Abstract

Beban kerja mental adalah sebuah kondisi yang dalami oleh pekerja dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya dimana hanya terdapat sumber daya mental dalam kondisi yang terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keluhan sakit pada tubuh, mengukur perasaan kelelahan kerja dan mengukur beban kerja mental pada karyawan di Warehouse PT. Agility International. Penelitian dimulai saat penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan fitur Google form dengan 3 jenis kuesioner yaitu QNBM, KAUPK2 dan NASA-TLX. QNBM untuk mengetahui keluhan-keluhan sakit pada tubuh, KAUPK2 untuk mengetahui perasaan kelelahan kerja dan NASA-TLX untuk mengukur beban kerja mental pada karyawan. Hasil QNBM didapatkan keluhan sakit tingkatan sangat sering pada bagian leher atas, leher bawah, punggung, pinggang, pergelangan tangan kiri, pergelangan tangan kanan, tangan kiri, lengan atas kiri, paha kiri, paha kanan, betis kiri dan betis kanan. Hasil KAUPK2 didapatkan nilai rata-rata  > 2 yang dinyatakan bahwa karyawan pernah mengalami kelelahan. Hasil NASA-TLX didapatkan 22% karyawan mengalami beban kerja mental tingkatan sangat tinggi.

Abstract

The development of the industrial world is experiencing intense competition in the current industrial era, both those engaged in the production and distribution of goods. For this reason, good distribution planning can ensure the availability of products needed by consumers. Without distribution, producers will find it difficult to market their products, and consumers will find it difficult to find the products they need. The research aims to plan distribution properly and efficiently. In this case, Distribution Requirement Planning plays a pivotal role for both integrated manufacturing distribution system and pure distribution system with the need for time phasing supply at each level of the distribution network. This research is classified as descriptive research or research whose main characteristics are providing objective explanation, comparison, and evaluation as material for making decision for authorities. Abstract

PT. Multi Nabati Sulawesi is a company engaged in the Croud Coconut Oil (CCNO) industry with copra as its raw material. Based on actual data, it is known that the oil production produced is often outside the standards set by the company. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the causal factors and find the right solution for improvement, where the main factor is the quality of the processed raw materials. To determine the relationship between raw material quality and the achievement of production targets, a Linear Regression method is used which aims to determine the influence of raw material quality on the achievement of production targets. Through the Simple Linear Regression model, a linear relationship between two variables is known, where one variable is considered to influence the other variable. Meanwhile, Multiple Linear Regression is used to determine whether or not there is a significant influence of two or more independent variables in this study.

Abstract

This article describes the implementation of a media literacy socialization program aimed at developing critical digital thinking skills among students at MTs Muhammadiyah Kabila by students participating in the Gorontalo State University Community Service Program in Permata Village in 2025. This program was motivated by the high exposure of teenagers to digital information, which is often not balanced with the skills to sort and understand information wisely. The activities were carried out using a participatory approach through counseling, interactive discussions, and digital content analysis practices, which were designed based on the identification of student needs and concluded with an evaluation of the program's effectiveness. The results of the activities showed an increase in students' understanding of recognizing hoaxes, applying social media ethics, and developing a critical attitude towards the rapid and diverse flow of digital information. Through this activity, students not only gained theoretical insights but also practical experience in dealing with digital literacy issues in their daily lives. Thus, this article concludes that media literacy socialization makes a positive contribution in equipping students with critical digital skills relevant to facing the challenges of the digital age and can be used as a reference for implementing similar programs in other educational environments.
