Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of project-based learning (PjBL) in the Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship subject at SMK Negeri 1 Pagerwojo and students' perceptions of the application of this learning model. The research methods used include a quantitative approach with data collection techniques such as observation, documentation, and student perception questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that PjBL has been implemented systematically through the stages of planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The Lesson Plan (RPP), teaching modules, guidance sheets, and evaluation formats serve as guidelines for the implementation of learning. In terms of student perceptions, the majority of respondents gave very positive responses, particularly regarding learning motivation, competency understanding, interaction with teachers, time management, learning outcomes, and the suitability of the learning model to the characteristics of the subject. Based on the analysis, more than 40% to 80% of students placed their perceptions in the “Very Good” category. However, there are still some suggestions from students regarding the need to enhance active participation and individual assessment strategies for optimal results. This study recommends that the project-based learning model be maintained and further developed, not only in the Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship subject but also in other productive subjects

Abstract

In the independent curriculum, the Pancasila profile strengthening project is a co-curricular that aims to strengthen student character through the Pancasila student profile. There are six dimensions in the Pancasila student profile, namely faith, devotion to God Almighty and noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, creativity, critical reasoning and independence. The project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila learners is collaborative learning across disciplines in observing, exploring, and / or formulating solutions to real issues or problems that are relevant to students. Designed separately from intracurricular and focuses on seeing the process, namely the experience of students while undergoing the process of observation, data collection, processing, execution, evaluation, and reflection. Bringing learning closer to real life, therefore its implementation must be contextualized by taking into account the availability of educational unit resources and students. There are several themes in the project, namely local wisdom, engineering and technology, entrepreneurship, bhinneka tunggal ika, sustainable lifestyle, build the soul of the body, the voice of democracy and employment for SMK. The project of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students starts from mapping dimensions, elements, subelements, themes, titles/topics and time. In the 2024/2025 academic year, SMA Darurroja determined the dimensions of working together, reasoning critically and creatively. The theme of the voice of democracy, the topic/title of the election of the student council chairman, the product of the student council chairman election essay with a time allocation of 162 JP. The results of the project are 7 students developed as expected and 7 students are very developed

Abstract

Kegiatan pendampingan masyarakat dalam pengembangan perencanaan Masjid Al-Barkah di Cipedak, Ciganjur, Jakarta Selatan ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Program Studi Arsitektur, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu bentuk kepedulian Program Studi Arsitektur FT UMJ dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas dan kemampuan masyarakat baik dalam menentukan keputusan dalam hal ini sebagai pemegang keputusan, maupun kemampuan dalam menerjemahkan sebuah kebutuhan ke dalam skematis desain. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi masyarakat khususnya para pengurus masjid dan pemangku keputusan di dalam masyarakat dalam memberikan solusi desain pada perencanaan pengembangan bangunan masjid yang semula hanya satu lantai menjadi dua lantai. Kegiatan pendampingan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan kegiatan, tahap pertama meliputi observasi lapangan, kegiatan kedua berupa diskusi kelompok antar warga dan pengurus masjid dalam menentukan kebutuhan dan memberikan keputusan-keputusan terkait desain pengembangan dan tahap terakhir adalah eksekusi dari desain pengembangan perencanaan Masjid Al-Barkah yang dibantu oleh para mahasiswa Program Studi Arsitektur FT UMJ. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan pendampingan masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pembelajaran bagi masyarakat dalam menentukan keputusan terkait dengan desain sesuai kebutuhan pengguna dalam hal ini tentunya masyarakat sekitar Masjid Al-Barkah.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi di Desa Bulu dalam pembentukan Koperasi adalah kurangnya informasi yang memadai serta lengkap mengenai pembentukan koperasi yang sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah, kurangnya modal koperasi, dan kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan juga menjadi kendala setelah pembentukan koperasi. Artikel ini dimaksudkan untuk Meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai tata cara dalam pembentukan koperasi simpan pinjam, meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya berkoperasi, membentuk koperasi yang dapat memberikan manfaat lebih kepada warga masyarakat dan dapat berkembang dengan maksimal untuk meningkatkan perekonomian atau kesejahteraan warga. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Bulu Kec. Semen Kab. Kediri menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang terjadwal. Dari penyuluhan tersebut disepakati bersama bahwa: Warga Desa Bulu sepakat untuk membentuk Koperasi Simpan Pinjam, warga masyarakat yang berhak masuk anggota koperasi sementara dibatasi hanya satu RT saja yaitu RT 01, RW 03 Dusun Bulusan, dengan pertimbangan untuk memudahkan koordinasi penagihan simpanan pokok, simpanan wajib dan pinjaman. Anggota koperasi bisa diperluas apabila laporan keuangan koperasi sudah stabil. Anggota koperasi Barokah sampai dengan 6 September 2017 sudah tercatat sebanyak 40 anggota, simpanan pokok sebesar Rp. 50.000,-, simpanan Wajib sebesar Rp. 5.000,-, besarnya pinjaman sebesar RP. 500.000,-, lamanya angsuran sebanyak 5x atau 5 bulan. Bantuan yang diberikan Prodi pendidikan Ekonomi kepada Koperasi Barokah berupa: Bantuan Modal Awal sebesar Rp. 1.000.000,-, bantuan kwitansi tercetak untuk penerimaan Kas masuk dan Pengeluaran Kas keluar, buku Kas masuk dan Kas Keluar, stempel Koperasi Barokah, buku anggota, bantuan penyusunan laporan keuangan koperasi mulai dari terbentuknya koperasi, bulan Februari sd 31 Desember 2017, berupa Laporan Laba/rugi, Neraca, Laporan perubahan modal, dan Laporan pembagian SHU (On going), bantuan pendampingan RAT ke-1, yang akan diselenggarakan antara bulan Januari – Maret 2018.

