Abstract

Kemudahan untuk memperoleh legalitas usaha sudah mencapai titik baik. Bersamaan dengan diterbitkannya Online Single Submission (OSS), pemerintah Indonesia memberikan sarana bagi para pelaku usaha di Indonesia untuk dapat mendaftarkan usaha mereka. Proses pendaftaran dan pendataan usaha ini akan menghasilkan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) yang berguna untuk memberikan legalitas di dalam menjalankan usaha sekaligus sebagai sarana agar pemerintah dapat mendata kepemilikan usaha masyarakat Indonesia. Urgensi mengenai kepemilikan NIB dicantumkan kembali dalam Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja Nomor 11 Tahun 2022. Terbentuknya Undang-Undang yang terhitung masih baru, sangat mungkin banyak pelaku usaha yang belum memahami urgensi serta belum mengerti bagaimana cara untuk mendapatkan NIB. Maka dari itu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan wawasan mengenai mengenai urgensi NIB dan langkah yang perlu dilakukan untuk mendapatkan NIB melalui OSS. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei menggunakan metode diseminasi yang dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan pembuatan NIB secara langsung atau door-to-door ke rumah pelaku UMKM yang berlokasi di Desa Bareng, Kecamatan Bareng, Kabupaten Jombang.   Increase The Knowledge of UMKM Actors about The urgency of NIB in The Bareng Village, Jombang Regency The ease of obtaining business legality has reached a good point. Along with the Online Single Submission (OSS) issuance, the Indonesian government provides a platform for business actors in Indonesia to register their businesses. This business registration and data collection process will produce a Business Identification Number (NIB) which is useful for providing legality in running a business and a means for the government to record business ownership of the Indonesian people. The urgency of NIB ownership is reiterated in the Government Regulation Law Number 11 of 2021 concerning Job Creation. Since the regulation is still relatively categorized as the new law, it is very possible that many business actors do not understand the urgency and do not understand how to get a NIB. Therefore, this community service activity is carried out to provide insight into the urgency of NIB and the steps that need to be taken to obtain NIB through OSS. The service activity was held in May 2022 and carried out using the dissemination method followed by assistance in making NIB directly or door-to-door to the homes of business owners located in Bareng Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency.

Abstract

In the globalization era, the fast-paced marketing competition is a challenge for micro businessmen to compete and survive. The rapid flow of technology and information development give an impact and also opens up the potential that can be utilized in developing micro-enterprises to expand marketing. E-marketing takes the role to make convenience both for sellers to offer their products, as well as for consumers to buy the desired product. E-marketing assistance for product marketing through Instagram social media is carried out to help micro-enterprises in Banjaragung Hamlet, Banjaragung Village, Jombang Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative descriptive is a type of research approach in which the results are described and explained in sentences. This product marketing assistance through Instagram social media was carried out to help micro-enterprises in Banjaragung Hamlet, Banjaragung Village, Jombang Regency. The result of this assistance is that micro businessmen have the skills to innovate in marketing products through Instagram social media, which is a trending platform and is widely used in Indonesia. Apart from being a promotional medium, the micro businessmen can also identify the consumer needs and see trends that can be used as the references for product variations.
