Abstract

This study aims to determine teachers' perceptions of the concept of implementing independent learning and the factors that support and inhibit the implementation of independent learning at SD Inpres Antang I, Makassar City. The method used is qualitative and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research on teacher perceptions of the concept of implementing independent learning at SD Inpres Antang I, Makassar City. Shows that teachers at SD Inpres Antang I, Makassar City, have a positive perception and get a very good appreciation of the Free Learning curriculum, by implementing independent learning students will be able to improve their abilities because they are given freedom in the learning process. The research results also explain the importance of socialization massively to all parties at the education unit level, so that the implementation of the curriculum can be implemented properly as expected. Apart from that, teachers' perceptions at SD Inpres Antang I have several indicators in implementing the independent learning curriculum, including: teachers' perceptions of the new curriculum, cancellation of national exams, simplification of lesson plans, and also PPDB Zoning System, and factors that support the implementation of independent learning are teachers , parents, principals and students, then what becomes a factor in inhibiting the implementation of independent learning is the management of learning time.

Abstract

The implementation of character education in the social-emotional development of early childhood includes the values ??of discipline, independence, and social awareness and tolerance. The aim of this research is to determine the reality of character education in social-emotional development, the implementation of character education in children's social-emotional development at the Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Baji Pa'mai Kindergarten, Maros Regency. This research is qualitative research with descriptive research type. Teachers and students were involved as main informants. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, verifying data and drawing conclusions. The research results show the reality of character education in social emotional development: Character education in PAUD helps shape children's personality and morals from an early age. Children who receive character education tend to have better social skills. Implementation of Character Education in Children's Social Emotional Development: Learning is carried out every day through activities inside and outside the classroom. The majority of students are in the stage of starting to develop and develop according to expectations from indicators of self-awareness, a sense of responsibility for themselves and others as well as prosocial behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi rendahnya kemampuan motorik halus pada anak usia dini yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya media pembelajaran. Kekakuan anak saat memegang pensil menunjukkan masalah ini. Sebagai solusi, peneliti menggunakan media clay tepung untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak di Kelompok B TKIT KHALIFAH CENDIKIA MANDIRI. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi: (1) kemampuan motorik halus sebelum menggunakan media clay tepung; (2) efektivitas penggunaan media clay tepung setiap siklus; dan (3) kemampuan motorik halus anak setelah penerapan media clay tepung. Media clay tepung memiliki keunggulan, yaitu aman untuk anak, memungkinkan kreativitas, dan memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam teknik pengolahan clay. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed methods), terdiri dari dua siklus dalam dua tindakan, dengan subjek 28 anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan unjuk kerja, sedangkan analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan motorik halus anak pada pra siklus memperoleh nilai rata-rata 55 (kategori kurang). Aktivitas guru dan anak meningkat pada setiap siklus. Kemampuan motorik halus anak setelah penerapan media clay tepung meningkat dari 66 (cukup) pada siklus I menjadi 80 (sangat baik) pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, hipotesis tindakan diterima, menunjukkan efektivitas media clay tepung.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the formation of discipline character in early childhood at TK A Baitul Qalbi Islamic School, Makassar City, through the habituation method. The problem identified is the low discipline of the children, such as frequently arriving late to school, not completing tasks on time, and not adhering to the established rules. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach with two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. In the first cycle, the habituation method was applied to instill discipline, such as arriving on time and completing tasks within the specified timeframe. In the second cycle, the habituation method was reinforced with a more consistent approach, such as giving rewards and positive reinforcement every time the children displayed disciplined behavior. Overall, the implementation of the habituation method in these two cycles successfully improved the discipline character of the children at TK A Baitul Qalbi Islamic School. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that consistent habituation can shape the disciplined character of early childhood, which is expected to be applied in their daily lives.

Abstract

This study aims to improve children's gross motor skills using dance movement activities. The type of research conducted to improve children's gross motor skills is classroom action research (CAR) in the form of collaboration between teachers and two cycles with creative dance activities. Where in one cycle there is planning, observation and reflection. The results showed that creation dance can improve gross motor skills in group B children at Ihya Al Ulum Kindergarten Makassar. Gross motor skills of children that can be improved include. coordination of locomotor movements. This can be seen from the initial action observation that children's gross motor skills have not developed 75.00% in group B children, in cycle I still need a lot of action because there has not been much change in the undeveloped criteria owned by 62.50% in group B children and in cycle II it developed very well 81.25% in group B children.

Abstract

This study intends to determine the effect of image media on the reading interest of Class II students of public elementary schools. The research method used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach by experimental method. The research sample consisted of 30 class II students of public elementary school Tabaringan 5 Makassar. We obtained data from the study using questionnaires, specifically pretests and posttests. Data analysis uses normality analysis and hypothesis testing. We used the t-test to independently determine the significance of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y). The findings showed an increase in the average value from the pretest of 60.50 to 77.50 in the posttest after the use of image media. Additionally, regression analysis and hypothesis testing showed that image media had a positive and significant influence on students' reading interest, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.687. This study proves that the use of image media can significantly increase students' reading interest. Image media has proven to be effective as a learning aid in fostering students' motivation and interest in reading activities in lower grades.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan berbasis islam yang ada di Indonesia, yang di dalamnya mengajarkan berbagai macam  pelajaran  keagamaan  mengenai  islam  dan  sebagai  salah  satu  lembaga yang berperan banyak dalam pendidikan moral dan akhlak yang mulia bagi para santri didalamnya. Pondok pesantren yang ada di indonesia memiliki sejarah yang unik dan mempunyai ciri khas tersendiri dibandingkan dengan pondok  pesantren  yang   ada  di  negeri lain. Memaknai Istilah Pondok Pesantren. Tujuan  penelitian ini adalah : 1) Memahami sejarah singkat dan perkembangan pondok pesantren di Indonesia. 2) Memaknai karakteristik dan tujuan serta umsur-unsur pendidikan pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan islam di Indonesia. 3) Memahami sistem pembelajaran pondok pesantren di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan eksistensinya yang semakin bertahan dan memperoleh pengakuan dan variasinya yang semakin bertambah, telah mengantarkan pada kesimpulan bahwa pesantren mempunyai karakter plural, tidak seragam dan tidak memiliki wajah uniform. Pluralitas pesantren ditunjukkan antara lain dengan tiadanya sebuah aturan pun baik menyangkut manajerial, administrasi, birokrasi, struktur, budaya, kurikulum dan apalagi pemihakan politik. Yang dapat mendefinisikan pesantren menjadi tunggal adalah aturan yang datang dari pemahaman agama yang terefleksikan dalam berbagai kitab kuning. Kata Kunci: Pesantren; Indonesia; dan karakter
