Abstract

Abstrak: In a government agencies , websites be a pleasant important as a delivery of information , communication , and transactions between public administration. Government agencies in education and training (Bandiklat Prov Jatim) have a website www.bandiklat.jatimprov.go.id website that aims to provide information on the activities and institutional training to Government Employee. However , managers website Bandiklat Prov Jatim feel website built could not attract internet users to visit www.bandiklat.jatimprov.go.id .This needs to be an increase in on the quality of the website bandiklat prov east. The purpose of this research to analyze the links between the quality of website and user satisfaction.. Analysis the quality of website do with some stage, first the data collection and interview to the related. Then make and spreading the questionnaire.The analysis influence the quality of website use Multiple Linear Regression, among others test validity, realibilitas, test the assumption, and the the regression coefficient together and partial. The results of the analysis testing this indicates that variable the Usability Quality, and Information Quality have had a positive impact and significant impact on User Satisfaction while in Interaction Quality do not affect positive and significant impact on user satisfaction.

Abstract

Brillian is application hybrid learning in Stikom Surabaya who web-based from google apps. Brillian having some function, namely function download lecture learning, collection duty, learning online media, assessment, and measuring the degree in common duty. Brillian can be a excellence compete for Stikom Surabaya. To know factors anything that affects the Brillian to university students Stikom Surabaya on this research use the model the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). In this study technique data collection to analyze method utaut uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Processing and reliability the validity and descriptive use application spss .The sampling done with the Stratified Random Sampling (SRS) the students Stikom Surabaya the 2011- 2015 of all the program study. In the research indicated that of factors affect the brilliant is performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions, but more affect the brilliant is the variable social influence. On the analysis result of this explains that all variable influence in the Brillian the students Stikom Surabaya.A factor that is affecting is variable the social experience of moderation 18,129 and facilitatng conditions with moderation experience of 22,092.

Abstract

System Application and Product in Data Processing (SAP) is an application for financial administration process at PT KAI (Persero) Daop 8 Gubeng Mosque Surabaya based desktop. SAP can be a competitive advantage for PT KAI. It makes SAP developers want to know the acceptance and variables that affect the acceptance of SAP for employees of PT KAI. The solution of the problem is to analyze the variable of acceptance of SAP usage on PT KAI employee using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model.This study aims to determine the level of acceptance and influential variables in the use of SAP by using methods UTAUT, Structural Equation Model (SEM), Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Sampling by sampling technique with Purposive Sampling method at PT.KAI employee and determination of number of samples using slovin formula.Based on the results of analysis on UTAUT model of 68 respondents it can be seen that variables that influence acceptance of SAP usage: behavior to use a technology influenced by the intention to beperilaku, while the intention to behave and behavior to use a technology not influenced independent variable that is performance expectation, effort expectancy, Social influences and facilitating conditions that are moderated by gender, age and experience.Keywords: Reception SAP, PT KAI, UTAUT

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit Indonesia since 2020. The need for emergency treatment is increasingly difficult to obtain when there is a spike in cases. The needs are COVID medicine, oxygen, blood plasma, hospital/isolation site/health center, and ambulance. A lot of time was wasted when looking at the needs from one place to another, this makes people confused about finding their needs. Even though this need must be met immediately because it is related to a person's life and some information systems already exist, such as SIRANAP and FarmaPlus, however, the system for handling COVID-19 is still not integrated and incomplete. Utilization of information system could overcome this problem by processing existing and integrated data, of course, a web-based application (Web App) could be developed that could accommodate the necessary information,The application named Siaga Covid. SiagaCovid was equipped with the Haversine method, Haversine method could be used to find the distance between points, and determine the closest distance where they could get the emergency COVID-19 treatment they need. From the design and development of SiagaCovid, the results obtained from this research were the Haversine method could determine the distance between user and service providers and sorted by the closest distance to the user with high accuracy that could help the community get COVID emergency needs quickly in the application, they could get information about the availability of products and services, or about information of the service itself.

Abstract

Controlling raw material stock is not an easy task. Because of that, a company have to plan raw material requirement to fulfill costumer needs so that the quantity and time of fulfillment is suitable. If a company buys too much raw materials whish is make the stock piled up, and increase the holding cost and the risk of damaged goods. However, if the raw materials stock is very low, there is a possibility insufficient stock (stock out) because the raw materials can not be delivered directly and if the raw materials stock is unavailable the production process is stop, the income will be delayed, and costumer trust.The solution to overcome that problem is to make design raw materials requirement planning informastion system. This system is built to counting estimate raw materials request, to counting raw materials demand, and the right time to buy the raw materials.This application will provide an information such us raw materials request report, raw materials forecasting report, and raw materials stock planning report. Based on trial results that has been done, this system could help forecast raw materials demand in the future, raw materials procurement, and the right time to buy the raw materials.

