Abstract

Information Technology (IT) is a tool that plays an important role in helping improve the effectiveness and efficiency of a company's or organization's business processes. The Kampar Regency Library and Archives Service uses the Integrated Library System (INLIS) Lite to support operational, management, and decision-making functions in the library. However, the use of INLIS Lite has not been fully utilized properly, for this reason it is necessary to carry out an IT governance audit. The audit process aims to determine the extent of IT performance, human resources, and the level of IT maturity in the library. This study uses Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 2019 and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 to conduct audits. With the findings of the audit results obtained eight process domains, namely APO02 and APO012 domains are at level 1 (Performed) in the Largely Achieved category, APO09 and BAI08 domains are at level 2 (Managed) in the Largely Achieved category, domains APO013, BAI05 and MEA01 are in the Largely Achieved, and the APO07 domain is at level 4 (Predictable) and in the Fully Achieved category. In addition to the audit, an assessment of the capability level was also carried out using the Servqual Model and Importance Performance Analysis with the results of obtaining 2 criteria in quadrant A, 1 criterion in quadrant B, 2 criteria in quadrant C and 3 criteria in quadrant D. This study also provides recommendations for improvement using SWOT model approach refers to ITIL 4.

Abstract

SMP Nurul Falah is one of the private junior high schools under the auspices of the Nurul Falah foundation. This school was founded in 1974. However, for now, SMP Nurul Falah has not been able to utilize IT/IS optimally. The input and processing of data at SMP Nurul Falah is still manual, which is still using Microsoft Office as processing and inputting data and there is no integrated information system between one field and another which causes data input to take a long time and in the use and exchange of data it is still not possible to do. Therefore we need an information system architecture design modeling, the modeling is Togaf Adm which consists of preliminary stages, architecture vision, architecture bussines, information system architecture, architecture technology, opportunities & solutions, migration planning, implementation governance, and architecture change management. The result of this research is togaf adm design which focuses on the preliminary phase and vision architecture that can be used to design and develop information systems.

Abstract

Shopee is one of the most frequently visited online buying and selling sites and has a high number of downloads on the play store. However, in the last two years, Shopee has experienced a decrease in the average number of monthly visitors. The purpose of this research is to understand the quality of service provided by Shopee on its website or application. The E-Servqual method is used to measure the gap between attributes and customer service expectations and the Kano model is used to classify attributes and determine the extent to which service attributes meet customer satisfaction. The results of calculations using the E-Servqual method show that the quality of services provided has not met customer expectations, because all attributes have negative gap values. And the results of calculations using the Kano model identify 11 attributes that must be prioritized, due to a linear relationship between attribute performance and customer satisfaction, 11 attributes that need to be maintained, because an increase in attribute performance will result in a very high level of satisfaction and five attributes that need to be improved in order to maximize satisfaction towards customers. Abstract

An E-Office system is available at the National Land Agency, which is part of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning and the National Land Agency. It is designed to make office administration easier. However, the use of E-Office is still not optimally used, such as the minutes feature that is underused, errors in sending letters that are sent not as desired, the dashboard display is less attractive and the guide menu cannot be accessed because of a link error. The purpose of this study is to evaluate user satisfaction with the E-Office system and identify its results. The End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method with six variables (content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness, user satisfaction) was used by researchers to assess user satisfaction with the E-Office system. 37 individuals from the E-Office system user population comprised the sample. The results of the proposed hypothesis test show that the hypothesis is accepted and has a significant effect of 78.9% on user satisfaction.

Abstract

Maltnutrition has a significant impact on children’s development and is a common problem in developing countries, including Indonesia. There are many factors that contribute to malnutrition, one of which is the lack of understanding and knowledge among parents regarding childcare and proper nutrition. This has motivated the author to develop an expert system application for diagnosing malnutrition in toddlers, aiming to facilitate the community, especially mothers with toddlers, in early diagnosis of malnutrition symptoms and diseases through mobile devices. This expert system application is built using Java Programming language with the assistance of Android studio as the development tool. The system analysis employed is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to provide an overview of the application to be created. Testing is conducted using the Black Box method and data validation yields nearly 100% accuracy. The calculation for diagnosing symptoms and diseases utilizes the Certainty Factor methode, which serves as the calculation of value within the expert system application. The testing results based on symptoms and diseases through the applied calculation method achieve a 92% accuracy rate. The development of this application is expected to assist the community, especially mothers with toddlers, in identifying early symptoms and diseases of malnutrition in children, as well as obtaining solutions for the experienced illnesses.

