Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of NPK Fertilizer Dosage and Shallot Litter on the Growth and Yield of Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.), this study aims to analyze the effect of doses of NPK fertilizer and shallot leaf litter on the growth and yield of shallots, which be held from July - September 2021. The research was carried out in Polo, Kenteng, Nogosari, Boyolali with an altitude of 152 meters above sea level. The type of soil used is regosol soil. This study used the Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) method which was arranged in a factorial manner consisting of 9 treatments, each treatment repeated 3 times. The fertilizers used are NPK fertilizer and onion leaf litter. The data from this study were analyzed by using the LSD (Least Significant Difference) test at a level of 5%. Parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, weight of wet stover, weight of dry stover, number of tubers per clump, weight of wet tuber per clump, weight of dry bulb per clump. The results showed that: (1) In the plant growth phase, the dose of NPK fertilizer and onion leaf litter had an effect on plant height and number of leaves. The dose of NPK fertilizer was 1.2 g/plant and onion leaf litter 100 g/plant (D2K2), at plant height gave the best yield of 43.33 cm and the highest number of leaves was 47.00 strands. Meanwhile, the weight of the wet stove and the weight of the dry stove had a slight influence (tendency) which gave different results. On the weight of wet stover the dose of NPK fertilizer was 1.2 g/plant and onion leaf litter 100 g/plant (D2K2) with the highest yield of 14.67 grams and the dry stover weight dose of NPK fertilizer was 1.6 g/plant and leek litter red 150 g/plant (D3K3) with the highest average of 4.00 grams. (2) In harvest yields, the dose of NPK fertilizer was 0.8 g/plant and onion leaf litter 150 g/plant (D1K3) gave the best results for the number of tubers, namely 13.33 pieces, the highest wet tuber weight was 39 grams, and the highest dry tuber weight which is 29.33 grams. Abstract

This study on the Effect of Dosage of Organic Goat Manure and Dosage of NPK Fertilizer on Growth and Yield of Sweet Corn (Zea Mays Saccharata Sturt) was conducted on 7 May – 23 July 2021, in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. The altitude of the place is ± 105 meters above sea level with alluvial soil type. This study aims to examine the effect of dose of goat manure and dose of NPK fertilizer on growth and yield of sweet corn. A completely randomized design (CRD) was utilized in this investigation, which was set up in a factorial fashion. The treatment consisted of two components, each of which was repeated three times. (1) Goat manure (K) with four levels: control (K0), dose 0 gr/polybag (K1), dose 250 gr/polybag (K2), dose 500 gr/polybag (K3), and a dose of 750 gr/polybag (2). Control (M0), dose of 0 gr/polybag (M1), dose of 6.075 gr/polybag (M2), dose of 12.15 gr/polybag (M3) dose of 18,225 gr/polybag were the four levels of NPK fertilizer application. The procedure was done three times for a total of 48 combinations. The data is analyzed using the F test and analysis of variance. Meanwhile, the BNJ test was employed at a 5% level to establish the significance of the differences between treatments. Plant height, number of leaves, weight of cobs with cobs, weight of cobs without husks, weight of wet pods, weight of dry pods, number of cobs, weight of dry shells, and weight of 100 seeds were among the parameters measured. The findings revealed that (1) goat manure had no effect on any of the observations. (2) Plant height, weight of dry stover, weight of wet stover, weight of cobs with cabbage, weight of cobs without cabbage, weight of dry shells, and weight of 100 seeds were all significantly affected by NPK fertilizer. (3) There was no significant interaction between goat manure (K) and NPK fertilizer (M) on any of the parameters. Keywords : NPK fertilizer, goat manure, sweet corn

