Abstract

Permasalahan dalam pencatatan dan pengelolaan data pada Posyandu Jiwa di Desa Mojokrapak yang masih dilakukan secara manual mengakibatkan kurangnya efisiensi, akurasi, dan kecepatan distribusi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi Posyandu Jiwa berbasis web sebagai solusi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan dan kualitas informasi kesehatan mental masyarakat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem yang dikembangkan mencakup fitur manajemen data pasien ODGJ, pencatatan kehadiran, riwayat pemeriksaan, pemberian obat, pengelolaan jadwal kegiatan, serta modul edukasi kesehatan jiwa. Pengguna sistem terdiri dari tiga kategori: bidan, kader, dan pasien. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mempermudah proses pengolahan data dan akses informasi secara real-time, serta mendapat respons positif dari pengguna. Pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing membuktikan bahwa sistem berjalan optimal dan seluruh fungsionalitas sesuai harapan. Kesimpulannya, sistem informasi ini berhasil mendigitalisasi layanan Posyandu Jiwa dan memiliki potensi untuk diintegrasikan dengan sistem kesehatan pemerintah di masa depan.

Abstract

Jombang Regency, East Java, has significant potential in the tourism and cultural sectors; however, the promotion and marketing of tourist destinations in this area remain limited. This Final Project report discusses the development of a website-based digital marketing system designed to enhance exposure and access to information about various tourist and cultural destinations in Jombang Regency. The system is equipped with features such as comments, ratings, and location maps, which facilitate users in discovering and exploring the available destinations. The objective of this research is to implement an effective digital marketing strategy to increase the number of tourists visiting Jombang Regency. The system, developed using PHP and MySQL, provides accurate and engaging information about natural, religious, popular, and historical tourist destinations in Jombang. The research findings indicate that the implementation of this system can enhance the visibility of tourist destinations in Jombang and significantly contribute to local economic growth. Through integrated and sustainable digital marketing, it is hoped that Jombang Regency can become one of Indonesia's leading tourist destinations, widely recognized both nationally and internationally.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has encouraged schools to adopt digital payment systems. This study aims to develop a school billing application based on Android, integrated with the Midtrans Core API as an online transaction solution. The application is designed to simplify the payment process for parents and assist school administrators in recording and monitoring transactions automatically. The development process follows the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, consisting of planning, design, rapid construction, and implementation stages. The backend is built using Laravel, while the mobile interface is developed with React Native. System testing is conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all features work as intended, including login, bill display, payment processing, and transaction reporting. The results show that the application improves efficiency and transparency in managing school payments. This solution enhances accessibility for parents and supports the digital transformation of school administration systems.

Abstract

Inventory management of school facilities is an essential part of asset management to ensure the availability, condition, and effective use of items. However, manual inventory recording often leads to data inaccuracies, difficulties in tracking, and consumes a significant amount of time and effort. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a mobile application based on Android to assist the inventory management process of school facilities more efficiently and accurately by utilizing QR Code technology. The application is developed using Java/Kotlin programming language and Android Studio framework, with SQLite used for local data storage and PHP-MySQL for data synchronization to the server when connected to the internet. The main features include inventory data input, QR Code generation and printing, QR Code scanning for item tracking, item condition updates, and damaged or repair-needed item reporting. The system is also equipped with user authentication to ensure that only administrators have access to the data. The testing results show that the application runs well on Android devices and is capable of managing inventory data more quickly and accurately compared to manual methods. The integration of QR Codes facilitates instant item identification through scanning, thereby accelerating the recording and checking processes. Thus, this application is expected to be a practical and efficient solution for inventory management in school environments.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong transformasi digital pada sektor bisnis jasa, termasuk layanan Wedding Organizer. Re Arjuna Wedding sebagai penyedia jasa rias pernikahan, tunangan, dan wisuda masih menghadapi permasalahan dalam proses pemesanan dan pembayaran yang dilakukan secara manual melalui aplikasi pesan singkat dan pencatatan terpisah, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan layanan, kesalahan administrasi, serta rendahnya efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem manajemen Wedding Organizer berbasis website yang terintegrasi dengan layanan payment gateway Midtrans guna mempermudah proses pemesanan paket, pengelolaan jadwal acara, serta pembayaran secara daring dan waktu nyata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan aplikasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi sistem. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dengan basis data relasional serta integrasi metode pembayaran akun virtual melalui Midtrans. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data pemesanan, mempercepat proses transaksi pembayaran, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan administrasi, serta memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan bagi pelanggan, admin, dan pengelola. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan profesionalisme Re Arjuna Wedding dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis jasa di era digital.

