Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that applying entrepreneurial spirit among high school students is still challenging, as they may not be mentally prepared for the entrepreneurial world. Developing this spirit requires high interest, fostered by entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy. Students' strong interest in entrepreneurship encourages bravery, as they feel empowered to become successful entrepreneurs. This study aims to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of students at SMA Negeri 1 Lamongan. Using a quantitative descriptive approach with questionnaires, the study involved 78 students from grades XII 11 and XII 12. Data collection methods included observation, tests, and documentation. T-test results partially indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, while self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect. F-test results simultaneously show that both entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy significantly influence entrepreneurial interest among class XII students at SMA Negeri 1 Lamongan.

Abstract

One of the local cultural wisdoms in Tanjung Village is Tanjung Batik, which is not known exactly when Tanjung batik began to exist, but this batik culture has been around for many years. Tanjung Batik has distinctive motifs and color combinations. This batik design development training not only equips individuals with community knowledge and skills but can also develop more varied batik motif designs quickly and without taking a long time using the D-Batik Application. The aim of this community service activity is to provide guidance to the youth/community of Tanjung Village, so that later they can have distinctive batik that shows the identity of Tanjung Village so that it can be patented and can become an item of high selling value and can improve the economic quality of the community in Tanjung Village, Lamongan Regency. . From the results of implementing Community Service, the training participants responded positively and looked satisfied. You can also see the participants' enthusiasm for developing Tanjung batik designs as shown by their active participation in the training. Participants have also demonstrated their understanding of batik design development using the D-Batik application which is supported by their success in practicing independently the process of making batik motif designs using digital applications.

Abstract

Pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut peserta didik memiliki keterampilan 4C, khususnya kemampuan berpikir kritis, agar mampu beradaptasi dengan dinamika kehidupan nyata. Namun, pembelajaran konvensional yang berpusat pada guru masih mendominasi, sehingga partisipasi dan hasil belajar siswa, terutama pada mata pelajaran Komunikasi Bisnis, belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Project Based Learning (PjBL) dan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Layanan Perbankan Syariah di SMK Islam Bustanul Hikmah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan teknik total sampling terhadap 35 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, dokumentasi, serta tes pre-test dan post-test. Analisis data meliputi statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji t, uji F, serta regresi linier dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PjBL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar (t = 3,623; sig = 0,001), begitu pula kemampuan berpikir kritis (t = 2,491; sig = 0,016). Secara simultan, PjBL dan berpikir kritis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa (F = 11,023; sig = 0,000). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi model PjBL dengan penguatan kemampuan berpikir kritis mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, kontekstual, dan bermakna sehingga meningkatkan hasil belajar Komunikasi Bisnis. Oleh karena itu, guru disarankan mengimplementasikan PjBL secara konsisten disertai aktivitas yang mendorong analisis, diskusi, dan pemecahan masalah nyata di kelas.

Abstract

Several factors affect student learning outcomes, such as the capacity to manage time and the level of involvement in extracurricular activities. Knowing the influence of time management (X1) and the intensity of extracurricular activities (X2) on student learning outcomes (Y) is the purpose of this study. Types of associative research are explored in this study, which uses a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 50 students with 20 statement items analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of the validity test showed a calculated r-value of 0.652–0.815 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, while the reliability test obtained a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.763 > 0.70. Classical assumption test, the data showed a normal distribution, there was no multicollinearity or heteroscedasticity. The t-test results indicated that time management had a significant effect on learning outcomes with a t count of 2.974 (sig. 0.005) and extracurricular activities with a t count of 3.022 (sig. 0.004). The F test obtained a score of 106.951 with a 0.000 significance level and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.819.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven an increase in online shopping activities through e-commerce, including the use of the Shopee application among high school students. In making transactions, consumers generally utilize rating and review features as considerations before purchasing a product. This study aims to analyze the impact of ratings and reviews on online purchasing satisfaction among grade XII students of SMAN 1 Sukodadi. Using an associative quantitative method, this study analyzed data from 50 respondents who responded to 20 statement items. The data analysis process was carried out using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. Based on the test results, all instrument items were declared valid because they had a significance value of 0.000, which was below the threshold of 0.05. In addition, the reliability test produced a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.771, thus the instrument was proven reliable for use. The t-test showed that ratings had a significant effect on purchasing satisfaction with a significance value of 0.001 and reviews of 0.004. In addition, the F-test obtained a significance value of 0.000 with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.701.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is a critical factor in enhancing educational effectiveness, particularly amid increasing institutional demands and reforms. This study examines the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on teachers’ organizational commitment, as well as the moderating role of work engagement in these relationships. Drawing upon transformational leadership theory, organizational culture theory, and engagement theory, the study proposes an integrative structural model to explain both direct and interaction effects. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted involving 367 teachers who are members of PGRI Kabupaten Lamongan, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS to test the measurement and structural models, including moderation effects through interaction terms. The results indicate that transformational leadership and organizational culture both have positive and significant direct effects on teachers’ organizational commitment. Furthermore, work engagement significantly moderates these relationships, strengthening the influence of leadership and organizational culture on commitment when teachers demonstrate high levels of vigor, dedication, and absorption. The structural model shows excellent goodness-of-fit indices, confirming its statistical robustness and theoretical adequacy. These findings highlight the strategic importance of fostering transformational leadership practices, cultivating a supportive organizational culture, and enhancing teachers’ work engagement to strengthen organizational commitment. The study contributes to the literature by positioning work engagement not only as an outcome or mediator but also as a boundary condition that amplifies the effects of leadership and culture on teachers’ commitment.
