Abstract

Berdasarkan berbagai kasus yang terjadi bahwa penyakit yang disebabkan oleh merokok lebih dari satu jenis penyakit atau komplikasi. Untuk mengetahui pola penyakit yang disebabkan rokok sangat perlu menganalisa pola penyakit dengan menganalisa data-data pasien pada Rumah Sakit. Rokok produk yang berbahaya & adiktif (menimbulkan ketergantungan). Di dalam rokok terdapat 4000 bahan kimia berbahaya yang 69 diantaranya merupakan zat karsinogenik (dapat menimbulkan kanker). Zat-zat berbahaya yang terkandung didalam rokok antara lain seperti tar, karbon monoksida, sianida, arsen, formalin, nitrosamine dan lainnya. algoritma apriori bisa melakukan penelusuran pada data historis untuk mengidentifikasi pola data yang didasarkan pada sifat-sifat yang teridentifikasi sebelumnya. Penelitian lainnya mengatakan algoritma Apriori salah satu bentuk terapan data mining yang menghasilkan model pengetahuan berupa aturan dengan nilai confidence. Model pengetahuan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kecenderungan data yang akan datang.

Abstract

As the development of research technology on Digital Image Processing continues to grow. Likewise, the improvement of the quality of sharpness / subtlety of the Gorga Batak images is an important thing to improve. This is one of the ways to preserve the Batak tribe area so that Gorga-gorga are still remembered and more interpreted. The cause of the need to be improved is the image of Gorga Batak is caused by several factors that cause the image to be less beautiful if it is interpreted by human beings such as the shape has been blurred (dark) due to shooting / shooting, has noise black spots on the image (noise), and the color is dull out of date. As an effort to improve image, the segmentation process is carried out by doing edge detection on the image, then the Morphological Operation Method will be implemented as one of the methods in Digital Image Processing that implements image quality improvement based on the shape and structure of the image. In this image processing, the Dilation Operation Technique and Operation Technique will be carried out. In Operation Dilation Techniques works by adding several segments (pixels) in the image so as to increase the integrity / sharpness of the structure of the image. While the Erosion Operation Technique will reduce / refine unnecessary parts / segments of the image so that the resulting image looks smoother, so that it can be more interpreted by humans and can be reused both as documentation of regional culture and so on. Using this method is expected to be able to improve and improve the quality / sharpness of Citra Gorga Batak. Abstract

The development of the modern era has made many people more influenced in using foreign languages in their daily lives. Almost every day, the people especially the generation in this era understand more about the use of foreign languages than the language from their own country. One of the efforts to strengthen the position of Indonesian is carried out by the Balai Balai Bahasa by developing an Indonesian language proficiency test tool called the Indonesian Language Proficiency Test (UKBI). The Indonesian Language Proficiency Test (UKBI) was assessed based on several factors of the participant's ability to listen, respond to the rules, read, write and speak. So far some of the UKBI participants at the North Sumatra Language Center have failed or failed, one of the contributing factors is that the assessment was not fulfilled. To overcome the problems above, a method is needed. The technique that can be utilized in the process of processing data is the classification with the C5.0 algorithm. C5.0 algorithm is a classification algorithm applied to decision tree techniques that are processed using information gain. In selecting attributes for object breakers in several classes, the attribute that produces the greatest information gain with the highest information gain value will be chosen as the parent of the next node.Keywords: Indonesian Language Proficiency Test, C5.0 Algorithm

Abstract

Cryptography comes from the word crypto which means secret and graphy which means writing. So cryptography can be interpreted as a secret writing. The term can be defined as the study of mathematical techniques related to information security. To send information quickly with a large enough file size, it will certainly take a long time. This delivery speed depends on the size of the information sent. One solution to overcome this problem is by placing (compression) data before sending using a compression algorithm with the principle to reduce the size of the file, so that when the delivery process can be done quickly. The purpose of this study was to combine Government Standard (Gost) encryption algorithms and Dynamic Markov Compression (DMC) compression algorithms.Keywords: Cryptography, Government Standard (Gost), Dynamic Markov Compression (DMC).

Abstract

Character pairs or recurrent words are often found on large documents. The document uses a large space in storage. At this time the storage with a large amount of space is not a problem anymore, with the availability of various media types of large data storage media and the price is very affordable. Although in the form of storage media is not a problem but in the storage and transmission of data, a large document would need an efficient for storage space and so does the case of data transmission. The Sequitur algorithm is one suitable algorithm for concluding context-free grammar into a compression to reduce repetitive input. The Sequitur algorithm is perfect for large document compression with paired or repeated characters so that the document uses more efficient storage space in the case of data transmission

Abstract

Random numbers can be generated from a calculation of mathematical formulas. Such random numbers are often referred to as pseudo random numbers, random numbers are used for various algorithms, especially cryptographic algorithms such as AES, RSA, IDEA, GOST that require the use of Middle-Square Method random numbers which is very useful for adding research references to algorithms concerning random number generator and better understand how random numbers are generated using the Middle-Square Method algorithm. Both data collection and report making as for the objectives achieved in the form of understanding random numbers and knowing the algorithm process, compile a program designed to be used as an alternative to random numbers for various purposes, especially in cryptographic algorithms.

Abstract

Kidung jemaat yang berbahasa nias (Buku Zinunõ) merupakan buku himne yang digunakan dalam kebaktian agama Kristen gereja nias. untuk bernyanyi dalam melangsungkan ibadah. Penggunaan Buku Zinunõ sangat diperlukan dalam kebaktian untuk bernyanyi. Namun terkadang dalam kebaktian, jemaat kesulitan dalam mencari lagu yang akan dinyanyikan, karena Buku Zinunõ mempunyai notasi angka pada setiap judulnya, yang memuat notasi lagu ibadah pada Agendre Minggu BNKP yang sangat banyak dan ketika melakukan aktifitas bernyanyi harus melihat satu persatu halaman Buku Zinunõ dalam mencari lagu yang akan dinyanyikan. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan setiap pemakai akan sebuah aplikasi pengganti buku yang mudah dibawa serta dapat digunakan kapan dan dimanapun secara efektif. Abstract

Data mining, often also called knowledge discovery in database (KDD), is an activity that includes collecting, using historical data to find order, patterns or relationships in large data sets. Outputs from data mining can be used to improve future decision making. Problems that often occur in BPDASHL are estimation problems such as weather, difficulties in planting, lack of labor, lack of experience in tree nurseries, and different soil conditions. Another problem that is found in agencies is that they do not have a system to predict estimated tree seedlings orders every year so that a method is needed, namely the Multiple Linear Regression Algorithm. So with this was made the Application of Data Mining To Predict Ordering Tree Seeds With Multiple Linear Regression. Multiple Linear Regression Algorithms which are methods that support estimating or predicting order targets for the coming period. Algorithm testing is done using SPSS software. From the results of the research that has been done, it can help BPDASHL to make it easier to predict the ordering of seeds using SPSS Software

Abstract

The need for schools for applications for selecting student exemplars is something to consider. To meet these needs, a research will be conducted that will build an application and can provide an output recommendation for student election/example. The selection requires several criteria such as Report score, Attendance, Task value, and Achievement. The method used in building the decision support system of student selection is the Multi-Objective Optimization Method On The Basic Of Ratio Analyzer (MOORA). The final result obtained from this research is the application that can help the process of selecting the student / model because this application gives the output of student ranking recommendation from the biggest alternative value to the smallest through MOORA method. The application of decision support system of student elective/exemplar has been in accordance with the specification of functional requirement expected
