Abstract

Sebuah organisasi sosial-keagamaan secara alamiah memiliki naluri untuk bertahan dalam perubahan sosial yang ada di sekitarnya, termasuk gerakan tarekat. Perubahan ini dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan lebih banyak jamaah dan mempertahankan eksistensi gerakan di tengah lingkungannya. Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Khalidiyah di Aceh merupakan tarekat yang masih baru dibandingkan tarekat lain yang sudah ada di sana sebelumnya. Perubahan politik yang dinamis di Aceh juga mempengaruhi perubahan dalam bidang keagamaan. Artikel ini akan mencoba menjelaskan proses perubahan yang terjadi dalam gerakan tarekat Naqsyabandiyah di Aceh, bentuk perubahannya, dan relasi perubahan tersebut dengan kekuasaan. Dari pengamatan dan wawancara yang penulis lakukan dengan kelompok pelaku tarekat tampak bahwa perubahan dalam tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Khalidiyah yang ada di Aceh terkait erat dengan peran yang dimainkan oleh aktor-aktor tarekat sebagai agensinya. Perubahan itu juga berbeda antara apa yang dilakukan oleh satu tokoh dengan tokoh lainnya. Penulis berpendapat bahwa perubahan dalam tarekat di Aceh mengarah kepada upaya membangun eksistensi diri di tengah perubahan sosial politik yang ada di sana. Para aktor menyesuaikan praktik tarekat untuk masyarakat urban sehingga mendapat lebih banyak pengikut bahkan terkadang dengan menyamarkan nama tarekat di belakangnya.A socio-religious organization naturally has the instinct to survive in the social changes that surround it, including the tarekat movement. This change was made to gather more worshipers and maintain the existence of the movement in its environment. The Naqsyabandiyah Khalidiyah sufi order in Aceh is a relatively new compared to other tarekat that have existed there before. This article will try to explain the process of change that occurred in the Naqsybanadiyah tarekat movement in Aceh, the form of change, and the relationship between these changes and power. From the observations and several interviews that the author conducted with groups of tarekat actors, it appears that changes in the Naqsyabandiyah Khalidiyah tarekat in Aceh are closely related to the role played by actors as their agencies. The changes also differ between what one character does to another. The author argues that changes in tarekat in Aceh lead to efforts to build self-existence in the socio-political changes that are there. Actors adapt tarekat practices to urban communities so as to gain more followers, sometimes even by disguising the tarekat name behind them

