Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Metro. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model penelitian Explanatory yaitu model pemecahan masalah yang menguraikan masalah dan menjelaskannya berdasarkan data data yang ada dalam mengulas secara pendekatan teori dan angka angka yang berhubungan satu dengan lainnya. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah Motivasi kerja pegawai masih rendah capaian realisasi serapan anggaran pada Sub Kegiatan tidak mencapai target 100% sampai dengan berakhirnya Tahun Anggaran 2021. Kepemimpinan yang ada sudah baik namun belum optimal, terlihat dari pegawai yang datang terlambat tidak mendapatkan sanksi sehingga hal ini mejadi sebuah kebiasaan. Bertambahnya jam kerja pegawai (lembur) pada beberapa pegawai yang menunjukan penundaan penyelesaian pekerjaan yang seharusya dapat diselesaikan pada jam kerja normal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui adanya dampak motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Metro, adanya dampak kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Metro dan adanya dampak motivasi dan kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Metro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel motivasi kerja dengan t hitung lebih dari dari t tabel atau 1.839 lebih dari 1.68 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima (hipotesis penelitian) diterima, artinya motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel kepemimpinan dengan t hitung lebih dari dari t tabel atau 2.639 lebih dari 1.68 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima (hipotesis penelitian) diterima, artinya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil uji hipotesis tersebut maka keputusan yang diambil adalah menolak H0 dan H1 diterima (hipotesis penelitian), artinya secara bersama-sama motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan secara keseluruhan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahuo kontribusi organosdasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada balai pemasyarakatan kelas II Bandar Lampung. Penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan jenis Penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bermaksud membuat pemaparan secara sistimatis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta – fakta dan sifat sifat populasi tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan 89 responden penelitian. Dari hasil pengolahan data telah berhasil ditemukan jawaban hipotesis yakni  terdapat pengaruh Komitmen terhadap Kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat pengaruh R square sebesar 28,5 persen, yang berarti Komitmen memberikan pengaruh sebesar 28,5 persen terhadap Kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh antara Motivasi terhadap Kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 28,9 persen yang berarti bahwa Motivasi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 28,9 persen terhadap Kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh antara Komitmen, Motivasi dengan Kinerja Pegawai dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 32,2 persen yang berarti bahwa Komitmen dan Motivasi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 32,2 persen terhadap Kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : Komitmen, Motivasi, Kinerja pegawai. Abstract. The purpose of this research is to determine the contribution of organization and work motivation to employee performance at the class II correctional center in Bandar Lampung. The type of research that will be carried out is Quantitative Descriptive Research. This type of research is research that aims to provide a systematic, factual and accurate presentation of the facts and characteristics of a particular population. This research used 89 research respondents. From the results of data processing, a hypothetical answer has been found, namely that there is an influence of Commitment on employee performance with an R square influence level of 28.5 percent, which means that Commitment has an influence of 28.5 percent on employee performance. There is an influence between Motivation on employee performance with an influence level of 28.9 percent, which means that Motivation has an influence of 28.9 percent on employee performance. There is an influence between Commitment, Motivation and Employee Performance with an influence level of 32.2 percent, which means that Commitment and Motivation have an influence of 32.2 percent on employee performance.Keywords: Commitment, Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh sarana prasarana dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana dan berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan 34 responden.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ditemukan jawaban hipotesis yakni sebagai berikut; Terdapat pengaruh Sarana Prasarana terhadap Kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Lampung , dengan tingkat pengaruh Rsquare sebesar 72,8 persen. Terdapat pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Lampung  dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 81,2 persen. Terdapat pengaruh Sarana Prasarana dan Disiplin Kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Lampung , dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 85,6 persen Kata Kunci : Sarana prasarana, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh Harga dan Pemasaran Media Online terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Mahasiswa Universitas Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai. Metode analisis dalam topik yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di universitas sang bumi ruwa jurai dengan studi kasusnya yaitu mahasiswa universitas sang bumi ruwa jurai dengan teknik survei yang berjumlah sebanyak 94 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji F hipotesis didapatkan nilai Fhitung (36,533) lebih dari Ftabel (3,10) dan signifikan 0,000 yang berarti nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,5 maka artinya variabel bebas dari penelitian yang meliputi variabel harga dan pemasaran media online berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dengan demikian persamaan model regresi layak digunakan. Pada pembahasan ini menunjukan hasil bahwa harga dan promosi media online berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa untuk mendapatkan kepuasan dari konsumen dilakukan dnegan mengoptimalkan kebijakan Harga yang sesuai serta meningkatkan pemasaran media online yang luas.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh semangat kerja dan pengawasan melekat terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh semangat kerja dan pengawasan melekat baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 31 orang pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi kegiatan observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bantuan alat statistik SPSS versi 21.0 meliputi perhitungan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa semangat kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dengan kontribusi sebesar 53 persen Pengawasan melekat berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dengan kontribusi sebesar 49,3 persen. Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa semangat kerja dan pengawasan melekat secara bersama- sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dengan kontribusi sebesar 59,4 persen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40,6% merupakan variasi variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: semangat kerja, pengawasan melekat, kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Strong resources and optimal Human Resources (HR) are essential for organizations to achieve their goals and face competition. Employee performance significantly impacts organizational success, as seen in the Research and Development Agency (Balitbangda) of Tulang Bawang Regency, where work discipline and motivation are key factors. Observations indicate that low employee discipline, characterized by tardiness and absenteeism, along with low motivation due to insufficient rewards and adequate facilities, hinder performance. This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and motivation on the performance of Balitbangda employees, with the expectation of generating recommendations for performance improvement and the organization's contribution to regional development. Research methods involve scientific approaches to obtain data for specific purposes, conducted rationally, empirically, and systematically. This study was conducted at the Research and Development Agency of Tulang Bawang Regency using a descriptive quantitative approach, aiming to accurately describe facts and characteristics of the population. The research population consists of 27 civil servants, with a sample of 26 respondents after the researcher was excluded from the sample. The research variables include work discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Balitbangda employees, contributing 21.3%, thus accepting the first hypothesis. Additionally, motivation also has a significant impact on employee performance, contributing 11.1%, thereby accepting the second hypothesis. Overall, work discipline and motivation together contribute 54.1% to employee performance, while the remaining 45.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, government organizations must achieve short- and long-term goals through effective human resource management (HRM). Human resources are crucial assets that require fair treatment to maximize employee performance, which can be measured through indicators such as quality, quantity, and timeliness. Employee performance is influenced by leadership and work motivation. However, interviews at the Agriculture Office of Tulang Bawang Regency revealed that the current leadership style is not open enough, negatively impacting employee motivation and performance. Data indicates issues with discipline and low performance. Therefore, management needs to understand the motivational factors and create a supportive work environment to achieve organizational goals. This research aims to explore the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at the Agriculture Office of Tulang Bawang Regency. This study will be conducted at the Agriculture Office of Tulang Bawang Regency from May to July 2024, using a descriptive quantitative approach. The research aims to systematically and accurately describe the facts and characteristics of a specific population. The population consists of 85 employees, with a sample of 83 employees, excluding the researcher and management. The variables used in the study include independent variables: Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2), and the dependent variable: Employee Performance (Y), which is influenced by both independent variables. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that both factors, Leadership (X1) and Work Motivation (X2), significantly affect Employee Performance (Y) at the Agriculture Office of Tulang Bawang Regency. Leadership contributes 21.2% to employee performance, while Work Motivation accounts for 21.7%. Overall, both Leadership and Work Motivation simultaneously influence 47.1% of employee performance at the institution.