Abstract

PT. Saka Mitra Usaha is a national private company that is engaged in Human Resource Management Outsourcing services. Experienced, competent and knowledgeable professionals in the field of outsourcing services. This company is supported by experienced professionals in their fields, individuals who are trained, educated and have high dedication and always fulfill satisfaction for service users. The main problem in a company's warehouse is the accumulation of goods caused by more incoming goods. Another case is that the goods that come out are more of the goods that enter so that they have a bad impact on the goods which results in big losses for the company because they cannot meet the expenditure / expenditure of the goods at that time. The solution to be created is a web-based application that can determine the amount of goods produced. The process of predicting goods will use the Tsukamoto fuzzy method, this method is a way to map an input space into an output space. This method will be used to determine the prediction of the inventory of goods or the purchase of an item for inventory based on data on the amount of inventory remaining, purchase data and the number of goods out. These data are variables which will be represented by fuzzy functions. From this research, it produces a decision support application for inventory of goods that will be used by PT. SAKA MITRA USAHA to help managers determine the amount of procurement of goods in future warehouses, assist companies in determining goods production decisions, assist companies in mapping production of goods correctly and precisely through dashboard charts, forecasts of goods, and prediction reports.

Abstract

Sidoarjo regency is one of the central areas of fish production for the province of East Java. In 2014 the Sidoarjo regency produces fish production of 16 911 tonnes of the total demand of 21,190 tons. People therefore have the potential to Rp. 64.3245 billion, - to be used. However, with the opportunities that still makes people hesitant. Based on observations and interviews, people have some problems in understanding the business opportunities the business of enlarging catfish. The problems regarding the planning is there is no information about the capital, the estimated cost, the information behind the capital and feasibility analysis. In addition, the educational background of different society and do not have the financial complex science that makes people not do the planning before doing business.                    Based on the above issues then made an application investment calculations enlargement catfish farming berbabasis web by comparing various media pool that can perform calculations, measurement and analysis process using the Cost of Production (HPP), and Average Rate of Return (ARR).                    Based on the results of trials that have been done this application can display information capital planning, cost estimating, value of turnover as well as the comparison with the 3 (three) media pool. From the calculation using the average rate of return that has been done to produce a value which is to cement pond 4.03. For the pool tarp 2.3. And for ground pools 3.95.

Abstract

Gramedia Printing Group - Surabaya Plant, is a printing and publishing company. One of its main business process is procurement which refer to activity to acquire goods by buying it from supplier. There are some problems found in current process, which are: requester doesn’t know the state of their procurement request which can held down their productivity, logistic give more time and effort to check the procurement request’s approval from central office before purchase the goods, and there’s no managerial level report for decision making. To overcome these problem, a system is required to give requester information about their request, simplify and automate logistic activity, and ability to provide managerial report. Procurement Information System is expected to kept requester informed about their request, to ease logistic in procurement process, and to provide information to be used as source of decision making by managerial level.

Abstract

PT. Ichtiar Teknik Utama is a company engaged in manufacturing services and spare part supplier contractor tools, lathe, electric welding shop. To conduct its business processes PT. Ichtiar Teknik Utama serve ordering Spare part of contractor equipment based on consumer demand. The ordering system that runs on the company is too many involve the consumers which causes the ordering process complicated and difficult for consumers. In addition, There Lots of using hardcopy as media storage. It’s cause the Listing of ordering in the ledger is not good and will be difficult in making ordering report. Other than that, some of the data obtained can be lost, tucked, and also difficult to read. It takes a long time and complicates the preparation of reports. To improve efficiency and ordering listing process better, so it will need Ordering Information Systems of Spare Parts Contractor Equipment. The Information System has many processes including Registration, Ordering, Listing of Goods Orders, design, calculation of the price of goods, Approval, Payment and invoicing also reporting which used for decision making by the director of workshop. By implementing this information system, each section can perform the work more easily and be better when recording the order.Keywords: Information Systems, Ordering spare part, Contractor Equipment.