Abstract

Research Objectives: This study aims to investigate the interaction between organizational culture, reward system, and work environment in shaping employee performance at Al Falah Bakery. Specifically, this study will: (1) analyze how organizational culture affects employee performance; (2) assess the impact of the existing reward system on employee performance; (3) identify the influence of work environment on employee performance; and (4) explore the combined effects of these three variables on employee performance. By examining these reciprocal relationships, this study seeks to provide valuable insights for Al Falah Bakery to optimize its organizational practices and improve employee performance. Design/ Method/Approach: This quantitative research is based on the philosophy of positivism, utilizing primary data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS software version 25. This study focuses on a population consisting of all employees, with a sample size of 30 participants. This approach emphasizes objective measurement and statistical analysis to draw conclusions about the phenomenon being studied. However, the limited sample size may limit the generalizability of the findings, so further research is needed          a larger and more representative sample to confirm and expand the conclusions drawn from this study. Results findings: The study revealed that organizational culture, rewards, and work environment are important factors that contribute to employee performance. A strong and positive organizational culture fosters a sense of belonging and purpose, encouraging employees to perform at their best. Similarly, a well designed reward system that recognizes     and     rewards     employee     contributions    motivates individuals to excel. Furthermore, a conducive work environment that enhances well being and facilitates productivity enhances employee performance. These findings underscore the importance of a holistic approach to human resource management that prioritizes creating a supportive and rewarding workplace to maximize employee potential and achieve organizational goals .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the increase in learning activeness and learning outcomes of class XII students in Creative Products and Entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Hidayatus Sholihin using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning implementation model. This research is a classroom action research (classroom action research) to solve problems in the classroom. The research was conducted in three cycles and each cycle was carried out a reflection on the action given. The data technique used observation sheets, learning outcomes tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique is using quantitative quantitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of learning using the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve learning activeness and learning outcomes of class XII students on PKK subjects at SMK Hidayatus Sholihin. This can be seen from the activeness of students from the first cycle of 62.01%, an increase to 76.30% in the second cycle and an increase in the third cycle of 80.19%. The learning outcomes of students' knowledge can be seen from the class average score in cycle I of 76 with a 50% proportion of completeness and an increase in the second cycle of the class average to 80 with the proportion of completeness of 64% and an increase in cycle III the class average to 84 with the proportion of completeness 86%.
