Abstract

Kale merupakan tanaman sayuran yang mengandung berbagai gizi yang baik dikonsumsi oleh tubuh. Kebutuhan kale yang terus meningkat setiap tahunya namun tidak diimbangi dengan peningkatan produksi akan berakibat tidak terpenuhinya kebutuhan masyarakat serta kuliner. Upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi kale dapat dilakukan dengan mengembangkan budidaya kale di dataran rendah dan penambahan input berupa pemberian pupuk. Salah satunya adalah Pupuk Cair. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi pemberian pupuk cair Kie-Mas Horti dengan pupuk majemuk konvensional (Phonska) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kale. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dengan 6 kali ulangan sehingga terdapat 24 satuan percobaan, yaitu: Pemberian pupuk Phonska = Kontrol (11,16 gram/tanaman); B = 4 ml Pupuk Cair Kie-Mas Horti/ liter air per tanaman; C = 8 ml Pupuk Cair Kie-Mas Horti /liter air per tanaman; D = 12 ml Pupuk Cair Kie-Mas Horti/liter air per tanaman. Setiap perlakuan masing-masing diulang sebanyak 6 kali sehingga terdapat 24 satuan percobaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan untuk dapat mengetahui dosis yang sesuai untuk pertumbuhan, hasil dan kualitas kale yang optimal. Kata Kunci: Kale, Pupuk Cair Kie-Mas Horti.

Abstract

Jambewangi Village is a village that is one of the focus locations for cocoa plantations according to the Banyuwangi Regency Agriculture Service. Cocoa production in Jambewangi Village is around ±500 kg/ha in 2019, far from the potential for superior cocoa production of ±2,000 kg/ha. The problem in Jambewangi Village is that cocoa plants are not the main crop in Jambewangi Village, this is because cocoa plants do not provide optimal benefits for the community (low productivity). Whereas Jambewangi Village is one of the people's cocoa centers in Banyuwangi Regency. When the service team conducted initial observations and interviews with Jambewangi cocoa farmers, several problems were found, namely that many cocoa pods were rotten by the fungus Phithopthora; leaves and fruit with lots of spots (attacked by Helopeltis pests), the condition of the garden is dirty and lush; and no rorak in the garden. This problem arises because farmers do not apply good and correct cultivation practices (GAP). The implementation of GAP will increase the productivity of cocoa plants, increasing productivity will improve the welfare of the Jambewangi community. The socialization program and the practice of implementing Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) for cocoa plants provide a stimulus to farmers to apply it in cocoa cultivation activities so that it is hoped that this can be a step to develop local potential and the surrounding community. Farmers in Jambewangi Village showed high enthusiasm for mastering the application of Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) including fertilizing, pruning and making rorak.

Abstract

Benih kakao (Theobroma cacao L.) merupakan benih rekalsitran yang cepat mengalami kemunduran selama penyimpanan. Penanganan benih yang tepat melalui invigorasi, dapat menjadi solusi untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan viabilitas dan vigor. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh invigorasi dan lama penyimpanan terhadap viabilitas benih dan pertumbuhan awal bibit kakao. Bahan yang digunakan benih kakao, cocopeat, PEG 6000, NAA, GA3 dan bahan pendukung lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah jenis invigorasi dan faktor kedua adalah lama penyimpanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media cocopeat, PEG 6000, NAA dan GA3 dengan lama penyimpanan 4 minggu memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap vibilitas benih dan pertumbuhan awal bibit kakao.

Abstract

This review describes the sustainable supply chain management of cocoa beans in Indonesia. Cocoa beans are produced in some areas in Indonesia such as Central Sulawesi Province, Southeast Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, Lampung and other provinces. Indonesian cocoa beans performing special characteristic that is having higher melting point therefore it does not easily melt in higher temperature. So, Indonesian cocoa are commonly used for blending materials. In order to support the strength value of Indonesian cocoa beans, the sustainable supply chain management should also be considered. The sustainable supply chain management of cocoa beans will support the management system prioritizing balance and sustainability so that the business system is maintained. In addition, this will support increased effectiveness, efficiency and competitiveness of Indonesian cocoa beans globally.

Abstract

Pesantren is one of the educational institutions that is connoted with Islamic education which is allocated in a certain place with the aim that education will be more effective. Pesantren education is led by a Kyai who is then delegated to the pesantren management consisting of teachers and senior students. Starting from the many negative news in the electronic media of violence in pesantren committed by senior students on their juniors which resulted in victims being disabled, injured and even died, of course this event is very unfortunate and very undesirable for all parties. Therefore, to prevent these actions from occurring in the Al-Amien Prenduan pesantren environment, it is necessary to carry out legal counseling for senior santri which aims to prevent acts of violence in enforcing pesantren discipline from occurring in the future.