Abstract

Studi tentang panoptikon dalam kehidupan sosial selalu dihubungkan dengan kuasa dalam pendisiplinan tubuh. Dalam banyak tulisan para sarjana menggunakan teori ini untuk melihat bagaimana relasi kuasa mempengaruhi proses pendisiplinan. Di sisi lain studi tentang tarekat dihubungkan dengan upaya pendisiplinan batin bagi jamaahnya. Artikel ini akan membahas struktur kepemimpinan dalam tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Khalidiyah di Aceh. Dalam relasi ini kepemimpinan dalam tarekat memiliki dua dimensi sekaligus, dimensi relasi kuasa antara Mursyid dengan jamaah, di sisi lain memiliki proses pendisiplinan batin melalui riyadah. Artikel ini focus pada relasi yang terbangun dalam tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Khalidiyah yanga da di Aceh. Tarekat ini memiliki akar yang kuat pada Syaikh Muda Waly al-Khalidi yang berasal dari Labuhanhaji, Kabupaten Aceh Selatan. Dalam prosesnya tarekat ini memiliki pengembangan variasi kepemimpinan yang menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan zaman. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa hierarkhi kepemimpinan tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Khalidiyah di Aceh merupakan sebuah patronase panoptic dimana relasi yang ada bukan hanya relasi organisasi biasa, namun memiliki makna spiritual.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the transformation of religious rituals and understanding among the Javanese Muslim community that migrated to the Gayo Highlands, Aceh Province, in the early twentieth century. This article is based on an ethnographic study by the author in the Gayo highlands of District Bener Meriah, Aceh Province. The author employs three primary data collection methods: observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The author also conducted a literature study pertinent to this paper to round out the data analysis. This study showed that religious belief and practice had been transformed among the Javanese migrants in Aceh over nearly a half-century. This transformation occurred from understanding the religion, which tends to be Kejawen, to Muhammadiyah's understanding. Then, after three decades, there was a fresh shift in understanding from Muhammadiyah to Dayah, which has continued until now. The Javanese migrants in Aceh are not resistant to changes in religious thought in their culture. Because not many Javanese migrants in Aceh studied religion specifically, anyone who comes will be easily accepted and welcomed. This makes religious transformation in Javanese migrant society in Aceh possible without significant conflict.AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan menjelaskan transformasi pemahaman dan praktik beragama masyarakat muslim Jawa yang bermigrasi ke dataran tinggi Gayo provinsi Aceh pada awal abad ke 20. Artikel ini didasarkan pada penelitian etnografi yang penulis lakukan di dataran tinggi Gayo, Kabupaten Bener Meriah, Provinsi Aceh dengan. Penulis menggunakan tiga teknik pengumpulan data utama yakni observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Untuk melengkapi analisis dan informasi, penulis juga melakukan kajian literatur yang relevan dengan artikel ini. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa transformasi pemikiran dan praktik beragama dalam masyarakat Jawa pendatang di Aceh telah terjadi sepanjang hampir setengah abad terakhir. Perubahan ini terjadi dari pemahaman agama yang cenderung kejawen kepada pemahaman Muhammadiyah. Kemudian, setelah tiga dekade terjadi perubahan baru dari pemahaman Muhammadiyah kepada pemahaman Dayah yang masih bertahan hingga saat ini. Masyarakat Jawa di Aceh cenderung tidak resisten pada perubahan pemikiran keagamaan yang ada di dalam masyarakat mereka. Hal ini disebabkan tidak banyak orang Jawa pendatang yang belajar agama secara khusus sehingga siapa saja yang datang ke sana untuk membawa agama akan diterima dan dipermudah. Hal inilah yang menjadikan transformasi keagamaan di dalam masyarakat Jawa pendatang dapat terjadi tanpa konflik yang berarti.

Abstract

This article addresses the challenges and opportunities arising from the interaction between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and religion in the digital era. Concurrently with the advancement of technology, AI has demonstrated its capability to access and analyze an extensive array of data, encompassing religious texts among others. This phenomenon introduces new prospects for the interpretation and comprehension of religious texts, previously confined to the purview of theologians and scholars but now rendered accessible to a broader spectrum of individuals. Nevertheless, this development also engenders a constellation of challenges. The present article endeavors to elucidate the manner in which religion can acclimate itself to the progressively augmenting role of AI within our society. The foremost challenges that confront religion in this digital epoch shall be expounded upon. Moreover, an examination of how religion can harness this technology for its own purposes will be undertaken. Furthermore, an inquiry into the ethical boundaries governing the role of technology within the realm of religion will be conducted. With a focal point on these inquiries, the article seeks to furnish a comprehensive delineation of the role of AI in the religiosity of the future.Artikel ini membahas tantangan dan peluang yang muncul dari interaksi antara kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan agama dalam era digital. Seiring dengan semakin canggihnya teknologi, AI telah mampu mengakses dan menganalisis data yang sangat luas, termasuk teks-teks keagamaan. Hal ini di satu sisi memberikan kemungkinan baru untuk interpretasi dan pemahaman teks agama, yang sebelumnya menjadi wilayah eksklusif para teolog dan ulama, sekarang dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja. Meskipun demikian, hal ini juga menimbulkan sejumlah tantangan. Artikel ini akan menjelaskan bagaimana agama dapat beradaptasi dengan peran AI yang semakin meningkat dalam masyarakat kita. Apa tantangan terbesar yang dihadapi oleh agama di era digital ini? Bagaimana agama bisa memanfaatkan teknologi ini untuk tujuan mereka sendiri? Dan apakah ada batas etika bagi peran teknologi dalam agama? Dengan berfokus pada pertanyaan-pertanyaan ini, artikel ini berusaha untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang peran AI dalam agama masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan literature review terkait dengan implementasi parenting style dalam pendidika karakter berbasis etnopedagogi budaya Gayo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode library research (penelitian kepustakaan) serta menggunakan pendekatan etnopedagogi. Hasil literature review ini; nilai-nilai adat Gayo merupakan nilai-nilai yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam dan tidak bertentangan dengan itu. Hal ini disebabkan oleh dasar kepercayaan masyarakat Gayo yang berlandaskan agama Islam dan nilai ini mendasari pola asuh orang tua Gayo serta usaha dalam membentuk karakter anak yang mencerminkan nilai budaya Gayo itu sendiri.

