Abstract

Performance is the quality of work achieved by an employee which in this study has decreased. This study aims to examine the effect of competence, occupational safety and health and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Wangaya Regional General Hospital, Denpasar City. This research was conducted at the Wangaya Regional General Hospital, Denpasar City, using a sample of 82 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was the accidental sampling method. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) version26. The results showed that competence and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while occupational safety and health had no direct effect on employee performance. The thing that must be improved is to always carry out training by regulating the air temperature in the workplace in order to be able to increase the sense of belonging of an employee. Future research is expected not to rely on the factors in this research,but can add other factors that may affect employee performance.Keywords: competence, occupational safety and health as well as organizational commitment, employee performance

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an important thing that a company must pay attention to. The more aspects that suit the individual's wishes in their work, the higher the level of job satisfaction that will be felt. Job satisfaction can improve employee performance by paying attention to the work environment that the company pays attention to, the work motivation provided by the company and the work stress that is handled within the company. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work motivation and work stress on employee job satisfaction at Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa Gianyar. The population in this study were all employees of Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa Gianyar, totaling 38 people. Determining the number of samples using a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 38 employees. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa Gianyar.

Abstract

Work morale is one of the keys to a company achieving its goals. If work morale is low it will hinder the organization from achieving its goals. Work morale will show the extent to which employees are passionate about carrying out their duties and responsibilities within the company. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, communication and career development on employee morale at PT. Taman Burung Citra Bali International. The sample in this study amounted to 59 employees at PT. Citra Bali International Bird Park. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 25 program. Based on the results of this research analysis, it shows that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Taman Burung Citra Bali International. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Taman Burung Citra Bali International. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Taman Burung Citra Bali International.

Abstract

Employee performance is a work result achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him which is based on skill, experience, seriousness and time. There is a decline in employee performance because one of the leadership functions in terms of evaluation is not carried out well, the work environment is less supportive and high work stress. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, work environment and work stress on the performance of UD employees. Kencana Lestari Denpasar. The population in this study were all UD employees. Kencana Lestari Denpasar numbers 40 people. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 40 people. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis and t test. The test results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Kencana Lestari Denpasar. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Kencana Lestari Denpasar. Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Abstract

Perusahaan saat ini dituntut untuk bersaing tidak hanya dalam produktivitas, tetapi juga dalam menghasilkan produk dan jasa berkualitas. Karyawan, sebagai faktor penentu keberhasilan, sering menghadapi masalah karena perbedaan kebutuhan, harapan, dan latar belakang sosial mereka. Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah menurunnya semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Kembar Putra Makmur Mengwi Badung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT. Kembar Putra Makmur Mengwi Badung yaitu 44 orang karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 44 karyawan. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda melalui program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Kembar Putra Makmur Mengwi Badung. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Kembar Putra Makmur Mengwi Badung, dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Kembar Putra Makmur Mengwi Badung. Bagi peneliti berikutnya dapat lebih mengembangkan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi variabel semangat kerja dengan menambahkan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi semangat kerja karyawan, seperti faktor budaya organisasi, komunikasi internal, atau work life balance.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan sangat penting untuk diperhatikan pada seluruh jenis bidang perusahaan maupun organisasi, demikian pula pada Soma Fight Club. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi banyak faktor seperti lingkungan kerja, pengembangan karir dan kompetensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, pengembangan karir dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan Soma Fight Club dengan sampel sebanyak 31 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Anaisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Korelasi Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F dan Uji t. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran yang dapat diberikan peneliti adalah Soma Fight Club hendaknya menyediakan ruang penyimpanan yang lebih memadai, aman, dan terorganisir agar alat-alat kerja dapat disimpan dengan baik, memberikan pelatihan yang lebih terfokus dan sesuai dengan perkembangan karir individu, serta meningkatkan program pelatihan dan pengembangan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi anggota atau staf.
