Abstract

A comfortable work environment is needed by humans to be able to carry out activities optimally and productively. Therefore the work environment must be handled and designed properly. A good temperature in the workplace will support the activities carried out by workers by meeting predetermined standards.. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to find out how much influence temperature / temperature, noise and lighting in the work environment have on employee work productivity in the noodle production section at CV. Kartika Makasar. This research will be conducted at CV. Kartika Makassar, which is located at Jalan Setia 1 Blok AB No. 4 Ex. Buntusu Kec. Tamalanrea Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province. In the analytical method where data processing uses the Classical Assumption Test in the form of a Linear Regression Test which is used to determine the direction and how much influence the independent variables have on the dependent variable. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it shows that in the physical work environment, namely temperature (X1) with a value of 0.560 > 0.05 and lighting (X2) 0.516 > 0.05 indicates that the hypothesis is rejected. Thus the temperature and lighting at CV Kartika Makassar are good because together they do not affect the work productivity of employees or operators. As for Noise (X3) 0.034 <0.05, indicating that the hypothesis is accepted thus it has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees or operators.

Abstract

Yogyakarta is a city that is often called a miniature of Indonesia, has a multitude of features. Starting from governance to many other features. Trans Jogja is one of the BRT products for the city of Jogja which is said to have been initially built to provide clean, neat and comfortable city transportation for everyone. However, Trans Jogja, which is heralded as an improvement in public transportation service modes, is in reality still less than optimal. In order to meet the expectations of prospective passengers at bus stops, service improvements and innovations are needed. In this research, Trans Jogja bus stops will be identified using the SERVQUAL and House of Quality methods. The cause of customer dissatisfaction in the Servqual analysis is that from the results of data processing it was found that there was a gap in all service dimensions at the Trans Jogja bus stop. Determining the highest to smallest improvement priorities to increase customer satisfaction in the House of Quality analysis is conducting training to improve performance, evaluating staff performance, updating schedules and daily departure routes clearly and in detail, controlling the availability of service facilities, implementing SOPs for staff , Providing a box for suggestions and criticism, and Providing supporting facilities for the safety and smooth running of Trans Jogja bus stop users.

Abstract

BPR or business process reengineering is a process to achieve radical improvements in terms of time, quality, rewards, and of course costs by simultaneously redesigning processes, organizations, and information systems. In this study, IT/technology and HR factors (human resources) are used in re-engineering public facilities assisted by expert systems to create efficiency and effectiveness and increase value. The main factor used in this study is the management system, especially for making changes to the organizational structure, improving the administration system, and Relationship Management. The model suitability test in this report uses several criteria, including Chi-Square, GFI, AGFI, and RMSEA. Although the final model obtained a high Chi-square value (13.157) with a probability of zero, because several other criteria were met with an AGFI value above 0.9 and an RMSEA value below 0.08, the model is considered suitable. Based on the model output, it is known that not all antecedent variables have a significant influence on the consequent variables. Likewise, not all hypotheses are accepted. All antecedent variables cannot explain the consequent variables because the R2 value is less than 0.5.
