Abstract

The application of religious, moral, ethical and traditional values ​​in management is becoming increasingly relevant in the midst of integrity crises that often hit organizations. Various cases such as corruption, abuse of power, and exploitation of human resources show the urgent need to integrate these values ​​into every managerial process. Without a strong foundation of these values, the sustainability of the organization will be threatened, both in terms of reputation and long-term success. Religious values ​​provide a basis for moral and spiritual-based decision making, which supports the creation of an inclusive and ethical work culture. Ethical and moral principles play an important role in ensuring transparency, fairness and social responsibility in organizations. In addition, local traditions, such as mutual cooperation, deliberation, and family values, can be integrated into modern management systems to create a more contextual and humanistic approach. The research method in this paper uses a qualitative type of library design, with data collection methods collecting reading books, journals and other electronic references. This is done by analyzing primary data from main references and secondary data from supporting references. The aim is to explain how religious values ​​can be implemented in management practices, analyze the role of morals and ethics in increasing organizational effectiveness, explore the integration of local traditions into modern management systems, and provide examples of the application of these values ​​in developing the socio-cultural competence of State Civil Apparatus. (ASN) in Aceh and North Sumatra.

Abstract

People are still not aware of the surrounding digital environment so they cannot use their income to save, invest, protect and meet economic needs. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the community in improving financial literacy and financial inclusion, using library research methods in the form of books, journals, and issues that are currently developing. The result of the research is that with the advantages that the sharia community has as an inseparable part of the social system of the Muslim community in Indonesia, the community has the potential to play its role in developing Islamic financial literacy and inclusion in Indonesia. The potential possessed by the community at least includes, among others, helping to support the National Strategy for Indonesian Financial Literacy; mediator development of Islamic financial literacy and inclusion through social capital; and open cooperation with a participatory culture.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of financial literacy, digital marketing, and word of mouth on the z generation's interest in saving at Islamic banks. The research method used in this study is quantitative research and data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this research is data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and determination test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Financial Literacy variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Z generation interest variable in saving at Islamic banks (Y) by obtaining tcount (3.340) >ttable (1.984) with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, Digital Marketing variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the z generation interest variable in saving at Islamic banks (Y) by obtaining tcount (4.708) > ttable (1.984) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, word of mouth variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the z generation's interest in saving at Islamic banks (Y) by obtaining tcount (2.735) >ttable (1.983) with a significant value of 0.007 < 0.05, test simultaneously on the Financial Literacy variable (X1), Digital Marketing (X2), and Word Of Mouth (X3) state that there is a jointly significant effect on the z generation's interest in saving at Islamic banks (Y) by obtaining Fcount (86.492) >  Ftable (2.70) with a significant level of 0.000.

Abstract

This research discusses the development of philosophy of science in the context of management science in the era of digitalization. With a qualitative approach, this research identifies the role of philosophy of science as a conceptual foundation in facing the challenges of the digital era, such as automation, big data and artificial intelligence. This study outlines the three main pillars of the philosophy of science, namely ontology, epistemology and axiology, and their application in the development of management theory and practice. The research results show that integrating the philosophy of science in management can increase adaptability, innovation and ethics in organizational management in the digital era. This research recommends strengthening management education based on the philosophy of science to produce leaders who are competent and broad-minded

Abstract

Philosophy of science has an important role in the preparation of scientific work, especially in management science, by providing a conceptual framework that integrates aspects of ontology, epistemology and axiology. This research discusses the application of the philosophy of science in the entire research process, starting from problem formulation, developing a theoretical framework, to presenting findings. The philosophy of science approach allows the selection of relevant research paradigms and valid methods to produce applicable and ethical solutions. In addition, philosophy of science contributes to the development of new paradigms, strengthening research ethics, and increasing creativity in scientific research. By using a literature review approach, this research provides insight into how the philosophy of science supports the development of management science through knowledge validation and systematic methodological testing