Abstract

The negative impact of environmental degradation is increasingly clear to us, hot air, groundwater deficit, long drought and other forms of natural disasters as a result of the decline in environmental quality. We must overcome the environmental damage in various ways that are relevant for the survival of future life. One way that is very potential, effective and efficient is to instill love and culture of environmental conservation in the pesantren environment. One of the pesantren Sumenep Madura that actively implements the green education program from pesantren, by implementing green education, cultivating greening and recycling waste, by maximizing the potential of around four thousand students from various regions and educational and social circles. By involving parties outside the pesantren with planned cooperation, the program is very helpful in educating students with an environmental perspective. By focusing the method on practical activities, students can more easily understand and implement these programs.

Abstract

Tebu adalah tanaman penghasil gula utama di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya untuk menghasilkan bibittebu unggul adalah dengan metode bud set. Untuk merangsang perakaran bud set perlu diaplikasianauksin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Macam dan Konsentrasi Auksinterhadap Pertumbuhan Awal Tanaman Tebu Metode Bud Set. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancanganacak lengkap pola faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah macam zat pengatur tumbuh yaitu NAA, IBA, danIAA. Faktor ke dua adalah konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh dengan taraf kontrol, 100 ml/l, 200 ml/l,dan 300 ml/l. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam Anova, kemudian diuji lanjut DMRT dengansignifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan interaksi antara macam dan konsentrasi zat pengaturtumbuh berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel jumlah daun dengan hasil terbaik IBA 200 ml/l. Pengaruhmacam zat pengatur tumbuh berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel Jumlah akar dan volume akardengan hasil terbaik IBA. Pengaruh konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh berpengaruh terhadap variabelkecepatan berkecambah, jumlah anakan, jumlah akar, dan volume akar dengan hasil terbaik taraf 200ml/l.

Abstract

Cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L.) merupakan komoditas hortikultura penting di Indonesia dengan nilai ekonomis tinggi. Namun, produktivitas sering terganggu oleh kualitas bibit yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini menguji berbagai komposisi media tanam, termasuk campuran tanah, kompos, dan bahan organik lainnya, serta berbagai bentuk media seperti pot, tray, dan polybag. Dilaksanakan pada Februari 2023 di Desa Lengkong, Kecamatan Mumbulsari, Kabupaten Jember, penelitian ini menggunakan desain Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan dua faktor, yaitu media tanam (cocopeat, lumut, dan tanah) dan bentuk media (blok tanah, polybag sosis, dan potray), melibatkan 27 unit percobaan dengan 2 ulangan. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, panjang akar, jumlah daun, berat segar, dan berat kering. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dan uji DMRT dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi cocopeat, lumut, dan tanah memberikan hasil terbaik pada semua parameter pertumbuhan: tinggi tanaman 5,63 cm, jumlah daun 6,11 helai, diameter batang 1,60 mm, berat kering 0,06 gram, panjang akar 11,17 cm, dan berat segar 0,33 gram. Media polybag sosis adalah yang paling efektif, menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 5,89 cm, jumlah daun 6,22 helai, diameter batang 1,48 mm, berat kering 0,07 gram, panjang akar 9,44 cm, dan berat segar 0,37 gram. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan komposisi media tanam dan bentuk media yang tepat sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas bibit cabai rawit, yang pada akhirnya dapat mendukung produktivitas dan keberlanjutan pertanian cabai rawit di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the challenges and strategies of cooperatives in facing the digital era from the perspectives of governance and forensic accounting. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining various scientific sources, including journals, books, and official reports relevant to the research topic. The data were analyzed systematically to identify patterns, empirical findings, and research gaps related to digital transformation, good cooperative governance, internal control systems, and the application of forensic accounting in cooperatives. The findings indicate that the success of cooperative digital transformation is strongly influenced by the implementation of good governance principles, the strengthening of technology-based internal control systems, and the integration of forensic accounting approaches within supervisory mechanisms. The application of investigative auditing, digital data analysis, and continuous auditing systems has proven effective in enhancing the prevention and detection of fraud. The integration of sound governance practices, digital technology, and forensic accounting creates a model of digital cooperative management that is transparent, accountable, and sustainable. This study is expected to serve as a reference for cooperative managers and policymakers in formulating strategies for cooperative development in the digital era.
