Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Banjarbaru dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan di bidang kepegawaian, pendidikan, dan pelatihan. Studi ini menggunakan metode evaluasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana sumber data diperoleh dari aparatur sipil negara (ASN) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Banjarbaru yang memiliki pengalaman dalam menerima layanan dari BKPSDM. Teknik pengumpulan data utama meliputi penyebaran kuesioner kepada 40 responden ASN dan dokumentasi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, kinerja BKPSDM Kota Banjarbaru berada dalam kategori Baik. Secara spesifik, indikator produktivitas pelayanan kepegawaian, pendidikan, dan pelatihan dinilai produktif oleh 75% responden. Kualitas pelayanan BKPSDM juga dianggap berkualitas oleh 85% responden, menandakan kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Sementara itu, aspek akuntabilitas dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan dinilai akuntabel oleh 72,5% responden, mencerminkan transparansi dan pertanggungjawaban yang baik. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi efektivitas BKPSDM dalam menjalankan fungsi inti mereka dan berkontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan ASN di Banjarbaru.

Abstract

Real-time monitoring of vibration, temperature, and noise in refrigeration machines using microcontrollers is still rarely discussed, although it plays a crucial role in maintaining machine performance and supporting decision-making for predictive maintenance. This research aims to design and implement a microcontroller-based monitoring system capable of measuring and recording machine operational parameters in real-time with adequate accuracy. The system uses an accelerometer sensor for vibration detection, an infrared thermometer for temperature measurement, and an electret microphone for noise monitoring. The data is processed by a microcontroller equipped with an SD card module for storage and a WiFi connection for remote access via the web. The test results show that this device can detect changes in vibration with an Mean Absolute Error value of 0.34 m/s², temperature with a Mean Absolute Percentage Error value of 1.35%, and provides real-time data that can be accessed wirelessly through other devices connected to the WiFi network. The contribution of this research lies in providing a monitoring solution that improves operational efficiency, minimizes the risk of downtime, and supports the optimal management and maintenance of refrigeration machines.

Abstract

Pemahaman terhadap asbabun nuzul ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an merupakan bagian penting dalam upaya menafsirkan pesan ilahi secara kontekstual dan aplikatif. Q.S. Al-Baqarah ayat 267 merupakan salah satu ayat yang menegaskan prinsip etika sosial dalam Islam, khususnya terkait perintah bersedekah dari harta yang baik dan halal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji asbabun nuzul Q.S. Al-Baqarah ayat 267 serta menganalisis hubungannya dengan nilai sedekah seorang mukmin dalam kehidupan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka melalui analisis tafsir klasik dan kontemporer, hadis Nabi, serta literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ayat ini turun sebagai teguran terhadap sebagian kaum Muslimin yang bersedekah dengan harta berkualitas rendah. Nilai sedekah yang terkandung dalam ayat ini menekankan keikhlasan, kualitas pemberian, tanggung jawab sosial, dan kesadaran spiritual sebagai manifestasi keimanan seorang mukmin.

Abstract

Vertical farming requires a structurally sound and environmentally sustainable racking system; however, existing research largely neglects the evaluation of the structural safety of eco-friendly racking materials under various operational loads. This gap necessitates further rigorous mechanical performance assessments to ensure the long-term reliability of the system. This study aims to develop a vertical farming racking design with an adequate safety factor by examining its structural response to various load scenarios. A design-construction methodology supported by SolidWorks simulations was used to evaluate stress distribution, strain behavior, and deformation patterns. Simulation results using SolidWorks software indicate that the maximum compressive stress at the loaded joint surface is 13.734 MPa, while the minimum stress is 1.149 MPa. The highest load occurs at the fourth (bottom) joint level due to pump-induced water pressure. The maximum strain recorded is 0.00491, with a minimum of 0.00041. The top shelf level exhibits a maximum displacement of 48.165 mm, while the minimum displacement is 0 mm. This shows that the material and shape of the frame that has been made are in the safe category with a safety factor (sf) of 2.4. These findings indicate that the proposed rack design maintains structural integrity within safe limits and is suitable for application in vertical farming systems.