Abstract

Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi, kebutuhan akan layanan reservasi secara online meningkat. Saat ini, Vera Salon masih menggunakan metode pemesanan yang memanfaatkan aplikasi WhatsApp, sehingga memungkinkan pesan tidak terbaca dan kurang optimalnya pelananan karena harus membalas pesan satu persatu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi booking berbasis website yang dapat memudahkan pelanggan dalam proses reservasi tanpa perlu menunggu pesan dibalas oleh admin. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall, yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengkodean, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan secara berurutan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, Javascript, dan PHP serta manajemen basis data MySQL. Untuk tampilan antarmuka, sistem ini memanfaatkan Codeigniter sebagai framework CSS. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pelanggan akan lebih mudah dalam melakukan proses reservasi, sementara pihak salon dapat melakukan pekerjaan dengan lebih efisien. Sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efesiensi proses booking di Vera salon.

Abstract

This community service program was conducted in Tawangsari Village, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency, focusing on empowering village officials and local UMKM through digital technology utilization. The main objective was to enhance digital literacy among village officials in managing a YouTube channel as a means of public communication, while strengthening UMKM’ visual identity through logo and banner design. The program applied the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, consisting of several stages: needs assessment, planning, workshop implementation, intensive mentoring, and evaluation. The workshop was divided into two sessions, namely YouTube channel management (content creation, video editing, and account management) and visual design (logo and banner production for UMKM products). Evaluation was carried out through pre-test and post-test assessments, satisfaction questionnaires, and portfolio evaluation of participants’ outputs. The results revealed significant improvements in both digital literacy and visual design skills, as indicated by the increase of average scores from 55 to 83 for digital literacy, and from 50 to 80 for visual design. Furthermore, the village officials successfully launched the official YouTube channel of Tawangsari Village, while UMKM actors produced professional logos and banners to represent their product identity. The program not only improved technical skills but also raised awareness of the importance of branding and digital literacy as a strategy for strengthening competitiveness. In conclusion, ICT-based workshops proved effective in strengthening village community capacity. The main recommendation is the need for program sustainability through consistent content publication on YouTube, continuous use of UMKM logos, and advanced digital marketing training to expand market reach.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology offers significant opportunities for micro-enterprises to increase competitiveness through digital marketing, yet limited digital literacy remains a major challenge in rural communities. This community service program was carried out in Plemahan Village, Sumobito District, Jombang Regency, focusing on empowering women of the PKK community and micro-enterprise owners. The program aimed to enhance community skills in utilizing social media and online marketplaces for product marketing, to foster digital literacy awareness, and to encourage the establishment of a technology-based learning community. The method applied was Participatory Action Research, involving participants in every stage from planning, training, mentoring, to evaluation. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of digital marketing concepts, technical skills in creating business accounts, and the quality of promotional content. In addition, the program led to social changes such as the formation of a digital marketing learning group and the emergence of local leaders supporting program sustainability. This initiative demonstrates that a participatory technology-based approach can serve as an effective strategy to strengthen rural community economies in the digital era.

Abstract

The development of information technology provides great opportunities to improve administrative efficiency in various fields, including education. As-Salafiyyah Asy-Syafi’iyyah Islamic Boarding School, Tambakberas Barat Jombang faces challenges in managing student tuition payments, which have so far been done manually, making them less effective and prone to late notifications. This study aims to design and develop a website-based student payment information systemintegrated with WhatsApp Gateway to automate payment notifications to student guardians. The method used is Research and Development with the Waterfall model, including needs analysis, design, implementation using PHP and CodeIgniter, and system testing using the Black Box method. The test results show that all the main functions of the system run as expected without significant errors, including student data management, payment posts, bills, and automatic notification delivery via WhatsApp. This system has succeeded in increasing the efficiency and transparency of payment administration and facilitating communication between the Islamic boarding school and student guardians. Thus, the integration of WhatsApp Gateway into the Islamic  school payment information system provides a practical and effective solution tosupport the education process in the digital era.

Abstract

Student savings is one of the flagship programs at the Al-Husna Education Foundation, which aims to train students in managing finances from an early age. Through this program, students are taught to set aside some of their pocket money to meet school needs such as uniforms, tuition fees, and other activities. This program also plays a role in shaping the character of discipline, frugality, and responsibility. However, the previous savings management system was still manual, namely by recording transactions in savings books and cash books. This method is prone to cause recording errors, data loss, and a lack of information transparency for students' parents. In addition, manual recording becomes less efficient as the number of transactions increases. To address these problems, a website-based student savings management system has been developed to replace manual processes with automated systems. The system is built using the CodeIgniter 4 framework, the PHP programming language, and the MySQL database. The results of the study show that this system is able to make it easier to record transactions, present reports automatically, and provide fast, accurate, and transparent access to information for schools and parents of students.
