Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan Pelatihan KIT IPA merupakan program pelatihan yang dapat memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh guru IPA. Permasalahannya adalah masih kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan KIT IPA dalam proses pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini bertujuan agar guru-guru dapat memahami dan menerapkan proses pembelajaran menggunakan KIT IPA.Pelatihan ini diharapkan berjalan dengan baik dan lancar sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektifitas guru dalam menggunakan alat KIT IPA untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013 serta mengatasi kurangnya kemampuan dalam menggunakan KIT IPA menggunakan metode pembelajaran jigsaw. Kegiatan inti yang akan dilaksanakan yakni, Pelatihan Penggunaan Alat KIT IPA Bagi Guru-guru IPA Se-Kecamatan Batudaa dalam Mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013, dan kegiatan Mengajar di sekolah. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini dapat menambah lmu dan kemampuan guru-guru Kecamatan Batudaa dalam mengimplementasikan penggunaan KIT IPA di sekolah. Kata kunci: efektifitas; guru; kemampuan; KIT IPA; kurikulum ABSTRACTThe Science Set Tools Training Activity is a training program that can provide solutions to the main problems faced by science teachers. The problem is that there is still a lack of teacher ability in using Science Set Tools in the learning process. This training aims so that teachers can understand and apply the learning process using the Science Set Tools. The main activities to be carried out training used Science Set Tools for Science Teachers in Batudaa District in Implementing the 2013 Curriculum, and teaching activities in schools by this training. Abstract

Website-assisted learning in science learning can make it easier for students to increase their understanding of knowledge concepts and construct their knowledge based on problems encountered in everyday life to improve learning outcomes. One application that is quite well-known and can be used as a website-assisted learning site is the Google Sites site. Google Sites is a structured application that can easily create websites. Google Sites is an online application launched by Google for creating classes, schools, or other websites. This study aims to determine the quality (validity, practicality, and effectiveness) of the Google Sites Assisted Learning Device on Vibration, Waves, and Sound material. This type of development research refers to the 4-D Model development research consisting of four stages of development, namely Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination. After being validated by two validators, a limited trial was carried out by 58 students consisting of 29 class VIII-A students and 29 class VIII-B at SMP Negeri 1 Kwandang, then the most comprehensive test was carried out by 30 class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Kwandang. Data collection techniques in this study used expert validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and student learning outcomes tests. The results of this study indicate that the validation of Google Sites assisted learning devices is included in the “Valid” category. The practicality of Google Sites helped learning devices is seen from the results of the implementation of learning in class and the student's responses from both trials showing the “Good” category. The Google Sites assisted learning device developed meets the valid, practical, and effective criteria to be suitable for use in science learning in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the JAOD teaching model to improve the learning outcomes of S1 Physics Education S1 students. The research was conducted by applying a one group pre-test and post-test design for 18 students at the State University of Gorontalo, Indonesia. Before and after the learning process was carried out, students were given a pre-test and a post-test test for the science selecta capita learning outcomes. When the learning process is carried out, observations on the practicality of the model are carried out. The data collected from the pre-test and post-test were analyzed using paired t-test and n-gain analysis. The results of the study indicate that the JAOD teaching model is effective in improving the learning outcomes of physics education students' capita selecta of science, which is indicated by: (1) there is a significant difference in the learning outcomes of physics selecta capita learning outcomes before and after the application of cooperative teaching model assisted by online discussion; (2) Improving the learning outcomes of science selecta capita with n-gain in the high category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar konsep alat optik melalui penggunaan model problem based learning berbantuan aplikasi Quizwhizzer pada peserta didik Kelas XI IPA5 di SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Kelas XI IPA5 SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 dengan jumlah 35 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes dan observasi. Hasil analisis data memperlihatkan bahwa: (1) pada siklus I, skor rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik mencapai 70,71 dari skor ideal 100, dan persentase peserta didik yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal sebesar 70%. Pada siklus II, skor rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mencapai 75,28 dari nilai ideal 100 dan persentase siswa yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal sebesar 80%. (2) aktivitas guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus I sebesar 74,29% dengan kriteria baik meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 82,86% dengan kriteria sangat baik. (3) aktivitas peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran juga mengalami peningkatan dari 63,57% dengan kriteria baik pada siklus I menjadi 67,21% dengan kriteria baik pada siklus II. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan model problem based learning berbantuan Aplikasi Quizwhizzer dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar konsep alat optik peserta didik di kelas XI IPA5 SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the problem-based learing model through a differentiated approach using blended learning on student learning outcomes in the concept of physics at SMA Negeri 6 Gorontalo Utara. This research method is an experimental research. This type of research is a quasi-experimental( quasi-experimental design.The design used was the Pretest-Posttest Only Control Grub Design. The population of this research was all student in class XI MIPA 2 and class XI MIPA 3 with the sampling technique being purposive sampling.The results of the analysis of hypothesis testing for the experimental and control classes t count> t table for the leve a = 0,05. the average obtained in the experimental class wa 87,18 and 58,5 in the control class. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the problem-based learning model through a differentiated approach to student learing outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan Media pembelajaran Crossward Puzzle Pada materi Getaran dan Gelombang menggunakan model pengembangan 4D telah memenuhi kriteria kualitas yang meliputi 3 (tiga) aspek yaitu aspek validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifan.(1) Aspek Validitas Menunjukan hasil validasi Media Crossward Puzzle oleh 2 (dua) validator memperoleh nilai rata-rata validasi 3,36 dan berada pada kategori valid dan bisa digunakan. (2) Aspek Kepraktisan dilihat dari 3 poin yaitu keterlaksanaan pembelajaran yang memperoleh rata-rata presentase 93% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan Respon peserta didik memperoleh rata-rata presentase yaitu 81% dengan kriteria baik. Hasil yang diperoleh tersebut menunjukan bahwa media Crossward Puzzle yang dikembangkan Praktis. (3) Aspek keefektifan dilihat dari observasi aktivitas peserta didik memperoleh rata- rata persentase pada uji coba 82% dengan kriteria baik. Hasil yang diperoleh tersebut menunjukan bahwa media Crossward Puzzle yang dikembangkan efektif. Ketiga aspek diatas menyatakan bahwa Media Crossward Puzzle pada materi getaran, gelombang tergolong valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA materi Getaran, dan Gelombang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifan media pembelajaran ular tangga menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif STAD pada materi energi dalam sistem kehidupan di SMPN 1 Kabila Bone, dengan subjek penelitian kelas VII A dengan jumlah siswa 20 orang, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk yang dihasilkan berdasarkan Validitas ,kepraktisan, dan keefektifan media pembelajaran ular tangga memenuhi kriteria, Berdasarkan pada validitas hasil penilaian dua ahli/validator, diperoleh nilai validitas untuk media pembelajaran aplikasi ular tangga sebesar 3,87 dan validitas THB sebesar 3,75 yang termasuk kategori sangat valid (tanpa revisi) dan sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. hasil dari kepraktisan media pembelajaran aplikasi ular tangga yang dikembangkan, didasarkan pada nilai keterlaksanaan media pembelajaran sebesar 100% dan angket respon peserta didik sebesar 72,87% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dan cukup baik sehingga praktis untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Keefektifan media pembelajaran aplikasi ular tangga yang dikembangkan, didasarkan pada nilai aktifitas peserta didik sebesar 89,41% dan tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,68 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dan sedang sehingga efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan dengan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran aplikasi ular tangga menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif STAD materi energi dalam system kehidupan yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif.

