Abstract

e-Learning bukan merupakan sesuatu hal yang baru. Banyak Universitas di seluruh dunia sudah menerapkan e-Learning sejak beberapa tahun yang lalu. Mahasiswa Teknik Industri Universitas X merasa bahwa materi kursus Manajemen Proyek banyak. Adapun hasil feedback menunjukkan adanya kebutuhan terhadap e-Learning untuk mendukung para mahasiswa untuk belajar materi yang banyak. Banyak studi mediskusikan mengenaiperancangane-Learning, namun masih sedikit sekali yang membahas mengenai bagamana cara mendesain konten e-Learning. Metode yang digunakan pada studi ini adalah Design sprint yaitu sebuah framework dari metode agile. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk merancang konten e-Learning dalam mata kuliah Manajemen Proyek terutama dalam bab Project introduction dengan metode Design sprint. Penulis menggunakan metode Design sprint untuk mengembangkan konten. Tak hanya itu, penulis juga ingin menilai mahasiswa dengan soal kuis yang sesuai. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan terkait soal kuis disesuaikan dengan hasil pencapaian (Learning outcome) berdasarkan Backward design dan Bloom’s Taxonomy. Video pembelajaran pada bab ini diujikan and hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kenaikan nilai sebanyak 61% dari pemahaman siswa. Hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-Learning dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk belajar and meningkatkan pemahaman mereka.

Abstract

ABC Company is an agent of network construction, operation, and maintenance. ABC Company is currently implementing the STTF (Shit to the Front) project, which is the project to add FTTH (Fiber to the Home) networks in areas that can have high customer demand. One of the STTF project construction sites is the Indra Prahasta II housing location. However, the project is currently experiencing work delays due to the Covid-19 disaster in Indonesia. Delays in project execution can result in potential prospects choosing another company that provides similar services. The project schedule can be accelerated using the crashing method and TCTO (Time Cost Trade-Off) analysis to solve this problem. This research's acceleration will be carried out with alternatives for adding 3 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour, and an alternative to increasing workers' number. This project has an average duration of 55 working days with a total cost of Rp 604,124,460. The results obtained from data processing, on the alternative of adding 1 hour of overtime work, the total duration becomes 54 working days with total project cost is Rp 605,734,138. In addition to 2 hours of overtime work, the project's total duration can be reduced to 54 days with a total project cost Rp 606,803,619. And for the addition of 3 hours overtime, the total duration can be shortened to 54 days with a total cost of Rp 606,803,619. As for increasing the number of workers, project work duration can be shortened to 54 working days with a total project cost Rp 604,556,748

Abstract

Adanya ketentuan tentang kewajiban pelaksanaan Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer (UNBK) dan Ujian Sekolah Berbasis Komputer (USBK) oleh pemerintah di setiap sekolah setara Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA), menuntut adanya kesiapan dari berbagai pihak untuk dapat melaksanakan kegiatan tersebut termasuk diantaranya Madrasah Aliyah Pesantren As-Suruur. Masih minimnya keterampilan siswa dalam menggunakan media belajar berbasis komputer menjadi salah satu kendala dalam menghadapi UNBK. Ketidaksiapan siswa ini diprediksikan akan mempengaruhi performansi siswa dalam menghadapi ujian. Oleh karenanya dibutuhkan upaya untuk mempersiapkan siswa dalam menghadapi sistem ujian yang baru bagi mereka. Universitas Telkom melalui program pengabdian masyarakat, mengembangkan sistem pembelajaran berbasis komputer di lingkungan Madrasah Aliyah Pesantren As-Suruur agar para siswa semakin terbiasa dalam mengoperasikan komputer sebagai bentuk persiapan dalam menghadapi UNBK. Selain pengembangan sistem, dilakukan pelatihan bagi guru pesantren yang selanjutnya akan mengambil peran besar dalam menyiapkan siswa dalam UNBK. Pelaksanaan program dapat dikatakan berhasil dilihat dari dapat digunakannya sistem dan juga respon positif guru untuk menggunakan sistem yang ada.

Abstract

CV Trianom Agrotektur is a company engaged in coffee industry. Due to high demand and expanded business process the company owner is going to build a new plant in Ciwidey. The current plant cannot cover the whole business process of in processing coffee beans. The extensification towards the plant requires some guidance to lead the successful contruction project. However, building plants in rural area is not a simple thing. There should be some investigation towards stakeholders’ needs/interests or requirements. The project should also face an issue pertaining to management, i.e. how to manage stakeholders who still keep their local tradition. This study is aimed at designing project stakeholder management plan based on PMBOK 5 edition. The study shows that there are 21 stakeholders classified in 4 quadrants. Those stakeholders will be managed based on their power and interest level. Keywords— Stakeholder, Communication, Project, Coffee Plant

Abstract

A project always has risks that can lead to project failure. In the project, a risk analysis is required to provide an evaluation for the project to proceed as planned. In the event of inadequate planning and ineffective control, it will result in irregularities identified as a risk to the project. This study aims to analyze the qualitative risk on Fiber Optic Installaion project in Sukabumi, West Java, Indonesia. In addition, risk assessment is undertaken on project implementation. Assessment of risk using the impact and probability to measure the impact of risk occurrence. The impacts are more detailed by classified by time impact, cost impact, quality impact, safety and security impact, proximity. The result is there are 36 risk that may occur and mostly risks are associaated by quality and safety&security impact. Keywords— risk assessment, qualitative analysis, Project, fiber optic.

