This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Professionalism and Work Discipline on the Performance of Police Members through Job Satisfaction at the North Buton Police Station. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis method, and uses SEM analysis method. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The population in this study amounted to 100 people with a sampling technique that is using a census. The data were statistically processed using the AMOS program tool.The results of this study indicate that (1) Professionalism has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) Professionalism has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of police officers, (4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. positive and significant impact on the performance of police officers, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of police officers, (6) professionalism has a significant positive effect on the performance of police officers through job satisfaction. (7) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of police officers through job satisfaction. The higher the job satisfaction, the higher the performance shown by members of the police at the North Buton Police Station.

Keberhasilan pembangunan sektor pertanian sangat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor termasuk di dalamnya keberadaan penyuluh pertanian yang merupakan ujung tombak pemerintah pada sektor pertanian dalam mendampingi dan membimbing petani. Dengan demikian kualitas layanan/jasa dalam mendampingi petani merupakan persyaratan utama. Sehingga para penyuluh pertanian harus mampun meningkatkan kualitas layanannya untuk mewujudkan kepuasan petani yang pada akhirnya tercipta kepercayaan pada penyuluh pertanian. Kabupaten Wakatobi hanya memiliki 3% wilayah daratan yang didominasi daerah bebatuan karang barang tentu membutuhkan kemampuan lebih dalam mengelolah tanah pertaniannya sehingga diperlukan penyuluh pertanian yang handal untuk membimbing petani untuk meningkatkan produksi dan produktivitasnya agar terwujud kesejahteraan petani.Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas layanan sebagai variabel bebas dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel terikat serta kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan inferensial dengan bantuan alat analisis SEM. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah petani budidaya di pulau Wangi-Wangi dengan sampel 117 responden dengan kriteria responden adalah petani budidaya baik budidaya tanaman pangan, hortikultura, perkebunan dan peternakan.Hasil studi dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan petani budidaya, kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan petani budidaya, kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan petani budidaya, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan petani budidaya sebagai mediasi parsial.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of individual characteristics, work motivation and knowledge management on employee performance at the Office of Community Empowerment and Villages of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research approach is quantitative. The population in this study was 77 employees of the Office of Community Empowerment and Village of Southeast Sulawesi Province, and all of them were made respondents. The data collected was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS M3 2 program package.The analysis shows that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on performance, meaning that the better the individual characteristics of employees will improve performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, which shows that the better employee motivation will improve performance. Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on performance, which shows that the better management of existing knowledge will improve employee performance.

This study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of brand awareness and perceived value on repurchase intentions and to determine the effect of brand awareness and perceived value on consumer satisfaction and to see the mediating role of consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted in South Wangi-wangi District, Wakatobi Regency. The population of this research is all motorcycle riders who use Pertalite products in South Wangi-wangi District, Wakatobi Regency. The sample in this study was determined by 75 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire and processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) Version 2 M3 analysis tool.The results of this study indicate that brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Perceived value has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Perceived value has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. Consumer satisfaction mediates the effect of brand awareness on repurchase intention and its mediating nature is partial mediation. Consumer satisfaction mediates the effect of perceived value on repurchase intention and its mediating nature is partial mediation.

This study aims to: (1). To find out and analyze the simultaneous influence of social support, ethical climate and organizational commitment to the turnover intention of PT. State Savings Bank (BTN) Persero, Tbk Branch Kendari, (2) To find out and analyze the influence of social support on turnover intention on employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk, (3) To find out and analyze the influence of the ethical climate on turnover intention on employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk. (4) To find out and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention on employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk.The population in this study were all employees of PT. State Savings Bank (BTN) Persero, Tbk Kendari Branch, amounting to 60 permanent employees, spread in the Main Branch Offices, Cash Offices and Sub-Branch Offices. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that: (1) social support, ethical climate and organizational commitment simultaneously had a significant effect in encouraging employees to intend to leave work from the company to find better employment opportunities than those available. (2) social support partially has a significant influence on employees' intention to leave the company where they work. (3) the ethical climate partially has a significant influence on the intention to leave company employees. (4) Organizational commitment partially has a significant influence in encouraging company employees to intend to leave work in the banking company.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior, work stress and personality on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police Narcotics Directorate Personnel. This research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the Personnel of the Drugs and Drugs Directorate of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police with a sample of 60 people. The analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 22 Software. The results showed that (1) Organizational citizenship behavior, work stress and personality together had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police Narcotics Directorate Personnel, (2) Organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant impact on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police's Drug Directorate Personnel, (3) Work stress has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police's Drug Directorate Personnel and (4) Personality has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police's Narcotics Directorate Personnel.

The purpose of this study are: 1) to determine the effect of market orientation on competitive advantage in DKP SMEs under Wakatobi Regency.2) to determine the effect of innovation on competitive advantage 3) to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage. 4) to determine the effect of market orientation on marketing performance 5) to determine the effect of innovation on marketing performance 6) to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance. 7) to determine the effect of competitive advantage on marketing performance.The research design used is quantitative research. The study population was all members of the SME group. The sample used in this study was a member of 28 groups taken by simple random members of each group of 100 people. Data was collected through questionnaires, and then the data generated were obtained by structural equation modeling analysis, using the help of AMOS software version 24.0.The results showed that: Market orientation has a significant effect on competitive advantage, Innovation has a significant effect on competitive advantage, Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on competitive advantage, Market orientation has no significant effect on competitive advantage, Innovation has no significant effect on competitive advantage, Entrepreneurial Orientation has no significant effect on competitive advantage, and competitive advantage does not significantly influence competitive advantage.Keywords: market orientation, innovation, entrepreneurial orientation, competitive advantage & marketing performance

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of academic information systems and the quality of administrative services on student satisfaction in the Halu Oleo University Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The population in this study were all students from 2014 to 2016, with a sample of 93 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that academic information systems and administrative service quality simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on student satisfaction.Keywords: academic information system, quality of administrative services, student satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of: 1) The influence of Professionalism, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction have an effect on employee performance. 2) The influence of professionalism on employee performance. 3) The effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. 4) The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method is using quantitative research. The data used are secondary and primary data. Data analysis used SPSS version 20 software. The sampling technique used a census sample of 42 employees of PDAM Muna Regency. The results showed that; 1) professionalism, organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
