Abstract

One supporting student success in achieving optimal learning is by maintaining the motivation to learn which can be given through counseling services by teacher guidance and counseling as a counselor at school. The purpose of this study to determine the extent of the influence of students' learning motivation and perception on counseling services together on learning achievement in social studies. The method used was a survey by correlation and multiple regression techniques. The data and perceptions of students' learning motivation on counseling services obtained through the inventory, while data on student achievement in social studies obtained through leger. Research results through testing analysis showed that the correlation coefficient and the regression coefficient is significant, either jointly or individually partially. It is membukikan that there is significant influence, motivation to learn and perepsi counseling services to students on learning achievement in social studies subjects, either together or respectively. Abstract

In coaching to improve social behavior, certainly not out of the role of guidance and counseling activities in schools. Guidance and Counseling is an organization that provides assistance through special services and support activities provided to students with the aim to assist learners in the development of personal, social, learning and career. Of the many services that exist in guidance and counseling, one that can be used to improve the social behavior of learners is through group counseling services through the game. This research was conducted with the draft action research and development, while to analyze researchers used quantitative methods with experimental approaches. Based on the results obtained, we conclude that the group counseling services through the game can improve social behavior of learners, where changes in social behavior increases learners become better.Keywords : Guidance Group , Gaming , Social Behavior

Abstract

Permasalahan pelecehan seksual fisik di perguruan tinggi masih terjadi sampai dengan saat ini, maka diperlukan pengkajian melalui tinjauan terhadap faktor penyebab dan juga dampak untuk dirumuskan menjadi strategi kebijakan sebagai upaya pencegahan sehingga bisa diimplementasikan perguruan tinggi sebagai wadah pendidikan tertinggi. Metode di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan literature review kemudian dianalisis menggunakan diagram fishbone. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan tinjauan terhadap faktor penyebab dan juga dampak dari pelecehan seksual fisik di perguruan tinggi dapat dirumuskan strategi kebijakan yang terdiri dari 8 rumusan strategi kebijakan yang dapat diimplementasikan di tingkat perguruan tinggi, 4 strategi kebijakan yang dapat dilaksanakandi tingkat Fakultas dan Program Studi, serta 6 rumusan strategi kebijakan yang dapat diterapkan oleh Satgas PPKS di perguruan tinggi.
