Renal tubular acidosis and commonly referred to as kidney disease, especially in the renal tubules, according to some scientific medical fields of renal tubular acidosis are quite rare, with clinical manifestations that are not specific so that the diagnosis is often delayed. In normal circumstances, the kidneys absorb the acid of the metabolic waste from the blood and throw it into the urine. The cause of renal tubular acidosis disease is due to hereditary factors or may result from medications. Forward Chaining is a search method or tracking technique that begins with existing information merging rules to produce a conclusion or goal. This advanced tracking is great if it works with problems that start with the initial information recording and the final completion, as the whole process will be done in sequential order.

Public Facilities are facilities built by the government for the benefit of the general public. The problem that is often faced in Aceh Province is the difficulty of knowing the location of Public Facilities in Aceh Province due to the difficulty of the signal, many Public Facilities are not yet registered and mapped on Google Maps. Mobile Phone is one of the fastest growing technologies. Mobile Phone was originally used to send letters and make calls, but has now evolved into a smartphone that has the function of searching for a location. The Single Tuition Assistance Program (UKT) is a program aimed at students whose parents' jobs have been affected by COVID-19. Where this assistance is a program from the government to reduce the number of students who stop continuing their education due to the impact of income during Covid-19, so that universities are appointed by the government to select students who deserve the assistance. However, the problem is, the manual selection system can cause errors or confusion in making the selection so that the term wrong target arises. To narrow this possibility, these problems can be overcome by using data mining to assist universities in determining students who deserve single tuition assistance (UKT). In data mining, a method is needed. In this research, clustering method is used using the K-Medoids Algorithm so that decision making is very effective and fast. Based on this research, it is known that those who deserve to receive tuition assistance in arrears (UKT) are Rohan Purba, Zaza Mutiara, Putri and Alexander.

Tenaga pendidikan merupakan orang yang ahli dalam bidang pendidikan yang mengabdi pada negeri dan di tunjuk sebagai pendukung dalam terselenggarakannya pendidikan yang efektif. Tenaga pendidikan adalah orang yang sangat berperan penting dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan Bangsa Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan proses penilaian kinerja tenaga pendidikan pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Medan dan diharapkan agar para tenaga pendidikan dapat termotivasi dan lebih bersemangat dalam bertugas serta dapat meningkatkan kinerja para tenaga pendidik agar menjadi lebih baik untuk hari yang akan datang. Kepada para tenaga pendidikan yang terpilih akan mendapatkan penghargaan seperti pemberian reward finansial maupun non-finansial. Tujuan dalam pembuatan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu dalam proses penyeleksian tenaga pendidikan yang semula dilakukan secara manual dan memakan banyak waktu dalam pengerjaannya yang kemudian beralih menggunakan sistem komputer agar lebih mudah dalam penyelenggaraan penilaian kinerja tenaga pendidikan terbaik pada lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Medan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan dalam menentukan tenaga pendidikan terbaik adalah WASPAS yang merupakan salah satu dari metode pada sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK). Hasil dari penelitian kepada 10 orang yang diseleksi, terdapat tenaga pendidikan dengan alternatif A7 atas nama Dra. Sri Fajar Ningsih, M.Si yang memperoleh predikat terbaik dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu 0,3713

Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda masyarakat sangatlah berakibat bagi keberlangsungan aktifitas bagi masyarakat dimana covid-19 ini menyerang sistem kekebalan tubuh, sehingga untuk mencegahnya haruslah memiliki imunitas tubuh yang baik. Adapun dalam meningkatkan imunitas tubuh ialah dengan mengonsumsi suplemen yang dapat menjaga daya tahan tubuh seperti Nature’s Way, Imboost Force dan lain sebagainya. Banyaknya suplemen daya tahan tubuh yang beredar dipasaran. Sehingga dalam hail ini dibutuhkannya suatu sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan suplemen daya tahan tubuh yang baik di konsumsi dimasa pandemi ini, dalam penentuanya terdapat beberapa alternatif dan kriteria diantaranya Sertifikat dan Izin, Kandungan, Dosis (mg), Kontra Indikasi, dan Harga Per Kemasan. Dibutuhkanlah suatu sistem pendukung keputusan dalam mementukan suplemen daya tahan tubuh terbaik dengan kombinasi metode ROC (Rang Order Centroid) untuk menghasilkan nilai bobot pada suatu kriteria tertentu dan metode OCRA (Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis) mengasilkan preferensi terbaik berdasarkan data data seperti alternatif dan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, dan menghasilkan nilai preferensi terbaik pada alternatif ke-3 yaitu Nature’s way dengan nilai 0.337

