Abstract

Abstract: A successful educational institution depends on effective leadership. To close the achievement gap between high-performing schools and low-performing schools, principals are essential players. The purpose of this study is to identify the principal's leadership position in creating an accomplishment culture at SMA Negeri 1 Anggana. This study's methodology employs a qualitative descriptive paradigm. Data were gathered using observational, documentation, and interview methods. Condensing data, presenting data, and drawing inferences or performing verification are the processes taken during the data analysis stage. The outcomes demonstrated the principal's democratic leadership approach. The outcomes of identifying a leader's style include their personality/example, communication skills, ability to make decisions, and ability to inspire adherents. Abstak: Kepemimpinan yang efektif akan menjadi penopang dalam keberhasilan suatu lembaga pendidikan. Kepala Sekolah berperan fundamental mengatasi kesenjangan antara sekolah yang berprestasi tinggi dengan sekolah berprestasi rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan budaya berprestasi di SMA Negeri 1 Anggana. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Tahap analisis data dilakukan melalui serangkaian langkah terdiri dari kondensasi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik simpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah identic dengan kepemimpinan demokratis. Hasil identifikasi terhadap gaya kepemimpinan antara lain kepribadian/keteladanan, kemampuan berkomunikasi, kapasitas pengambilan keputusan, dan kemampuan memotivasi bawahan.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are faced with a situation of rapid change (disruption era 4.0), this has resulted in significant changes in various aspects of life, including Islamic education and Islamic boarding schools. These changes require Islamic boarding schools to innovate in order to improve the quality of their education. Innovation in developing the quality of Islamic boarding school education is important in order to face challenges in the era of disruption 4.0. This research uses a qualitative approach, data mining is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation, while data analysis uses interactive data analysis. The research results show that innovation in developing the quality of Islamic boarding school education can have a positive influence on various aspects, such as the quality of Islamic boarding school graduates, the competitiveness of Islamic boarding schools, and public trust in Islamic boarding schools. Innovation is carried out in certain fundamental aspects, namely; curriculum innovation, learning method innovation, facilities and infrastructure innovation as well as managerial innovation. This innovation is an effort to improve the quality of Islamic boarding school education so that it can answer the challenges in the era of disruption 4.0.

Abstract

This approach was pioneered by Schomburg and a team of researchers at the University of Kassel, through the International Centre for Higher Education Research (INCHER-Kassel). Their research involved multiple countries with the aim of collecting empirical data that serve as a basis for evaluating higher education programs. Quality assurance has become a crucial aspect in assessing the improvement of higher education quality. Graduate tracer studies serve as one of the methods to evaluate the relevance and quality of graduates. A literature study approach is used to further examine the implementation of graduate tracer studies in identifying various challenges and opportunities for developing graduate quality management. Data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and data verification and validation are the stages used in this research. The results indicate that the opportunities presented by graduate tracer studies point to a paradigm shift, the development of responsive curricula, mapping of labor market trends, and enhancement of institutional reputation. However, challenges faced include low participation rates and limitations in data processing and follow-up actions. This study implies that the application of graduate tracer studies plays a vital role as a tool in graduate quality assurance.

Abstract

Educational supervision in the digital era contributes to transformation with an approach that is more adaptive, flexible and based on the real needs of education. The development of educational technology and the implementation of the new curriculum make adaptive supervision a response to changes in the dynamic learning environment. This article aims to examine in more depth the forms of adaptive supervision transformation in supporting the effectiveness of improving learning quality. A qualitative method with a literature study approach is used to identify various transformations of adaptive supervision. Scientific journals, academic books, policy reports, and recent research results are the sources of research data. The analysis used was content analysis. The results showed that the transformation in adaptive supervision identified two things, namely: (a) adjusting the approach to the characteristics of teachers and the environment; and (b) utilizing digital technology to support communication, data analysis, and learning reflection. The results of this study have implications for responsibility for the challenges faced with systemic support and continuous training.

