Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of organizational innovation partially significant on employee performance, to determine the effect of knowledge management partially significant influence on employee performance, to determine partially transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance and to determine the effect of organizational innovation, Knowledge management and transformational leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Environmental Service Office of North Buton Regency. This study used 50 respondents as civil servants of the North Buton Regency Environmental Service. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by means of the census technique so that the entire population was used as the research sample. The research data were collected using interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational innovation partially on employee performance, knowledge management also has a partially significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, transformational leadership has a partially significant positive effect on employee performance. The same results were also found on the influence of organizational innovation, knowledge management, and transformational leadership simultaneously having a significant effect on employee performance at the North Buton Regency Environmental Service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work-life balance, interaction and leadership style on employee performance. This study uses a survey approach with an explanatory research design. the samples used in this research are 49 people. Sampling carried out by means of a census, Method of data collection use questionnaires. Data analysis use descriptive analysis and multivariate regression analysis. The results showed that work-life balance, work interaction and leadership simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work-life balance partially positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partial work involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.972, which means that the ability of the work-life balance variable, work interaction and leadership style in the employee performance variable is 97.2%, while the remaining 2.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) whether product quality affects the decision to purchase a motorcycle. (2) To find out whether the price affects the decision to buy a motorcycle. (3) To find out whether Brand Image influences the decision to buy a motorcycle. (4) To find out whether Product Quality, Price and Brand Image affect the decision to buy a motorcycle. The results showed that (1) Product Quality, Price and Brand Image simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that increasing the two variables will have an impact on increasing purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles in Muna Regency, (2) Product quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that increasing the product quality variable will have an impact on increasing purchasing decisions for Honda motorbikes in Muna Regency. (3) Price partially has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that increasing the price variable will have an impact on increasing purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles in Muna Regency, (4) Brand image partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that increasing the Brand Image variable will have an impact on increasing consumer purchasing decisions for Honda Motorcycles in Muna Regency.

Abstract

The main objective of this training is to provide basic knowledge and skills in operations management for homestay managers on Bokori Island. This community service activity uses a participatory-educational approach through the stages of observation, material preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The training was attended by 25 homestay managers and village officials, and took place with high enthusiasm and active participation. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in the participants' abilities, where 80% were able to understand and compile daily operational work procedures, while 70% began to implement simple bookkeeping using the provided format. Participants also increasingly understood the importance of efficiency in managing time, energy, and costs. The materials presented included an introduction to homestay operations management, work schedule preparation and customer service, guest recording and simple financial reports, and simulations of stock management and room cleanliness. Overall, this training succeeded in improving the participants' abilities in optimizing the operational efficiency of homestays on Bokori Island

Abstract

This article explores the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WoM) and hospital image on hospital patient loyalty, emphasizing the mediating role of patient commitment. Amidst the development of the healthcare industry sector in Indonesia, this study highlighted that e-WoM and hospital image significantly enhanced patient loyalty, with patient commitment playing an important mediating role. This article suggested practical strategies for hospitals, such as improving the quality of healthcare services, leveraging positive e-WoM, and implementing loyalty programs to elevate patient commitment and loyalty. These findings underscore the importance of hospital image and e-WoM in patient retention, providing valuable insights for strategic planning in the context of the healthcare industry.