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of husk Charcoal and Dosage of NPK Fertilizer n Growth and Yield of Corn plan (Zea mays L.), this study aims to analyze the effect of husk charcoal and NPK fertilizer dosage on. Growth and yield of maize, which was carried out from August to November 2021. The research was conducted in Mendalan, Jipangan, Banyudono, Boyolali with an altitude of 158 meters above sea level. The type of soil used was regosol soil. This study used the Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) method which was arranged in a factorial manner consisting of 10 treatments, each treatment repeated 3 times. The fertilizers used were husk charcoal and NPK fertilizer. The data from this study were analyzed by using the LSD (Least Significant Difference) test at a level of 5%. Parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, number of cobs, weight of cobs with cob, weight of cobs without husks, weight of wet stover, dry weight of stove. The results showed that 1. In the growth phase, the treatment of husk charcoal and dose of NPK fertilizer had an effect on plant height and dry weight of stover. Treatment without husk charcoal 2 kg/tan and dose of NPK fertilizer 1.16 g/plant (A0N3), on plant height produces an average of 266.37 cm and dry stover weight of husk charcoal 2 g/plant and dose of NPK fertilizer 1.23 g/plant (A1N4) with an average of 434.33 g/plant. While on the number of leaves, the weight of wet stover slightly affected (tendency) which gave different results. The number of leaves without charcoal and the dose of NPK fertilizer was 1.16 g/plant (A0N3) with the highest yield of 15.33 strands and the weight of wet husk bnbbbcharcoal was 2 g/plant and the dose of NPK fertilizer was 0 g/plant (A1N0) with an average of - the highest average is 984.77 grams. 2. In harvest yields, the treatment of husk charcoal and the dose of NPK fertilizer had no effect on the treatment without husk charcoal and the dose of NPK fertilizer was 1.01 g/plant (A0N1). husk charcoal husks of 2 kg/plant and a dose of NPK fertilizer 0 g/plant yielded an average of 31.72 grams and the weight of cobs without husks was treated without husk charcoal and a dose of NPK fertilizer of 1.16 g/plant (A0N3) produced an average of 20 ,26 grams. Abstract

Abstrak:Perkembangan teknologi informasi berlangsung sangat cepat, dan berdampak pada semua aspek kehidupan termasuk pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Oleh karena itu, LPTK sebagai lembaga pendidikan bagi calon guru harus selalu berinovasi dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi. Perguruan tinggi perlu mengantisipasi permasalahan tersebut, agar kualitas pembelajaran meningkat. Salah satu metode yang tepat untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut adalah dengan mengembangkan pembelajaran menggunakan strategi belajar tuntas (mastery learning) berbasis multimedia. Beberapa kajian teoritik dan empiris menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi belajar tuntas dalam pembelajaran, telah terbukti mampu mengembangkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah tingkat tinggi mahasiswa. Guna mempermudah memahami konsep-konsep pembelajaran yang bersifat rumit dan abstrak dilakukan melalui multimedia. Penggunaan multimedia dapat mempermudah mahasiswa untuk memahami konsep-konsep maupun teori yang bersifat abstrak. Penyajian isi pembelajaran melalui multimedia dapat memperjelas dan mengkongkritkan konsep-konsep sains, sehingga mudah dipahami oleh mahasiswa.Kata-kata kunci: belajar tuntas, ,multimedia, kualias pembelajaran.Abstract: The development of information technology takes place very quickly, and impact on all aspects of life including learning in college. Therefore, LPTK as an educational institution for prospective teachers should always innovate and improve the quality of learning in line with the development of information technology. Universities need to anticipate these problems, so that the quality of learning increases. One of the right methods to solve the problem is by developing learning using multimedia based learning strategy (mastery learning). Several theoretical and empirical studies have shown that the application of a complete learning strategy in learning has proven capable of developing students’ high-profile problem-solving abilities. In order to make it easier to understand the concepts of learning that are complex and abstract done through multimedia. Abstract

Kendala dalam pengembangan kopi arabika di Indonesia antara lain keterbatasan bahan tanaman unggul, di lain pihak metode pemuliaan tanaman konvensional membutuhkan waktu yang sangat lama. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah pemanfaatan teknik kultur embrio secara in vitro. Kultur embrio somatik secara in vitro diharapkan dapat dipakai sebagai pendekatan dalam kultur embrio zigotik muda hasil persilangan buatan. Eksplan yang digunakan yaitu embrio somatik hasil dari embriogenesis secara langsung.Embrioid dipisah satu per satu, lalu dikultirkan pada media B5 yang telah dimodifikasi dan diperkaya dengan berbagai konsentrasi air kelapa, casein hidrolisat, glutamin, dan asparagin. Ruang kultur dipertahankan pada suhu 26o-28oC dengan periodisitas cahaya 16 jam terang dan 8 jam gelap.Perkembangan embrio somatik dipengaruhi oleh air kelapa, casein hidrilisat, glutamin, dan asparagin. Persentase embrio berakar dapat ditingkatkan dengan penambahan casein hidrolisat, atau asparagin, sedangkan air kelapa memberikan pengaruh berlawanan. Hasil terbaik diperoleh dari media yang diperkaya dengan 250 mg/l casein hidrolisat tanpa air kelapa, atau 400 mg/l glutamin yang mengandung 50 mg/l asparagin.

