-test results prove that using quiz in the beginning of each meeting through concept attainment learning give positive effect on motivation and students achievement at class X SMA Negeri 1 Liliriaja studies on chemical bonding.

The research was a quasi-experimental that aimed to know the effect ofdiscovery learning model toward student’s motivation and achievement of class X MIA SMA Negeri 3 Lau Maros. The independent variable in this experiment was discovery learning model and the dependent variable were student’s motivation and achievement on electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution subject matter. The population was class X MIA SMA Negeri 3 Lau Maros consisted of 180 students. Taking technique of sample was simple random sampling. The sample of this research consisted of two classes, namely class X MIA3 as a experiment class with 30 students and class X MIA2 as a control class with 30 students. The data of the research were gathered by motivation questionnaire and achievement testelectrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution subject matter for post-test which were analyzedby using t-test. Results of inferential statisticalanalysis for learning motivation were tcalculated =2.59>t(0,05;58)=1,67 and achievement were tcalculated =2.43>t(0,05;58)=1,67. Conclude that discovery learning model gives effected toward student’s motivation and achievement of class X MIA SMA Negeri 3Lau Maros on electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution subject matter.

This research explores community economic empowerment strategies through local e-commerce platforms using a qualitative approach and literature study methods. Data was collected from academic journals, books, annual reports, and news articles to analyze the impacts and challenges of implementing local e-commerce. The research results show that local e-commerce platforms have a significant positive effect in increasing the capacity of SMEs through training, expanding market access, and providing financial and technical support. The increase in income and operational efficiency of SMEs shows the clear benefits of this platform. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy and poor internet connectivity in rural areas hinder optimal implementation. Research recommendations include the need for increased training programs, more intensive technical support, and improvements to internet infrastructure. By overcoming these challenges and implementing effective strategies, local e-commerce platforms can do more to empower the community's economy and encourage sustainable business growth
