Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the financing system of the rahn contract in the KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java Benjeng Gresik Branch. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research, that is, research that describes the object of research as it is. This study is not intended to test a particular hypothesis and therefore does not require control over a treatment. Research data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the study are: 1) Terms and conditions of financing using a rahn contract at BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java using guarantees in the form of goods such as BPKB / STNK motor vehicles or BMT savings cards and this serves to hold the borrower's assets as collateral for the loan money he receives; 2) The rahn contract financing system at BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java is for active members of BMT who have principal savings and even those who are not members of BMT; 3) The benefits of the rahn contract for members are to help members who have difficulty in paying debt installments and at the same time as a source of easier and safer loans.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking has made many Islamic banks appear, including conventional banks, to participate in opening Islamic banking services, so that the use of murabahah contracts is increasingly used. However, the reality on the ground is that many people do not understand the implementation of murabahah contracts, so that many people still think that the practices of Islamic banks and Islamic financial institutions are not much different from those of conventional banks. BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Socah provides a variety of financing products that use murabahah contracts, one of which is KBB (Barokah Motorized Vehicles), where the characteristics of the implementation of this financing BMT provides goods that customers want which are obtained from dealers directly by BMT, then sold to customers by informing the price acquisition plus profits according to the agreement between the BMT and the customer. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and literature studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of the characteristics of a murabaha contract in KBB financing at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Socah is in line with the principle of a Murabahah contract which makes BMT a supplier of goods which is used as the object of a murabaha contract that sells goods with legal ownership status, then sells them to customers at the cost price. plus profits according to the agreement of both parties and in its application using the first type, namely the consistent type of muamalah fiqh.

Abstract

The use of social media has become a significant phenomenon in the business world, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). This article reviews how social media can improve the performance of UMKM from an Islamic economic perspective, with the Case Study of Terang Bulan Legend in Sidoarjo. First, social media gives UMKM wider access to market their products and services. This is in line with Islamic economic principles which encourage transparency and healthy competition in the market. With social media, UMKM can reach more consumers without having to incur large costs. Second, social media allows UMKM to build better relationships with their customers. In an Islamic economic perspective, building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with customers is highly valued. Social media facilitates more intensive interaction between UMKM and customers, thereby increasing customer loyalty. Third, social media makes it easier for UMKM to monitor market trends and consumer needs. By adhering to Islamic economic principles, UMKM can adapt more quickly to market changes and ensure their products and services remain relevant. In the Terang Bulan Legend Case Study in Sidoarjo, the use of social media has resulted in a significant increase in sales and profits. This is concrete evidence that social media can help MSMEs improve their performance, in accordance with Islamic economic principles that encourage fair and sustainable business. In conclusion, the use of social media in UMKM, such as Terang Bulan Legend in Sidoarjo, has a positive impact that is in line with Islamic economic principles. Social media helps UMKM expand their markets, build strong customer relationships, and stay competitive in an ever-changing market. All of this contributes to improving the economic and social performance of UMKM. Keywords: Social Media, UMKM, Islamic Economics

Abstract

This research analyzes the risks in distributing Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah (ZIS) funds in the Mentari Scholarship Program at LAZISMU Gresik and how risk management is applied. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with triangulation data collection techniques: observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The results showed that there are risks in the distribution of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah (ZIS) funds in the Mentari scholarship program, including (1) Risk of uneven allocation, (2) Risk of lack of coordination between Zakat Management Organisations , (3) Risk of delays in distribution and the risk of findings, namely the risk of administrative delays. The application of risk management in the distribution of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah (ZIS) Scholarship Mentari funds refers to the risk management model in zakat institutions in the BAZNAS and Bank Indonesia books, including the context establishment phase, risk identification, and its impact, risk measurement, risk evaluation, and risk treatment. In addition, risk management applies the principles of priority scale and transparency. The distribution of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah (ZIS) funds must be guided by the SOP for the implementation of pentasyarufan / utilization activities listed in the policy book and LAZISMU management strategic plan for Gresik Regency in 2022.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi mitigasi risiko pembiayaan dan agunan pada produk pembiayaan dana haji dan umrah di BPRS Lantabur cabang Tebuireng Lamongan dan membandingkan tingkat kedua risiko tersebut. Mitigasi merupakan suatu tindakan yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi atau meminimalkan potensi dampak negatif dari suatu risiko. Risiko dalam lembaga keuangan timbul akibat analisis keuangan tidak dilakukan dengan baik. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif untuk mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dan wawancara sebagai data primer, dan jurnal, artikel, buku dan informasi dari institusi terkait digunakan sebagai data sekunder. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis Miles dan Huberman. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa prinsip 5C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy) berperan penting dalam mengurangi risiko pembiayaan dan risiko jaminan produk haji dan umrah di BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Lamongan. Selain itu, risiko pembiayaan dan risiko jaminan dalam pembiayaan multijasa ini menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan antara produk haji dan umrah. Abstract. This research aims to evaluate the mitigation of financing and collateral risks in Hajj and Umrah financing products at BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Lamongan branch and compare the levels of these two risks. Mitigation is an action that iams to reduce or minimize the potential negative impact of a risk. Risks in financial institutions aries due to financial analysis not being carried out properly. In this research, descriptive methods were used to collect data through observation and interviews as primary data, and journals, articles, books and information from related institutions were used as secondary data. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman analysis method. The analysis results show that the 5C principles (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy) play an important role in reducing financing risk and guarantee risk for Hajj and Umrah products at BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Lamongan. Apart from that, the financing risk and collateral risk in multi-service financing show significant differences between Hajj and Umrah products.