Abstract

Serious crimes and capital punishment in the history of criminal law are two components of closely related issues. This is apparent in the Indonesian Criminal Code which threatens serious crimes with capital punishment. Implementation of capital punishment reap the pros and cons this is motivated by various reasons. Plot murder accompanied by mutilation is a motive for murder committed sadistic and cruel, the motive is done to eliminate traces of deeds that have been done. Planning murder coupled with mutilation as an aggravating factor may be subject to a death sentence, this is because in murder it is not a qualified offense as the basis of ballast. The problem identification in the writing of this thesis involves: how is the existence of capital punishment for the crime of premeditated murder and how the criminal law enforcement related to capital punishment to murder murder is accompanied by mutilation as a burden. The research method used in this compiler is by using the normative juridical method while the specification of writing in this thesis is descriptive analysis, the research stage in this study is primary data obtained from field research and secondary data in the form of primary legal materials, secondary law materials and tertiary legal materials. Based on the description and analysis of the problem it is known that the existence or existence of capital punishment for the crime of premeditated murder is still maintained and valid until now in Indonesia, as it has been in accordance with the provisions of Article 340 of the Criminal Code. The existence of capital punishment as one of the criminal types that is still recognized in the Criminal Law System in Indonesia, is often associated with absolute theory in criminal prosecution. Criminal acts committed by perpetrators are considered very evil, because it interferes with public security, threatens the safety of the people, and is seen as an extraordinary crime (extra ordinary crime). In relation to the crime of premeditated murder as mentioned in Article 581 of the Criminal Code Bill, it also includes a capital punishment, but it can be threatened alternatively with other criminal types, such as life imprisonment or imprisonment of a minimum of five years and a maximum of 20 years. In this case, the draft of the Criminal Code does not specify mutilations specifically as a criminal offense, but if viewed from the provisions of Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code Bill, then mutilation may constitute a motive and purpose of committing a crime (letter b); how to commit a crime; as well as the attitude and actions of the producers after committing a crime. As for the suggestion to be conveyed is the government must still maintain the threat of capital punishment by making the rules clearly and firmly against the perpetrators of criminal acts of premeditated murder. The need of the Indonesian Criminal Code is urgent, the government is reasonable, to immediately enact it, so that the provisions contained in Article 55 of the Criminal Code Draft can be used as a guideline for the judge in the imposition of criminal verdict against murder murder with mutilation as incriminating, law, namely the creation of legal certainty, legal benefit, and legal justice.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of principal leadership style towards the career development of the vocational high school (SMK) teachers in Boyolali district in the academic year of 2014/2015, influence of the working motivation towards the career development of the SMK teachers in Boyolali district in the academic year of 2014/2015, the influence of the discipline to the career development of the SMK teachers in Boyolali district in the academic year of 2014/2015, work motivation mediate the influence of discipline towards the career development of SMK teachers in Boyolali district in the academic year of 204/2015 and the discipline mediate the principal leadership style influence towards the career development of SMK teachers in Boyolali district in the academic year of 2014/2015. This research uses a quantitative research design. This research uses a type of research with survey method, i.e. research by obtaining data from a particular place that is natural (not man-made), but the researcher did treatment in data collection. This research was conducted with a sample of as many as 216 respondents. Technique of data analysis in this study is by using Structural Equation Modeling equations model PLS (Partial Least Square) with the program WarpPLS 5.0. The results showed the leadership style of the principal effect is positive towards the career development 0.62, the work motivation gives positive effect of towards the career development 0.65, discipline gives a positive effect towards the career development 0.69, work motivation mediated the influence of principal leadership style towards the career development 0.40, the work motivation mediate the influence of principal leadership style towards the career development 0.50, and discipline mediated the influence of principal leadership style towards the career development at SMK in Boyolali district in the academic year of 2014/2015 0.31. Work motivation test results mediated the influence of principal leadership style towards the career development by using VAF method i.e. 23.03%. Work motivation mediated the discipline influence towards the career development that is 19.01%. Discipline mediated the influence of principal leadership style towards the career development i.e. 31.15%. The result value of R² principal leadership style towards the career development is 38.44%, the work motivation towards the career development is 42.25%, and discipline towards the career development is 47.61%.

Abstract

Bali cattle is one of the Indonesian germplasm that well adapted to suboptimal areas including East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). Difficulties in accessing capital became one of the factors that hamper effort the development of Bali cattle in larger scale. One alternative to access capital is through partnership model of Bali cattle fattening based on local resources. Partnership model of Bali cattle fattening was intiated by village cooperative centre (pusat koperasi unit desa =PUSKUD) since 2002 in Kupang District, South Central Timor District, North Central Timor District, and Belu District. Profit sharing in this program is 70% for farmers and 30% for PUSKUD NTT. The partnership program has been performing well and growing rapidly. On the other hand, some problems occurred such as cattle death and forced sale due to lack of feed, especially during dry season. In its development, the partnership model has resulted in empowering farmers through increasing income and employment.
