Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the role of information technology is so large development, this makes many human jobs replaced by computerized system. After that the website can be used for system creation presence of teachers to improve discipline and teaching. During this time, the process attendance data recapitulation still uses books. However, in attendance still using the manual method, namely by initialing or the presence of a picket teacher. That matter can cause several obstacles such as having the risk of being lost or damaged, the occurrence of duplicate data, and will make it difficult to carry out the process presence data search. The method used by the author is Waterfall. Because of the above, the author wants to create a website which can be used to recapitulate teacher presence and time data inteach more efficiently. This website is built using a programming language PHP with Laravel framework and MySQL database along with several stages starting from planning, analysis, system design, display design, program coding, and testing. Making this website can computerize the attendance process which was previously still using the system manually.The test results from Blackbox Testing are 100%, UAT testing is 97% and SUS testing is getting a value of 73.5. So it can be concluded that the website-based attendance application has been successful

Abstract

The need for increasingly advanced technology covers almost all existing aspects and one of them is within the company, including the personnel department. There are many processes within the staffing department such as employee permits, leave applications that are still done manually and have to interact face-to-face with superiors and HRD and also apply for permits such as overtime, official permits. This activity is still carried out manually and is not effective because too many related parties are involved to obtain permits. Therefore, a system is urgently needed to simplify the process and make the process effective. System development using waterfall which includes system survey, system analysis, system design, system creation, system implementation, and system maintenance which is expected to make it easier for employees to apply for leave, apply for overtime and apply for official permits. This application is based on a website and the creation of this application program uses the waterfall method and uses programming languages ​​such as PHP, javascript and CSS.

Abstract

Provision, management and distribution of water on agricultural land is one of the important factors that affect the quantity and quality of agricultural products. An irrigation canal technology is needed that is able to flow through all agricultural land according to the water needs of each land. Smart irrigation systems can be a solution to this problem. The smart irrigation technology that was previously developed has several limitations such as the length of time data transmission takes to reach the client, sensor devices in the field must take turns sending data and receiving data resulting in data not being sent or not being read properly, besides that the system that has been developed previously depends on to one factor, namely the water level to determine the degree of openness of the floodgates. In this research a fast sensor to cloud communication system is designed using websocket technology. This system is also designed to send and receive data simultaneously using full duplect communication technology. As well as using artificial intelligence with the decision tree algorithm to regulate the openness of the floodgates based on the water requirement for the rice fields, the water level in the irrigation canals and the speed of the water flow. This research produced a prototype of an intelligent irrigation system that can send data to clients with an average time of 417ms, the system is also able to handle 500 clients that are connected directly to the server. The system can also send and receive data simultaneously with a difference in time when data is received at the sensor node or at the central node which can reach 0ms. This prototype also succeeded in making an artificial intelligence system that is accurate, fast and real-life. This artificial intelligence can handle 500 requests simultaneously with an execution time of 544ms.
