Abstract

Kopi Arabika dari lereng Arjuno memiliki cita rasa yang lembut dan aroma khas, berkat tanah vulkanik serta vegetasi hutan yang beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi saluran pemasaran kopi arabika Lereng Arjuno dan menganalisis efisiensi pemasaran kopi arabika Lereng Arjuno dengan menghitung margin pemasaran dan farmer’s share. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dusun Borogragal, Desa Donowarih, Kecamatan Karangploso, Kabupaten Malang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 29 petani dari 90 petani kopi dengan metode pengambilan sampel teknik snowball sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis saluran pemasaran, margin pemasaran dan analisis efisiensi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada tiga saluran pemasaran kopi Arabika di Dusun Borogragal, Desa Donowarih, yaitu saluran I :petani (kelompok tani)-konsumen; saluraan II: petani-pedagang pengumpul-konsumen; saluran III: petani-pedagang pengumpul- -pedagang pengecer -konsumen. Total margin pemasaran untuk saluran I adalah Rp50.000/kg; saluran II adalah Rp10.000/kg; dan saluran III adalah Rp15.000/kg. Nilai farmer’s share saluran I sebesar 67%; saluran II sebesar 73%; dan 60% untuk saluran III. Dari ketiga saluran ini, nilai farmer’s share efisien karena lebih besar dari karena lebih 50%.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia di bawah Presiden Parabowo, memiliki komitmen besar dalam mewujudkan swasembada dan kesejahteraan petani. Salah satu motor pendukung adalah ketlibatan Kelompok tani (Poktan). Kegiatan pengbdian ini dilakukan di Kelompok Tani Suka Maju Kelurahan Wonokoyo kecamatan Kedungkandang kota Malang. Tujuan kegiatan adalah memberikan pendampingan kepada kelompok tani dalam mendukung arah baru kebijakan perberasan nasional sekaligus meningkatkan potensi kelompok yang berdampak terhadap kesejahteran petani. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partisipatory. Bentuk Kegiatan pendampingan dengan menggalai potensi dan kendala yang dihadapi kelompok baik dalam mendukung swasembada. Hasil Kegiatan adalah: 1) teridentifikasinya berbagai persoalan baik yang bersifat teknis maupun non teknis, diantaranya yaitu: belum semua petani yang berhak menerima pupuk bersubsidi, belum memiliki alsintan, mahalnya biaya tenaga kerja, pengadaan bibit padi yang tidak tepat waktu tanam, petani masih susah lepas dari penggunaan pupuk kimia, produksi padi belum masksimal (sekitar 6 ton dari potensi sekitar 7 ton, jaringan irigasi yang belum sempurna diperbaiki, 2) disepakatinya kegiatan validasi data penerima pupuk bersubsidi, mendata ulang nama petani, luas lahan dan komoditas yang diajukan, 3) penggalakan pemakaian pupuk organic, hal ini didasarkjan pada realita di lapang bahwa petani sangat sulit melepaskan penakaian pupuk kimia, namun demikian sudah muncul pengakuan bahwa mereka mengakui pentingnya penggunaan pupuk organic, baik terkait dengan kesehatan tanah maupun masa depan petani penerusnya. Hasil kegiatan merekomendasikan pentingnya untuk memberikan pendampingan terhadap kelompok tani menuju kelompok tani yang sukses baik dalam mendukung swasemda maupun kesejahteraan petani.

Abstract

The ocean faces a variety of environmental challenges, including pollution, overfishing, habitat destruction, and climate change. These threats can have significant impacts on marine ecosystems and the livelihoods of coastal communities. The sea is also affected by currents, which are the continuous and directional movement of seawater. A number of variables, including wind, temperature, salinity, and the earth's rotation, influence ocean currents. Ocean current patterns are complex and can vary greatly depending on the region and time of year. Ocean current patterns can significantly impact the distribution and movement of suspended solids in the ocean. High levels of suspended solids can reduce water clarity, making water appear cloudy. The value of the concentration of suspended solids in a body of water greatly affects how high its turbidity is. Hydrodynamic models are used to study the movement of water and sediment in estuaries and coastal areas, including tidal, wave, and current effects. Understanding the movement of suspended solids in the ocean is important because it can help predict the spread of pollutants, determine sediment transport patterns, and understand the impact of suspended solids on marine ecosystems.Keywords:Current patternsSuspended solidsHydrodynamicsSea coast