Abstract

This article discusses the application of deductive and inductive methods in management, which are relevant in facing modern business challenges. Deductive methods, which move from general principles to specific cases, are used to confirm decisions based on established theories, whereas inductive methods, which move from specific observations to generalizations, allow the formation of new theories based on empirical data. These two methods have complementary advantages and disadvantages; deductive excels in efficiency and systematic logic, but is limited to initial premises, while inductive offers flexibility in understanding complex situations, although it risks producing less valid generalizations. The integration of deductive and inductive methods can provide a holistic approach, helping organizations make decisions that are evidence-based, adaptive, and relevant to specific contexts

Abstract

How to increase the profits (profitability) for MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) is to facilitate the economic empowerment. The aim of implementing service to MSMEs in the Muhammadiyah area in Medan is to find the various problems of MSMEs which only gain profits when Muhammadiyah enterprises activities in educational schools. MSMEs tend to stagnate in terms of their profit and product levels, in addition to the minimal role of Muhammadiyah leadership in providing moral and material support (financing). The results of dedication to empowering MSMEs in the Muhammadiyah area of Medan include creating strategies including collaboration between MSMEs in the Muhammadiyah enterprises in Medan by selling products to Muhammadiyah members and sympathizers. Apart from that, MSME product innovation is really needed in order to provide interest to (potential) consumers not only in the market segment within the Muhammadiyah area, but also outdoor Muhammadiyah area. The final solution in this empowerment is the concern of Muhammadiyah enterprises leaders and Muhammadiyah leadership as Muhammadiyah enterprises management towards MSMEs to provide moral and material support (providing access to financing) in the Muhammadiyah economic movement

Abstract

Revolutions in science and technology have occurred many times, with great and unexpected consequences. Philosophy is the mother of all sciences that develop in the world, philosophy plays an important role in every development of science. Management philosophy is a collection of knowledge and beliefs that provide a broad basis or basis for determining problem solving. This study uses a literature study research method. One type of research is called library research and involves various text reference materials to see which ones are still relevant to this problem. Documentation techniques will be used as a collection method for this final assignment. Researchers collect various sources and key notes that are still relevant to the problem as part of the documentation process, which in itself is a method used by researchers. Using this approach makes it much easier to obtain accurate and complete data. The four perspectives of epistemological and ontological formations provide a framework for management to know how they act as managers of an organization. The industrial revolution 4.0 will also have an impact on changing lifestyles and community habits. For companies that cannot respond to the impact of these changes, they will be crushed by themselves. Thus, human resource management in an organization/company needs to design a program that can align the need to achieve organizational/business goals with the existence of its human resources.

Abstract

This research aims to understand how the application of religious, moral/ethical and traditional values affects organizational performance. It also explores the challenges faced by managers in implementing these values in management practices, as well as how these values can shape an organizational culture that supports sustainability and business ethics. This research uses a qualitative approach, with the Grounded Theory method to develop theories based on empirical data collected. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and document analysis, focusing on the phenomenon of applying religious, moral/ethical, and traditional values in the organization. The results show that religious, moral/ethical, and traditional values contribute significantly to improving organizational performance. Religious values such as honesty, justice, and responsibility create a harmonious and productive work environment. Morals/ethics support customer and stakeholder trust, while tradition strengthens organizational culture and employee loyalty. Abstract

The purpose to examine the use of QRIS whether it is able to increase the income of MSMEs in the city of Medan, Indonesia. The novelty recommendations for the use of QRIS for MSMEs in Medan City. The type of research uses primary research techniques by collecting data directly in the field, namely the respondents are MSME actors in Medan City. The Implication can Providing input to MSMEs to use QRIS because it can increase their income and Islamic banks to improve QRIS product innovation, especially risk mitigation and real time.The results showed that the increase in MSME income in Medan City stated that the use of the QRIS payment system had a positive and significant effect on increasing MSME income in Medan City. Constraints from using QRIS for MSMEs There are still those who do not understand how to use QRIS, both from business actors and their customers; network constrained; the slow process of disbursing funds in real time; and there is a fee for using QRIS that is charged to merchants.