Abstract

In the transformation and development of Islamic education, various challenges are faced, particularly in improving the quality of management and the relevance of learning. This study examines the managerial revolution in Islamic education through innovative approaches aimed at enhancing the quality of management and teaching within Islamic educational institutions. The method employed is a literature review, which gathers and analyzes various relevant literatures on innovations in the management of Islamic education, including journals, books, articles, and research reports. The approaches applied in this study include transformational leadership and strategic management, which are believed to create significant changes in the management of Islamic education, enabling it to address contemporary challenges. The primary focus of this research is to analyze the application of various innovative approaches, such as the use of technology in learning, the enhancement of leadership skills in educational management, and the development of a curriculum that is both relevant and adaptable to the evolving needs of society. The aim of this research is to explore how innovative managerial revolutions can improve the quality of Islamic education through the implementation of new approaches and provide practical recommendations for educators, education managers, and policymakers in creating a more dynamic and high-quality educational environment. The results indicate that the implementation of innovative approaches in the management of Islamic education can lead to positive impacts on the overall quality of education. The integration of technology, transformational leadership, and a relevant curriculum are key elements in creating a more effective and efficient education system. Despite the significant challenges, innovations in the management of Islamic education can bring about meaningful changes to improve the quality and relevance of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose ­ Provide information related to the importance of developing a nature-based tourism village, Providing understanding related to maintaining the environmental conditions of natural tourism umbul udal-udalan, Provide various strategies to maintain the environment so that it is maintained, Provide basic knowledge of waste management around the umbul udal-udalan tourist area. Methods - Implementation of community service activities to this community is directed to eliminate indicators of the existence of environmental problems in the partner area, namely environmental management in the umbul udal-udalan tourist village area inadequate and not in accordance with the the character of the mountainous environment. Transfer knowledge about strategies for protection and waste management in the umbul udal-udalan tourism area, waste management by using best practice, providing assistance and counseling in utilizing waste. Result and discussions - The service was successfully carried out well, this was evidenced by the enthusiasm of the participants who participated in a series of activities during the service. Participants gave a positive response as evidenced in the activities during the service, besides that the participants expressed their satisfaction in participating in this activity because of the increased knowledge related to community empowerment and environmental management of the umbul udal-udalan tourist area. Conclusion - The achievements of the activities or results obtained from this service are: The service was successfully carried out well, this is evidenced by the enthusiasm of the participants who participated in the activities during the service by paying attention to each material provided. Participants gave a very good response as evidenced by the many questions and discussions during the service, besides that the participants expressed their satisfaction in participating in this activity through the responses given when the service was over.

Abstract

The open unemployment rate in South Lampung Regency remains high, particularly among high school graduates who lack job-ready skills. This study aims to assess the feasibility of establishing a vocational training center (Balai Latihan Kerja/BLK) using a multidimensional approach based on nine aspects outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower (Kemnaker) No. 8 of 2017. A qualitative descriptive method was applied, involving observation, questionnaires, and interviews with 100 respondents. The feasibility assessment covers employment, demographics, geography, law, socio-cultural aspects, economy, science and technology, management, and funding. The findings suggest that the proposed Vocational Training Center (BLK) is deemed feasible across all assessed dimensions. The majority of respondents expressed the need for training in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), supported by demographic factors and location readiness. The training has been shown to improve skills, facilitate employment absorption, and foster entrepreneurial interest. In conclusion, the establishment of a BLK in South Lampung has strong potential to improve workforce quality and reduce unemployment. Government commitment, industrial collaboration, and continuous development of facilities and training programs are essential. Future research is recommended to evaluate the post-establishment impact of the BLK on employment absorption and local economic development.
