Abstract

Multi-criteria analysis combines road condition assessment score (IRI, SDI, road width, V/C ratio, traffic volume, vehicle speed, travel time) with importance level of the development of the area. The analysis resultedthe need of maintenance of national road in South Sumatera (2015-2019) more optimally, efficiently and effectively. The result are as follows : (1) in 2015, 95,86% of the  roads require routine maintenance and 4,14% require capacity improvement by widening the road to 7,0 meter; (2) among 2016 to 2019, 100,0% of the roads require routine maintenance without widening. The implementation of the maintenance does notaffect much to reduce travel time, although 100,0% of road has a width of more than 7,0 meter and about 90,37% of road has IRI less than 4,0 m/km. The condition is caused by there are no maintenance requirements concerning the improvement of the substandard geometric.

Abstract

(A Review: Factors Affecting the Quality Services of Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train) The construction of the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train (HST) project is a national strategic project that has a very large impact on economic development in Indonesia. Currently, the HST passenger target has not met the target desired by the Operator or the regulator, the community has not switched from the initial mode of transportation to using HST, so it is necessary to map what factors cause passengers or the community to choose HST compared to other modes. This study aims to map the factors that influence the level of satisfaction of HST passengers. Through literature studies and reviews of previous references, this study will present factors and variables that are considered to influence the level of satisfaction of HST passengers. The results of the literature study will be validated by experts through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) so that the factors and variables that are considered to influence can be used. This research can be utilized by operators and regulators who will increase the level of passengers satisfaction so that the number of HST passengers increases over time and meets the target. Abstrak Pembangunan proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung (KCJB) merupakan proyek strategis nasional yang membawa dampak yang sangat besar pada perkembangan perekonomian di Indonesia. Saat ini target penumpang KCJB belum memenuhi target yang diinginkan oleh Operator maupun dari regulator, masyarakat belum mengalihkan moda transportasi dari moda awal menjadi menggunakan KCJB, sehingga perlu dipetakan faktor apa yang menyebabkan penumpang atau masyarakat dapat memilik KCJB dibandingkan dengan moda lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan penumpang KCJB. Melalui studi literatur dan telaah dari referensi terdahulu penelitian ini akan menyajikan faktor dan variabel yang dianggap mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasaan pengguna KCJB. Hasil dari studi literatur akan divalidasi oleh pakar melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) sehingga faktor dan variabel yang dianggap mempengaruhi dapat digunakan. Penelitian ini akan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh operator dan regulator yang akan meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna agar jumlah penumpang KCJB meningkat dari waktu ke waktu dan memenuhi target.

Abstract

The integration of intermodal transportation services is a strategic necessity for improving the quality of urban transportation services. To realize the integration of services, it should be focused on the main transportation nodes in an area, such as Poris Plawad Terminal and Batu Ceper Station in the Poris Plawad Area, Tangerang City. This study aims to evaluate and determine strategies for improving the integration of intermodal transportation services in the Poris Plawad Area. The results of this study are expected to provide consideration for stakeholders to encourage the use of public transportation and realize the successful development of the Poris Plawad Area in the future. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total sample size of 202 respondents. Respondent data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to users of transportation services at Poris Plawad Terminal and Batu Ceper Station, as well as residents who are active within a radius of 800 meters from the terminal and station. This research uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) methods. The results of the IPA analysis show that there are five service variables that are considered important but low-performing, so they need to be prioritized for improvement, including the provision of pedestrian crossing facilities, the provision of proper sidewalks, disturbance-free pavement quality, and access into and out of the node that is free from traffic conflicts. Recommended solutions based on TRIZ principles include building a sky bridge and closing the south entrance for access into and out of the station; building a sidewalk connected to the node that is built higher than the road surface and uses high-quality materials; placing sidewalk bollards; and permanently closing the station access point that passes through the railway level crossing. These improvements are expected to enhance accessibility, safety, and walkability, encouraging greater public transport use and aligning with the area’s Transit Oriented Development goals.