Abstract

This research is development research (R&D) to obtain quality validation in producing animated video learning media to increase the learning interest of class XI Deaf students at Special Schools in SLB Negeri Kota Gorontalo. The media development model used in this research is the ASSURE model consists of six stages: Analyze learner characteristics; state Objectives; select methods, media, and materials; utilize media and materials; require Learner Participation; and evaluate. The instruments used in this research consisted of student activity observation sheet, learning implementation observation sheet, expert validation sheet, student learning result test sheets, and student questionnaires. The validity of the media received an average score of ≥ 3.00, namely 3.93, and was categorized as very valid overall. The validation indicators obtained an average score of ≥ 3.00 for the overall learning material, namely 3.82 in the very valid category. It is concluded that the validity of animated video learning media in increasing the learning interest of deaf students in SLB Negeri Kota Gorontalo.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model to student learning outcomes on heat and transfer concepts by using experimental research, with the research design being One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this study was class VII students of SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo. The sample consists of 3 classes, namely experimental class, replication 1, and replication 2, with the sampling technique being Cluster Random Sampling. The instrument of research used was a learning outcomes test in the form of a pretest-posttest to see student learning outcomes. Then, the data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including normality tests, hypothesis tests, and n-gain analysis. The average score for class VII students is greater than the Criteria for Achieving Learning Goals, shown by an average score for the experimental class of 82.25, replication 1 of 79.94, and replication 2 of 79.04, compared to the Criteria for Achieving Learning Goals of 70. Based on the hypothesis testing criteria for the class, experimental Tcount 7.036 is greater than Ttable 2.035, replication 1 Tcount 6.684 is greater than Ttable 2.035, and replication 2 Tcount 5.824 is greater than Ttable 2.035 so it stated Tcount is more prominent than Ttable. This can be interpreted that the PBL model influences student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the problem-solving abilities of class XI students at MAS Wahdah Islamiyah Tilongkabila using a problem-based learning (PBL) model through the Classroom Action Research method. The collected data includes students' problem-solving abilities, student activities, and teacher activities. The instruments used were observation sheets for teacher and student activities, final tests (post-tests) on students' problem-solving abilities, and interviews. The average percentage of teacher activity observations increased from 65.6% in cycle I to 93.7% in cycle II, marking a 28.1% improvement. Student activity rose from an average of 56.75% in cycle I to 89% in cycle II, reflecting a 32.2% increase. Additionally, students' problem-solving abilities improved from an average of 58.6% in cycle I to 84.3% in cycle II, a 25.7% increase. The application of PBL, assisted by a virtual laboratory on the concept of hydrostatic pressure, significantly enhances students' problem-solving skills.
