Abstract

Analysis of the work productivity of Brebes Regency BPN employees in 2023. This research is motivated by several things related to the work productivity of Brebes Regency BPN employees, namely: 1) some employees experience difficulties in carrying out their duties serving the community; 2) some employees experience a decrease in work productivity; 3) several employees have complained about carrying out their duties to serve the community; and 4) some employees do not dare to take the risk of dealing with the problem of managing residents' land in Brebes Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, work motivation, service quality and physical work environment on the productivity of Brebes Regency BPN employees in 2023. The research method uses quantitative methods with a survey research design. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Test data requirements using: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Statistical hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression with the F test and t test. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The results of the research show that there is a simultaneous influence of compensation, work discipline, motivation, service quality, and physical work environment on the work productivity of BPN (National Land Agency) Brebes Regency employees in 2023. Meanwhile, the service quality variable does not have a significant influence on employee work productivity BPN (National Land Agency) Brebes Regency in 2023.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the business performance of BRI KUR customers, Pattimura Branch, Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, the number of samples taken was 140 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that own capital has a positive and significant effect on business performance with a t-count value of (5.694) greater than a t-table value of (1.656) and a significance level of (0.000) is less than the minimum significance level of (0.05). People's business credit capital has a positive and significant effect on business performance with a t-count value of (2.077) greater than the t-table value of (1.656) and a significance level of (0.040) smaller than the minimum significance level of (0.05) . Length of business has a positive and significant effect on business performance with a t-count value of (4.676) greater than the t-table value of (1.656) and a significance level of (0.000) less than the minimum significance level of (0.05).

Abstract

Jurnal penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel Brand Image, Brand Awareness, dan Brand Loyalty Terhadap Brand Equity pada pengguna smartphone iPhone di Desa Blado, Kecamatan Blado, Kabupaten Batang. Penelitian ini didasari dengan adanya penurunan penjualan smartphone iPhone di Indonesia antara tahun 2019 dan 2021. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna smartphone iPhone di Kabupaten Batang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Rumus Roa Purba yang menetapkan sebanyak 100 sampel. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand equity, variabel brand awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand equity, dan brand loyalty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand equity. Hubungan ketigannya memilki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand equity smartphone iPhone.

Abstract

The purpose of the study carried out by researchers was to gain an understanding of how promotion, price, location, destination image and service quality influence the desire for tourists to visit Karang Jahe Rembang beach. Quantitative methods are used as a method in this research with descriptive research methods. Visiting interest (Y) is included in the dependent variable category, meanwhile promotion (X1), price (X2), location (X3), destination image (X4) and service quality (X5) are independent variables. The findings from this research identify that there are four variables that have a significant influence on the visiting interest variable in this research, namely price, location, destination image and service quality. Meanwhile, promotions do not have a significant impact on tourist interest in visiting. Based on the F test, simultaneous promotion, location price, destination image and service quality have an influence on interest in visiting tourism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli ulang pelanggan Lazada di Semarang Timur. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 120 reponden dimana setiap kelurahan di kota Semarang Timur diambil 12 orang untuk menjadi sampel setiap kelurahan.. pengumpulan data menggunakan google form yang disebarkan secara langsung ke responden dan diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat beli ulang dipengaruhi kualitas pelayanan, brand image dan harga. Setelah dihitung menggunakan SPSS memperoleh f hitung sebesar 48.916 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang memiliki arti bahwa kualitas pelayanan, brand image dan harga secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh simultan terhadap minat beli ulang. Selain itu, pengujian t untuk variabel kualitas pelayanan 2,159 yang berarti berpengaruh.. brand image meiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang karena t hitung sebesar 1,169 dan harga memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang dengan t hitung sebesar 4,229.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reward, punishment, and work safety on the performance of Grab drivers in Semarang City. The population of researchers is all Grab Drivers in Semarang City, the sample that has been determined in this study is 100 drivers using probability sampling techniques with simplehrandom sampling method. Data analysis in this study using the SPSS 24 program. Hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression approaches. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables have a persial effect, namely; Reward has a positive and significant effect on Driver Performance, Punishment has a positive and significant effect on Driver Performance, and Work Safety has a positive and significant effect on Grab Driver Performance in Semarang City.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of the Investment Opportunity Set on the Extend Of Voluntary Shari'a Disclosure. This research is a field research using a quantitative descriptive approach using a purposive sampling method from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018. There are 22 companies that meet the criteria as research samples. The results showed that the Investment Opportunity Set had no effect on the Extend of Voluntary Shari'a Disclosure.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of Price and Service Innovation on Sales Volume with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at Triizz Hotel Semarang. This type of research is quantitative research. This research uses primary data by taking data from distributing 100 questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses (SEM) structural equation modeling using SmartPLS.The results of this research show that Price has no effect on Customer Satisfaction, Service Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Price has a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume, Service Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume, Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume , Price on Sales Volume through Customer Satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect, while Service Innovation on Sales Volume through Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The people of Pilangrejo Village, Wonosalam District, most of the people have a livelihood producing smoked fish. Smoked Fish is one of the production alternatives that are in demand by the market because of its taste which tends to be more savory and durable. The problem in the field of production faced by partners is that the smoking process is still traditional, so that the appearance and cleanliness of smoked fish are not well maintained. In addition, it can cause environmental pollution around the production area.The problem in the field of marketing is that the process of selling smoked fish is still carried out conventionally. Partners are not familiar with online product marketing. The solution offered to partners is by training on smoked fish packaging and online sales processes, so that smoked fish can be widely known to the public. As for financial management problems, partners do not understand how to manage personal and business finances. The solution offered is family financial management training, which will later have an impact on business finances. This PKM activity was attended by 60 members of the fish smokers association. The results of this PKM activity make partners able to produce smoked fish cleanly and healthily, partners can also carry out the sales process online, and partners can manage family and business finances well.

Abstract

Kepatuhan wajib pajak merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan penerimaan pajak yang berkontribusi pada pembiayaan negara. Pemeriksaan pajak bertujuan memastikan kebenaran dan keakuratan pelaporan pajak, sementara penagihan pajak berfungsi untuk memulihkan tunggakan pajak. Di sisi lain, sanksi perpajakan diberlakukan untuk memberikan efek jera kepada wajib pajak yang melanggar aturan, sedangkan kondisi keuangan memengaruhi kemampuan wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban pajaknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada wajib pajak terdaftar pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP). Data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penagihan pajak dan kondisi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepatuhan wajib pajak, sementara itu pemeriksaan pajak dan sanksi perpajakan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepatuhan wajib pajak.