Abstract

The Remaining Service Life (RSL) of the pavement can be used to assist in determining the proper timing of maintenance work. This study aims to analyze the value of the remaining service life of flexible pavement based on the prediction of damage that occurs using the MEPDG method and based on the prediction of pavement performance conditions with the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) value. Three roads in D.I. Yogyakarta is used as the object of research, namely the Milir-Sentolo, Pakem-Prambanan, and North-West Arteries. Prediction of the remaining service life of the pavement is calculated based on the prediction of the amount of damage. The types of damage predicted were rutting, alligator cracking, and longitudinal cracking. The pavement response value is obtained from the results of the analysis using the Kenpave program with the modulus of elasticity of the material for each layer as input. The results of the analysis show that the Pakem-Prambanan road segment has the longest remaining service life, both based on the prediction of pavement damage (³ 14th year), and the predicted PCI value (7th year). Abstract

Passenger satisfaction must be measured by operators providing high-speed train services, as it is directly related to passenger loyalty, which in turn ensures the business's sustainability. This study aims to measure passenger satisfaction with the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed train by developing a model that considers various factors significant in influencing user satisfaction. The quantitative method was developed by distributing questionnaires to 300 respondents, and the results were analyzed using SEM. The results of this study prove the existence of a model built from 5 (five) dimensions: the availability of information, accessibility, train comfort, emergency actions, and responses to complaints. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations to the operator of the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Train to evaluate the factors of 5 (five) dimensions that are considered important in forming a user satisfaction model for the service using a performance analysis matrix (IPA Diagram). According to the results of the IPA diagram, it is evident that the most urgent task for the operator is to consolidate with third parties related to the availability of modes to serve passengers who will continue their journey to Bandung, particularly for work and tourism purposes.

Abstract

Abstract Hot asphalt mixtures require aggregate as the constituent material. In this study, the potential for glass waste to be used as an aggregate substitute is examined. For this reason, a mixture design was determined to obtain the Optimum Asphalt Content of the Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course mixtures using glass waste as a substitute for fine aggregate. The glass waste used is glass waste that passes through sieve No. 50 and retained on sieve No.100. The proportion of glass waste substitution is 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% to the amount of fine aggregate in the mixture. The asphalt mixture in this study was made using the Marshall mixture design method. From this design, the Optimum Asphalt Content is obtained at 5.9% (0% glass waste), 5.4% (25% glass waste), 5.2% (50% glass waste), 5.1% (75% glass waste), and 4.9% (100% glass waste). Next, test spe-cimens were made for Indirect Tensile Strength testing, and carried out for testing in dry and wet conditions, and the Tensile Strength Ratio of the test specimens was determined. The Tensile Strength Ratio of the asphalt mixture decreases with increasing proportion of glass waste and decreasing asphalt content. Overall, this research shows that glass waste can be used as a substitute for fine aggregate. Keywords: hot mix asphalt; aggregate; glass waste; Marshall Method; Tensile Strength Ratio Abstrak Campuran beraspal panas memerlukan agregat sebagai material penyusunnya. Pada studi ini dikaji potensi limbah kaca untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai substitusi agregat. Untuk itu ditentukan rancangan campuran dengan untuk mendapatkan Kadar Aspal Optimum pada campuran beraspal jenis Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course dengan menggunakan limbah kaca sebagai substitusi agregat halus. Limbah kaca yang digunakan adalah limbah kaca yang lolos ayakan No. 50 dan tertahan ayakan No.100. Proporsi substitusi limbah kaca adalah 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, dan 100% terhadap jumlah agregat halus dalam campuran. Campuran beraspal pada studi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode perancangan campuran Marshall. Dari perancangan tersebut diperoleh Kadar Aspal Optimum sebesar 5,9% (limbah kaca 0%), 5,4% (limbah kaca 25%), 5,2% (limbah kaca 50%), 5,1% (limbah kaca 75%), dan 4,9% (limbah kaca 100%). Selanjutnya dibuat benda-benda uji untuk pengujian Indirect Tensile Strength, dan dilakukan untuk pengujian dengan kondisi telah dilakukan pengkondisian kering dan kondisi basah, serta ditentukan Tensile Strength Ratio benda-benda uji. Tensile Strength Ratio campuran beraspal mengecil dengan bertambahnya proporsi limbah kaca dan berkurangnya kadar aspal. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa limbah kaca dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai substitusi agregat halus.
