Abstract

Universities or institutions that operate in North Sumatra are very many, therefore, of course, competition in accepting new students is very tight, universities or institutions do certain ways or steps to be able to compete with other campuses in gaining interest from community or high school students who will continue their studies to a higher level. STMIK BUDI DARMA Medan (College of Information and Computer Management), is the first computer high school in Medan which was established on March 1, 1996 and received approval from the government through the Minister of Education and Culture, on July 23, 1996 with operating license number 48 / D / O / 1996, in promoting the campus, the team usually formed a promotion team to various regions in the North Sumatra Region to provide information to the community. Students who have learned in this campus are quite a lot who come from various regions in North Sumatra, from this point the need to process data from students who are active in college to be processed using data mining to achieve a target, one method that can be used in data mining, namely the ¬K-Modes clustering (grouping) algorithm. Abstract

Data Mining is an information discovery by extracting information patterns that contain trend searches in a very large amount of data and assist the process of storing data in making a decision in the future. In determining the pattern classification techniques do to collect records (Training set). Regional income is generally derived from local taxes and levies, local taxes are one source of funding for the region on the national average has not been able to make a large contribution to the formation of local revenue. Abstract

The development of information technology now allows storing data in a very large time. This development has added to various fields, including credit facilities, so that the use of information technology in public institutions. Data mining is an activity that includes gathering the use of historical data to find the regularity of patterns, or relationships in large data. The process of predicting the number of customer loans so far in the savings and loan cooperatives is still based on looking directly at the loan amount of the customers and seeing the general ledger records in the cooperative. Abstract

Persaingan dunia kerja saat ini memaksa para pencari kerja untuk lebih memiliki modal dalam keahlian yang dimiliki. Hal ini tentu saja menjadi perhatian setiap sekolah untuk memberi bekal bagi setiap siswa yang akan lulus. Salah satu keahlian yang dibutuhkan adalah mampu mengolah data seperti surat menyurat menggunakan komputer, dan menggunakan Mail Merge. Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Amaliyah menaruh perhatian terhadap keahlian apa yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa yang akan lulus. Pelatihan penggunaan Mail Merge dibutuhkan sehingga siswa yang akan lulus memiliki bekal keahlian yang dapat membantu mereka bersaing di dunia kerja nantinya.

Abstract

Desa Dagang Kerawan salah satu desa yang terletak dikecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang Propinsi Sumatera Utara. Aktifitas pegawai desa sehari-hari dan juga pelayanan kepada masyarakat sudah menggunakan komputer, hanya saja penggunaan komputer belum dioptimalkan seperti komputer untuk akses internet berbeda dengan komputer yang digunakan untuk membuat dan mencetak dokumen, sehingga untuk membuat dan mencetak dokumen saja membutuhkan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan media lain. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pegawai desa masih menggunakan komputer hanya sebatas pengoperasian dasar. Oleh karena itu, sangat diperlukan konfigurasi sharing internet dan sharing printer untuk mempermudah pekerjaan pegawai desa. Selain itu, kegiatan pengabdian tersebut memberikan pelatihan kepada pegawai desa untuk mengetahui sharing internet dan sharing printer sehingga jika terjadi suatu saat troubleshooting dapat ditangani sendiri oleh pegawai desa.

Abstract

The hoax is the most massive problem in Indonesia that requires more attention from the government and elements of society. People who easily receive hoax news from information that is disseminated instantly change their mindset and emotional feelings towards the contents of news that contain hate speech. The government is trying to prevent and oversee every hoax news disseminator, and will even give penalties to hoax spreaders. The reason is that hoax news only harms and gives a bad reputation to others for the delivery of incorrect information. To prevent this, a grouping of data is made to detect the level of accuracy of the news disseminated by the Naive Bayes classifier method in Android-based. This method was chosen in addition to new developments in spam filtering programming, it also has a higher level of accuracy.

Abstract

Of the several benefits of cryptographic techniques is data authentication. Before the digital era, signatures were used as a means to prove the authenticity of printed documents such as letters, certificates, certificates, books and so on. Documents that do not have a signature will be doubtful for their authenticity. One of the characteristics of these signatures is that all the signature patterns are the same, so this situation can easily be manipulated with signature forgery, if the related parties use a different signature on each document that is signed it will also have an impact on changing doubts on the parties who are signed. reserves the right to verify. To overcome the need, documents should be given a digital signature. The intended digital signature is not a manual signature that is scanned and then embedded in a digital document. Digital signatures will be built from cryptographic techniques. In this study, the signature that will be used is a signature with a combination of a hash function algorithm and a web-based public-key cryptography. The methods used are the MD5 algorithm and Paillier Cryptosystem. Paillier cryposystem is a public-key cryptographic algorithm which is believed to be difficult to attack because it uses n-residue class calculations so that it will be very difficult to find the key pair used, this is known as the Composite Residuosity (CR) assumption.

Abstract

Medan City is a Metropolitan city and also many tourist objects that are currently popular among Indonesians and foreigners. In the hotel industry, the most important thing in determining the hotel rental price is because it only estimates the price of the hotel being rented based on the type of hotel and the facilities provided. Where the problems that occur to consumers do not know the price of the hotel for rent based on the type of hotel room, so that the customer has difficulty in determining the choice of room to use. Based on this problem, Fuzzy Tsukamoto was chosen because it has monotonous reasoning in each of its rules, where each consequent to the rule in the form of IF-THEN must be represented by a fuzzy set with a monotonous membership function. Fuzzy logic is used to solve problems linguistically or variables that contain uncertainty rather than through numbers. The Tsukamoto method has 3 stages, namely; fuzzification, fuzzy inference system, and defuzzification. Fuzzification functions to change crisp values ??to fuzzy values. Fuzzy inference system is drawing conclusions based on fuzzy rules or rules. Defuzzification is the process of converting fuzzy output into crisp values ??using the weighted average concept. In this study the rules will be searched automatically by the system based on the data that has been entered. The data that has been entered will be added with "events" to distinguish holidays, significant price changes, and the like. The results of this study obtained an error using MAPE of 28.41% for the test data with the Studio room type and 27.85% for the test data with the Premiere room type.