Abstract

E-learning Smart Campus is a website that is used as an electronic learning system. Smart Campus e-learning began to be implemented at STIFAR Riau in 2018. In this study there were several problems during its use not all lecturers used it, frequent errors occurred, lack of training for system users, difficulty uploading assignments to the system. The purpose of this research is to determine the success rate of implementing Smart Campus e-learning and to provide suggestions for improvements to become a better system for the future. The method used to measure the success rate of Smart Campus e-learning is the HOT Fit method. Respondents in this study were students and lecturers of STIFAR Riau with a total sample of 313 respondents. For data processing using the SEM-PLS technique with SmartPLS software. The results of testing the successful implementation of STIFAR Riau E-learning from the 12 hypotheses used obtained the highest value, namely the variable User Satisfaction on Net Benefit with a T-Stasistic value of 7,494. This means that the better the User Satisfaction, the higher the System User in using the Smart Campus Riau E-learning System.

Abstract

This research focuses on improving the usability of the Portal KUKERTA website used by Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat Universitas Riau (LPPM UNRI) for the Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) program. Based on direct observations of the Portal KUKERTA website, several usability issues related to the system were identified. Combining heuristic evaluation and user feedback, the study aims to enhance the user experience and ensure a user-friendly interface. Analysis of feedback from 98 users revealed the highest severity ratings in Flexibility and Efficiency of Use, Error Prevention, and User Control and Freedom. Recommendations were developed to address these issues and improve the user experience. The integration of heuristic evaluation and user feedback provides valuable insights for enhancing the usability of the Portal KUKERTA website, serving the needs of students and lecturers. Additionally, the research results showed scores for various usability principles, including visibility of system status (1.838), match between system and real world (2.264), user control and freedom (3.786), consistency and standards (2.325), error prevention (4.062), recognition rather than recall (2.250), flexibility and efficiency of use (4.075), aesthetic and minimalist design (2.713), and help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors (2.843). These findings further guide the improvement of specific areas to enhance the overall usability of the Portal KUKERTA website.

Abstract

Environmental issues and the depletion of fossil fuels continue to escalate as the number of fossil fuel-based vehicle users increases in Indonesia. Electric vehicles emerge as one of the potential alternative solutions to address current environmental challenges, given their eco-friendly nature and lack of pollution emissions. Sentiment analysis is conducted to understand public responses, both supportive and opposing, towards electric vehicles. This research aims to analyze the sentiment of X-social media users regarding electric vehicles using machine learning techniques. The research stages include data collection, data selection, preprocessing, and classification using Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms. The test results show that on a balanced dataset using ROS, SVM performs the best with accuracy = 68.7%, precision = 77.9%, and recall = 68.4%. Meanwhile, NBC yields an accuracy of 60.3%, precision of 61.3%, and recall of 60.3%, while KNN has an accuracy of 53.9%, precision of 54%, and recall of 53.9%.

Abstract

The public response in Pekanbaru to parking policies and regulations has given rise to various sentiments, both positive and negative. This discussion extends not only within the local community but also across various social media platforms. This research aims to analyze public sentiment towards the new parking policies and regulations in the Pekanbaru area. The study involves the KNN, NBC, and SVM algorithms to classify public sentiment into positive, neutral, and negative categories. Balancing techniques used in this research include Random Over Sampling (ROS) and Random Under Sampling (RUS). The data utilized in this study were obtained from posts on the social media platform X. The testing of the dataset using ROS resulted in high accuracy, precision, and recall values. The findings of this research indicate that overall, the SVM algorithm outperforms KNN and NBC in terms of accuracy, precision, and recall. Additionally, the most dominant sentiment is negative, with 422 tweets expressing dissatisfaction with the current parking policies.

Abstract

Bahasa Arab memiliki tidak kurang dari sepuluh bentuk kata tunjuk yang bisa digunakan. Untuk menentukan kata tunjuk tersebut harus memperhatikan empat variabel pada objek yang ditunjuk. Dari keempat variabel tersebut menghasilkan 24 kondisi (aturan) yang mungkin muncul untuk menentukan kata tunjuk. Banyaknya aturan yang mungkin muncul tersebut menjadi salah satu sebab pelajar Bahasa Arab melakukan kesalahan menggunakan kata tunjuk. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini telah mereduksi aturan tersebut dengan menggunakan Algoritma ID3. Pohon keputusan hasil Algoritma ID3 berhasil mereduksi aturan sebanyak 50%. Selain itu, berdasarkan pohon keputusan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk menentukan kata tunjuk cukup memperhatikan tiga variabel saja.