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peranan yang besar dalam perekonomian nasional, baik dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja, pertumbuhan ekonomi maupun dalam memberikan kontribusi pendapatan dan pajak Negara. Salah satu UMKM yang dipilih dalam kegiatan ini adalah UMKM Sultan Camil. Berdasakan exiting condition, usaha ini memiliki prospek untuk berkembang namun dihadapkan pada beberapa aspek yang antara lain terkait dengan aspek manajemen produksi, manajemen keuangan dan manajemen pemasaran. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu strategi penguatan yang diharapkan dapat menjadi pertimbangan untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Adapun strategi penguatan yang ditawarkan sebagai solusinya adalah melalui penerapan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan pemilik UMKM Sultan Camil dalam menerapkan strategi bisnis berbasis BMC. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di rumah pemilik UMKM Sultan Camil, yang berlokasi di Dusun Kanigoro RT 04 RW 06 Desa Tirtomoyo, Kecamatan Pakis, Kabupaten Malang. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan materi cara menerapkan BMC yang diteruskan dengan tanya jawab serta sharing terkait dengan proses produksi, hasil produksi, manajemen keuangan dan manajemen pemasaran produksinya. Berdasarkan hasil sharing terkait dengan berbagai aspek manajemen tersebut, maka masih diperlukan kegiatan pendampingan untuk menguatkan UMKM Sultan Camil dalam mengembangkan usahanya di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus) serta mendeskripsikan motivasi petani dalam pengembangannya di Desa Bedali, Kecamatan Ngancar, Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode mixed methods menggunakan 30 responden yang dipilih melalui accidental sampling. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner skala Likert, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari instansi dan literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata penerimaan petani sebesar Rp23.813.333 per periode dengan total penerimaan Rp714.400.000. Biaya produksi rata-rata terdiri dari biaya tetap Rp795.952 dan biaya variabel Rp7.302.900. Nilai rata-rata R/C Ratio 2,20 menandakan usahatani jamur tiram layak dan menguntungkan untuk dijalankan. Motivasi petani termasuk kategori sangat tinggi, dengan skor intrinsik 4,33 dan ekstrinsik 4,32. Faktor pendorong utama meliputi pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok, rasa aman finansial, dukungan sosial, serta peran penyuluh dan petani lain. Dengan demikian, usahatani jamur tiram putih di Desa Bedali terbukti layak secara finansial serta didukung oleh motivasi petani yang sangat kuat.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to identify factors affecting the decision making of the tourists' interest to visit Bhakti Alam. This study was conducted in Bhakti Alam as one of the ecotourism destination in Tutur, Pasuruan. A set of questionnaire was set up and distributes to 100 visitors in Bhakti Alam on August 2016. In this research, to generate information regarding visitor perception, a series of interview was done. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research result shows that variables of advertising, public relations, personal marketing, and sale promotion have significant impact on the visiting decision to Bhakti Alam. This condition also supported by determination coefficient value as 0.608. It means that 60.84% variables about visiting decision can be explained by decision-making factors, while the rest of 39.16% explained by another variable that is not being tested. Variables analysed with T test to advertising, public relations, personal marketing, and sale promotion each partially have a significant impact to visiting decision. The multiple linear result analysis showed that between those free variables and visiting decision has a strong connection. The resulting distribution of respondents answer by Likert analysis showed that variable which has the biggest impact started from sale promotion followed by public relations, personal selling, and advertising. While visiting decision more determined by representative location factor, followed by representative condition, access road, price and products. Abstract

The research aimed to identify the motivation of tourism actors and to analyze the factors influencing the motivation in Pulau Merah tourism area, Banyuwangi Regency. The object of the research is 61 business actors, consisting of homestay, souvenir shops, cafe, umbrella rental services, and travel operators. Respondents were selected using Stratified Random Sampling. Data were collected through interviews with questionnaires, and completed with secondary data from local villages. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the motivation of business actors was in the high category with the score of 80.9%. The actors' source of motivation to do business is derived from business benefits of 91.2%, family or friends as high as 77.4%, ideas and abilities as much as 83.3%, and confidence to advance as much as 85.3%. The result of Multiple Regression Analysis showed that motivation is significantly influenced by encouragement, action and satisfaction factors, each with a regression coefficient of 0.310, 0.218 and 0.265, respectively. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the relationship and the role of social capital in supporting product and service of Mauhalek waterfall ecotourism. Phenomenology approach was chosen because it allow the researcher to identify a particular phenomenon, and requires the researcher to examine the subject by being directly involved in developing meaningful patterns and relationships. In the context of the research to be studied, the main focus of this research is the norms, beliefs, networks, products, and services of Mauhalek waterfall. From the research results, it can be concluded that there are various custom rules in maintaining Mauhalek waterfall which still exists until now, one of them is ukum Badu (prohibition of cutting the tree and taking fruit that existing around the Mauhalek forest). The high belief in myths and rules makes the sustainability of Mauhalek waterfall is still maintained until now. The beauty and authenticity of natural resources and culture of Mauhalek waterfall make it as a good tourist product to be offered to the visitor.Keywords: Mauhalek waterfall, social capital, sustainable tourism.

Abstract

Clungup Mangrove Conservation (CMC) is the coastal area with the most complete ecosystem in Malang District. Since 2014, this place started to be known as the area of the conservation (tourism-based) with the best management, so it won the 1st Adhibakti Minabahari with the category of Coastal Postponed Development. This achievement strongly supported by the role of volunteers who fight for the ecotourism management. Volunteer role is included the community involvement in the conservation activities in the region, starting from the CMC continues on the institutional establishment of ecotourism manager for CMC. The objectives of the study are to know and analyze the role of a volunteer on the management and the sustainability of the CMC ecotourism. The methods that were used are field observation, interview with the key stakeholders, and multi-dimension scale (MDS) method to analyze the sustainable management of CMC. The results of the survey revealed very important volunteer roles that involve 6 volunteer’s efforts from the beginning to the creation of ecotourism management by initiating rehabilitation, the establishment of institutional, and create jobs. Increasing the quality of ecology is indicated with an increase in mangrove covering through rehabilitation projects, an increase in coral reefs covering and abundance coral fishes, and economic benefits of additional income for 108 local people who work in ecotourism sector in CMC area. The average value of volunteer's sustainability role in ecotourism management of CMC obtained with the acquisition of four-dimensional index value of 71.45. This value showed that aspects of ecology, social, economic, and institutional in ecotourism of CMC is fairly supported the sustainable development of ecotourism-based conservation in CMC.