Abstract

Statistical data records that the Muslim population in Indonesia in 2023 will be 240.62 million people or the equivalent of 86.7 percent of the total population, 277.53 million people. This research aims to analyze stakeholders' literacy understanding and halal awareness around Trunojoyo Madura University. Halal literacy is a person's understanding of implementing halal principles in business activities, while halal awareness is a form of awareness of consumption activities regarding halal food, drinks and products. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive case study method. Data collection was carried out by a literature study. The analysis found that stakeholders still have low literacy and halal awareness, especially business actors and consumers. The role of the halal center and the halal inspection agency at Trunojoyo Madura University and the local government through the halal task force is expected to be able to increase halal literacy and awareness among stakeholders, especially around the Trunojoyo Madura University campus.

Abstract

Sertifikasi halal adalah proses yang dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa suatu produk, baik makanan, minuman, kosmetik, maupun produk lainnya, telah memenuhi standar kehalalan sesuai syariat Islam. Sertifikasi ini tidak hanya menjadi syarat penting dalam menarik konsumen, namun juga memberikan peluang bagi para pelaku UMKM untuk memperluas pasar, baik di tingkat lokal maupun nasional. UMKM merupakan sektor yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian, terutama di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Pengembangan usaha meliputi kegiatan peningkatan skala, inovasi produk, perluasan pasar, dan inovasi pasar. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat rumusan masalah untuk mengetahui peluang dan tantangan UMKM di Pamekasan. Penelitian dilakukan di Kue Mangkok, Ruang Makan, Suling Rempah Murni, Nyih Hai, Dapur Mila, Kerupuk Puli, Basaraya dan Rengginang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan strategi penelitian lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan primer, teknik analisis data reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh sertifikasi halal terhadap pengembangan bisnis UMKM di sektor makanan dan minuman, serta mengidentifikasi strategi untuk memanfaatkan peluang dan mengatasi tantangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemberdayaan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata di Pantai Lon Malang Madura dengan perspektif Maqashid Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pengelola, masyarakat, dan wisatawan, serta observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan desa wisata Pantai Lon Malang memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemberdayaan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat, terutama di Dusun Batu Lenger. Desa wisata ini berhasil memenuhi aspek Maqashid Syariah, seperti Hifz al-Din, Hifz al-Nafs, Hifz al-Aql, Hifz al-Nasl, dan Hifz al-Mal, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam pemerataan dampak ekonomi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pantai Lon Malang dapat menjadi contoh desa wisata syariah yang berkelanjutan dengan perluasan pemerataan manfaat ekonomi dan peningkatan pelatihan keterampilan bagi masyarakat. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, terutama pada metode yang digunakan, yang lebih banyak mengandalkan data dari wawancara dan observasi sehingga terdapat keterbatasan dalam eksplorasi faktor eksternal yang mungkin mempengaruhi pengelolaan desa wisata.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah faktor produksi yang paling menentukan dibanding dengan fasilitas atau perangkat lain yang ada di suatu perusahaan. Hal tersebut disebabkan perangkat yang serba canggih diperusahaan tidak dioperasikan oleh manusia. Suatu kegiatan perusahaan tidah dapat berjalan lancar tanpa sumber daya manusia di dalam suatu perusahaan. Excellent Service  merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh bank Syariah untuk mempertahankan nasabah BSI agar tetap loyal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana mempertahankan loyalitas di Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Bojonegoro dengan Excellent service. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang didapat dengan metode teknik kepustakaan yakni penulis mengumpulkan data melalui referensi, artikel, dan literatur yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa excellent service berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan, terhadap loyalitas nasabah. kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas, semua hubungan menunjukkan arah hubungan yang positif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan di bank syariah untuk mempertimbangkan loyalitas untuk mendapatkan nasabah baru ataupun mempertahankan nasabah yang sudah eksis.

Abstract

Penerapan Pemasaran Syariah berbasis Digital yang mengambil studi kasus di pasar lokal yang terletak di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Penelitian ini mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana masyarakat mengimplementasikan pemasaran syariah dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan (filed research) yakni metode penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan pihak peneliti maupun terkait hukum positif maupun islam. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi (pengamatan), melalui wawancara, dan dokumentasi. peneliti juga menganalisis data dengan berbagai cara yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan mengambil kesimpulan di tahap akhir. Tujuan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan baru kepada masyarakat tentang mengimplementasikan atau penerapan pemasaran syariah berbasis digital dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Sehingga masyarakat sebagai pengelola UMKM yang mayoritas beragama islam dan sebagai makhluk sosial, keduanya harus seimbang antara dan pemasarannya, mencari kemanfaatan dunia dan akhirat salah satu nya dengan menerapkan pemasaran syariah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari nya.