Abstract

Program literasi Al-Qur'an di Pondok Pesantren Al-Arsyadi Samboja bertujuan untuk meningkatkan karakter dan kompetensi religius santri. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana literasi Al-Qur'an dapat membentuk karakter disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kesadaran religius di kalangan santri. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap santri, guru, dan pengurus pondok. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi Al-Qur'an berperan penting dalam pembentukan karakter, namun terdapat tantangan berupa keterbatasan sumber daya dan variasi pemahaman di kalangan pengajar. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi peran penting dari kegiatan pengajaran tafsir, tilawah, dan tahfidz dalam integrasi nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the concept of green pesantren conducted at Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in Buleleng, Bali. The study depicts the participation of the Hindu community around the pesantren in the green pesantren program at Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in Buleleng, Bali. It covers how the pesantren strives to build relationships with the Hindu community around it and how the Hindu community participates in the green pesantren program. The research method used is qualitative phenomenological research, which aims to explore and understand meanings. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation processes. The research findings also undermine the stigma that pesantren are radical by showing their moderation. This relational aspect is based on the natural relationship between the pesantren and Hindu communities around it, which was initiated by its founder from its inception. Another aspect of this relationship is demonstrated by consultative functions of management in addressing various societal issues regardless of religious background. The active participation of the Hindu community around the pesantren in the green pesantren program stems from shared universal values regarding environmental preservation. The close relationship between the pesantren and surrounding Hindu communities is influenced by historical factors that are continuously socialized. Additionally, there are activities within this context that hold universal values.

Abstract

Leadership in the organization is necessary. The leadership of a person who has a leadership spirit allows the direction and goals of the organization to be oriented in accordance with the vision and mission. Leadership in the integrated pesantren variant is no exception. The spirit of leadership today in social organizations and educational institutions expects leadership that can provide feedback or a positive impact on the pattern of organizational development, especially in educational institutions. As reflected in the variant of the integrated pesantren, namely Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Kalisat Jember. This research is to reveal how the perspective of Quranic leadership in the variant of integrated pesantren. The focus of the research uses the analytical knife of Cn Cooley's theory as well as several relevant theories. This type of research uses case studies. Data mining through observation, interviews, and documentation was then analyzed using the steps as presented by Miles and Huberman, namely condensation, display, conclusion, and verification. Based on the analysis, it was found that the Qur'anic leadership perspective in the integrated pesantren variant implements the values ​​in the Qur'an and Hadith. These values ​​are categorized under the principles of Amanah, Khidmah, and Barokah.

Abstract

Marketing education is a step in renewal when an educational institution follow the tight competition to obtain customers. For educational institutions that have good in the implementation of marketing management of education requires only good planning with continuous improvement quality in order to anticipate the demand of the world of work. Abstract

Pergantian kepemimpinan nasional pada 2024 menimbulkan ketidakpastian terhadap kelanjutan pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) di Kalimantan Timur. Media massa berperan penting membentuk persepsi masyarakat dan legitimasi politik proyek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana Kompas.com dan Tempo.co mengonstruksi wacana IKN di tengah dinamika politik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analisis Wacana Kritis (AWK) model Van Dijk dengan tiga dimensi: struktur teks, kognisi sosial, dan konteks sosial, menggunakan data dari observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kompas.com menonjolkan legitimasi politik dan dukungan presiden, sedangkan Tempo.co menekankan dimensi teknokratis dan faktual. Kedua media membentuk opini publik dan mereproduksi kekuasaan melalui bahasa. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman baru tentang peran media dalam masa transisi politik sebagai arena wacana yang sarat ideologi dan memengaruhi legitimasi kebijakan pembangunan nasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi pendidikan Islam dalam menghadapi tantangan Revolusi Industri 4.0, dengan meninjau konsep pendidikan Islam, peran lembaga pendidikan Islam, objek garapan pendidikan, serta kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (GPAI) dan siswa yang dibutuhkan di era modern. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode literature review yang menganalisis berbagai literatur terkait perkembangan pendidikan Islam dalam konteks teknologi dan perubahan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam memiliki kemampuan adaptif yang signifikan melalui integrasi antara teknologi dan nilai-nilai agama. Lembaga pendidikan Islam, seperti madrasah dan pesantren, telah mulai mengadopsi teknologi dalam proses pengajaran, meskipun masih dihadapkan pada tantangan keterbatasan infrastruktur dan kebutuhan peningkatan kompetensi digital tenaga pendidik. Kompetensi siswa juga dikembangkan untuk memenuhi tuntutan era digital, dengan penekanan pada literasi digital, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan keterampilan kolaboratif. Signifikansi penelitian ini terletak pada pentingnya memperkuat integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan Islam tanpa mengabaikan nilai-nilai spiritual, yang dapat membentuk generasi berkarakter unggul dan berdaya saing di era modern.
