Abstract

Ekowisata Muara Mbaduk di Kabupaten Banyuwangi merupakan bagian dari Taman Nasional Meru Betiri yang menampilkan keindahan panorama alam dan keunikan budaya. Meskipun demikian, jumlah kunjungan di Ekowisata ini mengalami fluktuasi, dan masyarakat setempat belum menunjukkan kepedulian yang cukup terhadap pengelolaannya. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan valuasi ekonomi berbasis pendekatan Metode biaya perjalanan/travel cost method (TCM) dengan analisis faktor kunjungan wisata pasca pandemi covid-19 terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensitas kunjungan serta menilai kontribusi nilai ekonomi wisata terhadap perekonomian desa. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 responden, dan data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda serta metode biaya perjalanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya perjalanan, pendapatan, dan atraksi wisata tidak mempengaruhi intensitas kunjungan ke Ekowisata Muara Mbaduk. Potensi nilai ekonomi yang bisa dihasilkan dari pengelolaan Muara Mbaduk mencapai Rp15.486.416.873 per tahun. Untuk meningkatkan kunjungan, diperlukan upaya perbaikan fasilitas wisata serta sosialisasi terhadap masyarakat mengenai kontribusi ekonomi dari Muara Mbaduk perlu dilakukan. Langkah-langkah ini penting agar masyarakat setempat termotivasi untuk berpartisipasi dalam pengelolaan ekowisata.

Abstract

UD Sumber Makmur merupakan suatu industri yang memproduksi tahu di Kecamatan Kamal. Proses produksi pabrik tahu ini juga mengalami risiko yang dapat menghambat keberlangsungan usahanya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penilaian risiko yang dapat membantu pabrik untuk mengambil keputusan yang tepat pada risiko yang terjadi. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi sumber-sumber risiko produksi, menganalisis dan menilai risiko produksi dari UD. Sumber Makmur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diagram fishbone untuk mengetahui sumber-sumber risiko produksi dan FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)menganalisis dan menilai risiko produksi. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode diagram fishbone menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 kategori penyebab yaitu manusia, peralatan, material, metode, lingkungan. Sedangkan hasil dari metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysisterdapat 16 sumber risiko kerusakan tahu dengan lima risiko tertinggi sesuai nilai RPN dari yang tertinggi yaitu kesalahan saat mengemas, kualitas bahan baku tidak bagus, karyawan bagian produksi yang terburu-buru, kerusakan mesin penggiling, dan saringan bolong. Sedangkan nilai RPN paling kecil adalah kayu bakar yang basah terkena hujan. Berbagai sumber risiko tersebut maka perlu dibuat strategi untuk pemecahan masalah dalam mengurangi terjadinya kerusakan tahu. Risiko tertinggi di pabrik ini adalah kesalahan saat mengemas menjadi risiko tertinggi dengan kategori risiko yang tinggidapat dikurangi dengan berhati-hati saat pengemasan, disusun dengan rapi pada wadahnya, dan melakukan pengawasan secara langsung.

Abstract

The Bakso Wijaya Arema Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME), established in 2007, faces fundamental operational and developmental challenges. Key issues include an unrepresentative sales location, lack of structured financial records, absence of branches, and suboptimal promotion. Internally, the MSME exhibits weaknesses in market segmentation understanding, a lack of clear value proposition, and manual financial management. This research aims to formulate a comprehensive development strategy for Bakso Wijaya Arema MSME in Pamekasan Regency by evaluating its existing business model and enhancing marketing, promotion, and overall performance. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis utilized the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to describe the business model and identify influencing factors, along with SWOT analysis (IFAS and EFAS matrices) to pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Findings position the MSME in Quadrant III (W-O) of the SWOT matrix (IFAS = -1.06; EFAS = 9.17), indicating significant internal weaknesses alongside substantial external opportunities. Consequently, a Weaknesses-Opportunities (W-O) strategy is recommended, focusing on leveraging these opportunities to overcome internal deficiencies. Proposed strategies include developing digital distribution channels, partnering with online ride-hailing services, enhancing product value through innovation, implementing promotions and discounts, establishing dedicated digital marketing and customer relations divisions, and transitioning to more accurate and efficient digital financial management. These strategies seek to expand market reach, boost competitiveness, and address internal weaknesses by capitalizing on external opportunities.

Abstract

Bangkalan Regency has the potential to develop the halal industry, supported by a predominantly Muslim population and the growth of MSMEs in the processing sector. However, there has not yet been a mapping of priority areas and flagship commodities that can serve as the basis for formulating a local-based halal industry development strategy. This study aims to determine the strategic priorities for regional halal industry development in Bangkalan Regency. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach was used, involving 17 stakeholders from local government agencies and halal certification support institutions to evaluate five main criteria: human resources, policy support, infrastructure, partnerships, and raw material potential. The analysis results show that human resources are the most dominant factor in determining development priorities, followed by policy support and infrastructure. At the regional level, the districts of Bangkalan, Socah, and Arosbaya are identified as the main priorities based on production capacity and local resource support. These findings emphasize that region-based halal industry development strategies need to prioritize human resource readiness and access to certification as key factors in regional planning.

Abstract

Southeast Sulawesi province, as one of the cocoa baskets and the center of the National Cocoa Movement (GERNAS), continues to experience a decline in cocoa production and land area. One factor is the widespread conversion of cocoa land. This phenomenon needs to be highlighted and studied further because it can affect the sustainability of the cocoa value chain in Southeast Sulawesi. This study aims to determine what factors influence cocoa farmers in converting cocoa farmland to other farms in Southeast Sulawesi Province's two leading cocoa-producing districts. The research sites were purposely selected because they are the two leading cocoa-producing districts in the province. This study used logistic regression analysis. Cocoa farmers in Kolaka district converted cocoa land to patchouli farming, while cocoa farmers in East Kolaka district converted their cocoa land to rice farming. The analysis results show that the main factors that significantly influence cocoa farmers' decision to convert cocoa land are cocoa farming experience and the price of other commodities (including the level of income farmers receive from farming other commodities). The primary policy that the government can take in maintaining cocoa land area is to provide price certainty for cocoa itself. So far, cocoa farmers have always faced price uncertainty, and cocoa's value chain and sustainability in Southeast Sulawesi Province need to be clarified.

Abstract

The sustainability of certified halal food businesses increasingly depends on the ability of entrepreneurs to transform viral product popularity into long-term competitive advantages. This study aims to develop a strategic architecture for the growth of certified halal food businesses through internal-external environment analysis, strategic priority setting, and implementation mapping. Using a case study approach and mixed methods including observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature review, data were analyzed with IFE and EFE matrices, IE matrix, SWOT, QSPM, and strategic architecture. The results show that the business is in a growth and build position, with internal strengths and external opportunities more dominant than weaknesses and threats. The main strategy is strengthening branding through NIB and halal certification, followed by product innovation with sweet potatoes, increasing customer loyalty, and optimizing modern technology-based production processes. The strategic architecture is planned over three years: the first year focuses on strengthening customer relationship management and human resources, the second year on developing digital marketing and financial management, and the third year on enhancing production technology and product innovation. This research confirms that halal certification is not merely about regulatory compliance but also functions as a branding tool to increase consumer trust and the competitiveness of local food businesses.