In this increasingly advanced era, new technologies that have never been imagined have emerged more and more. Starting from the emergence of computers, cellphones, and many more. One of the new technologies that have emerged.The solitaire game application is a card game application that only sorts cards from smallest to largest so that the cards that are already open can be sorted from the smallest one to the other so that the cards that have been moved can be sorted one by one so that the game player can make it easier to play these games. The Fisher Yates Shuffle algorithm does not have a pattern, so it is more difficult to predict and the resulting pattern is more varied. The word fashion is synonymous with fashion, in today's digital era fashion has become a lifestyle that can introduce personality through fashion on social media. In the term fashion, there are many terms that form the basis of knowledge to match one's fashion. The term fashion is generally studied using foreign languages so that many ordinary people find it difficult to understand in more detail related to fashion terms so that there is a need for applications that adopt science related to the term fashion. An application that was built with the main objective to search for information such as fashion terms is inseparable from the existence of string matching. String matching can be interpreted as an activity that works to match something that is sought in a container with the contents stored in the container. Algortima string matching which is implemented to search for the meaning of the term fashion in this study is the Horspool algorithm. The horspool algorithm is a boyer-moore derivative algorithm, to go through the process when there is a mismatch of character patterns with text characters, the horspool algorithm uses bad-matches repeatedly until all the character patterns are found to have a match against the text. The results of the application built in this study can facilitate ordinary people who have difficulty finding information related to fashion terms more easily.Keywords: Implementation, Fashion Terms, Algorithms, Horspool

The North Sumatra Language Center also organizes an Indonesian language program for foreign speakers (BIPA) is an Indonesian language learning skills program (speaking, writing, reading, and listening) for foreign speakers. That so far the Balai Bahasa office has had difficulty classifying the graduation of Indonesian Foreign Speakers (BIPA) participants who are eligible to pass and who have not passed. So that complaints occur from participants.To overcome the above problems, it is necessary to classify graduation based on previous BIPA participant data. K-Nearest Neigbor Euclidean Distance model which is a method for classifying / grouping an object based on certain criteria. By using the K-Nearest neigbor algorithm in grouping BIPA participants by using various criteria, it is hoped that foreigners can speak Indonesian more quickly.Keywords: Indonesian Foreign Speakers, K-Nearest Neigbor Algorithm

Sulitnya memprediksi kebutuhan jenis lensa pada pasien, merupakan kendala yang dihadapi para pegawai di Optik Melawai dan membuat para pasien bingung dalam memilih jenis lensa yang sesuai dengannya. Sehingga para pegawai harus dapat mengambil keputusan yang tepat dan cepat guna memberikan pelayanan yang baik serta kepuasan kepada pasien dan membantu para pasien dalam memilih jenis lensa yang sesuai dengan mata pasien. Keputusan yang diambil harus mempertimbangkan dengan baik berdasarkan data - data yang dimiliki, terutama yang berkaitan erat dengan data pemeriksaan pasien. Penerapan algoritma C4.5 merupakan salah satu solusi yang digunakan dalam pemecahan masalah pada teknik klasifikasi yang memiliki karakteristik yaitu dengan proses penentuan nilai entropy dan nilai gain dari kemungkinan setiap kriteria yang menjadi acuan keputusan yang dilanjutkan dengan proses perangkingan dari hasil keputusan. Dalam memecahkan masalah yang ada, akan lebih simpel dan mudah dalam pengerjaannya, karena pengambilan keputusan yang sebelumnya kompleks dan sangat global, dapat diubah menjadi lebih simpel dan spesifik. Dari hasil pengujian, aplikasi yang dibangun maupun melakukan penerapan algoritma c4.5 dengan terbentuknya pohon keputusan sebagai bahan analisis keputusan memprediksi jenis lensa.