Abstract

The role of the three Syekh Muda Waly students at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School is crucial in the social and religious life of the community in Aceh Singkil Regency. They are Abu Bahauddin Tawar (1927-2008), Abu Zamzami Syam (1923-2013) and Abu Baihaqi (1931-2015). Interestingly, although the three have different educational characters, they studied at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School led by Abu Syekh Muda Waly Al Khalidi (1961). Abu Sheikh Muda Al-Khalidi inherited religious knowledge such as fiqh monotheism of Sufism and the sanad of the Naqsabandiyah Khalidiah order. Through an actor-network theory (ANT) approach, this research attempts to map the process of forming student and teacher relationships between the three ulama and Syekh Muda Waly. The results of this research show. (1) The relationship between teacher and student is formed through scientific networks and tarekat sanad. (2) This relationship also impacts learning in the three Islamic boarding schools, which have the same curriculum structure and emphasize understanding fiqh, monotheism, Sufism, da'wah science, and tool science. (3) Such relations also make Darussalam the axis for scientific institutions in the three Islamic boarding schools. It is common for several students who have completed tsanawiyah or Aliyah education at the three Islamic boarding schools to continue to deepen their knowledge at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School. This relationship shows the role of Abu Syekh Muda Waly Al-Khalidi and Islamic Boarding School Darussalam in building a scientific network within the social context of the Aceh Singkil community

Abstract

This research is a systematic literature review on implementing the Independent Curriculum in Elementary Schools in Indonesia. The method used in this study is qualitative, with data collection techniques using the library research method. The results of this systematic literature review research: The implementation of the Independent Curriculum was introduced to provide flexibility to schools in designing curricula that align with local needs and student development. In its implementation, the Pancasila student profile strengthening project is a co-curricular activity and does not need to be mapped to achieve Learning Outcomes. Then, the principles of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project are holistic, contextual, student-centered, and exploratory.

Abstract

This study aims to map the development of research on religiosity and academic resilience in Islamic educational institutions 2015-2024. Meta-analysis was conducted on 23 studies, which then narrowed down to 6 studies because they were not included in the inclusion statement, such as research outside of Islamic educational institutions. Meta-analysis itself is a review of several research results on similar issues. Searches from various sources to find the study in question, namely from articles (research results) in journals and academic reports from a survey through Google Scholar, Scispace, Publish and Perish which are open access. This meta-analysis aims to find out the distribution of research according to the title and inclusion statement, as well as analyze the research objectives, research methods, research population/sample, and data collection methods/techniques that are most dominantly used in the title. This analysis showed that the six studies that fit the inclusion statement were in Indonesia. Another finding based on the dominant research objective is to know the relationship by 50%, then the method of interest is quantitative with a rate of 83.33%. Meanwhile, the population/sample and subjects in these studies were 100% students. Furthermore, the dominant data collection method/technique in the 6 studies is a questionnaire, which is 66.66%. Finally, the results of these studies all state that religiosity has a relationship with and influence on academic resilience in Islamic educational institutions. This proves that religiosity is essential in improving students' academic resilience.

Abstract

Character education is a system of cultivating character values which includes components of knowledge, awareness or will, and actions to carry out values that are considered noble. Islamic boarding schools are one of the Islamic religious educational institutions that have a role in contributing to instilling character education values in their students or students. One of the studies carried out at Islamic boarding schools is the study of Sufism, namely the science that teaches how to have noble morals. The purpose of this study was to find out how the practice of internalizing character education at the Darul Afkar Klaten Islamic Boarding School which is based on Sufism. The results of the study show that the practice of reciting blessings, reciting zikir, and sufistic therapy has a correlation in inculcating character education. Keywords: Character Education, Sufism, Islamic Boarding Schools.