Abstract

To provide internet network, one of public Telecommunication provider in Indonesia conduct several project related to fiber optic cable installation such as the STO Modernization Feeder project. In every project implementation, the company is concerned with quality in order to remain competitive with competitors. Deliverable which meets the project quality will produce the product in accordance with the requirements. STO Garut Feeder Modernization Project was experiencing delays which is caused by the non-conformity project deliverable to project specification during monitoring & controlling phase. At project planning, the quality metric was not designed, which can be used as a guideline for vendor in carrying out the project task and to assist the process of quality control. Quality metric design is carried out using internal control methods that can identify possible errors in each project activity and critical success criteria that define a successful activity that will be performed. Result shows that only 67.1% statement (critical success criteria) form critical activity is implemented. This result can answer why the project delay because the activity on critical path is mostly re-worked due to non-conformity issues. Abstract

Information technology plays a major role to enhance service activities in organizations as well as in higher educational institutions / universities. A special unit (Sisfo) at University X is dedicated to handles daily technology-based services. Every year the performance of the unit is evaluated to increase customer satisfaction and yet the result is contradictory. Using balanced scorecard, the result showed that the unit's performance is in a good category, but when it comes to the satisfaction questionnaire the result said otherwise. This puzzling result due to not so appropriate tools of measurement for the unit’ services. This study conducted performance measurement using IT SERVQUAL to tap the perceived service and expected service of the Sisfo Unit’, form the eyes of the students as the largest customers, on the 6 dimensions: tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, emphaty and usability. Service dimensions that require immediate action are physical facilities such as hardware and software that are up to date, and processes related to academic activities such as failure to enter into a system, card recording errors, and students’ presence list errors. Abstract

Stakeholders are one of the most significant factors in the success of a project. The creation of good team performance in a project is caused by clear work responsibilities given to each project stakeholder so that stakeholders have responsibility for their work and can complete their work correctly. The responsibility assignment matrix is ​​a method for managing the roles of each resource and describing the relationship between jobs for each job in the project, which is classified into four parts, namely Responsible, Assignment, Consult, and Informed. In this paper, a matrix will be designed to manage the work assignments of each stakeholder involved in the case of delays in project completion at PT. XYZ uses the RACI Matrix method as a guide. The results of the work assignment matrix design in the case study project of PT. XYZ shows that 12 stakeholders are grouped into four classifications according to the RACI components, which are arranged based on the level of interest and responsibility of each stakeholder to the project.

Abstract

PT Dwi Indah merupakan perusahaan yang ahli di bidang manufaktur dan pengekspor LLDPE Stretch Film dan Pallet Wrapping. PT Dwi Indah memiliki dua divisi yaitu, divisi core paper yang memproduksi core dan divisi strecth film yang memproduksi LLDPE strecth film paper dengan berbagai macam ukuran. Keberagaman produk yang dihasilkan tersebut berdampak pada aliran material dan jarak tempuh yang dilalui material handling equipment tidak efisien karena backtracking yang terjadi dapat memperpanjang jarak tempuh material handling equipment. Selain itu unit load yang tidak optimal berakibat pada tingginya frekuensi perpindahan. Kedua permasalahan tersebut akan berdampak kepada biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh PT Dwi Indah. General Analysis Procedure merupakan pendekatan yang sistemastis dan digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pada material handling yang dapat membantu menyusun ulang sistem perpindahan material yang kompleks dan mengarahkan pada usulan yang tepat. Perancangan ulang material handling system ini menghasilkan jarak perpindahan antar mesin dan MHE usulan yaitu, forklift truck dan cargo lift menjadi reach truck dan hand pallet jack menjadi electric pallet truck sehingga total biaya MHE yang dikeluarkan mengalami penurunan sebesar 29,49%. Peningkatan unit load mencapai 50% dengan reach truck, electric pallet truck sebesar 11%-19%, dan forklift truck B 50%. Abstract

CV Trianom Agrotektur merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak pada industri kopi. CV Trianom Agrotektur berada pada tahap berkembang dimana pada tahapan ini terdapat kebutuhan mengaplikasikan good processing. Pada kondisi eksisting, pabrik tidak dapat mencakup keseluruhan proses bisnis pengolahan biji kopi. CV Trianom Agrotektur membutuhkan penambahan sebuah pabrik baru dengan tujuan mencakup empat proses bisnis yang tidak dapat dijalankan pada kondisi eksisting. Penambahan pabrik baru dirancang dalam sebuah perencanaan proyek yang berguna sebagai panduan pelaksanaan proyek. Pada perencanaannya terdapat tiga aspek yang dibahas yaitu sumber daya manusia, pemangku kepentingan dan komunikasi dibuatlah rancangan aspek sumber daya manusia, pemangku kepentingan dan komunikasi proyek pada pembangunan pabrik kopi CV Trianom Agrotektur.
