Abstract

During this very limited parents to monitor their children's academic activities ranging from school attendance, academic grades to violations committed by his son. That sometimes even surprise is when parents know their child's academic grades decreased and some are received letters of reprimand for their children's behavior. Thus the author makes an application for service-based SMS Gateway parents at SMP Negeri 2 Airgegas is expected able to assist parents in monitoring their learning activities at school, and help students to avoid reprimand the school due to absenteeism and decreased the value of their academic . Expected later this application can help the school, parents and students to improve student academic achievement in school

Abstract

Student activities reports are one of the standards assessed in submitting accreditation forms for study programs and faculties. Student data for 5 years must be recorded along with supporting evidence to be submitted and assessed by the assessor. This application was created using extreme programming and the React Native framework with input from the student affairs and quality assurance section. The testing process uses ISO 9126 with stakeholders and testing the effectiveness, efficiency, usefulness to ensure that the application can be used and fits the functional needs from the relevant sections. The research results are in the form of an application which contains menu of student data, student activity units, Atmaluhur alumni, activity proposals, student affairs agendas, tracer study results, and student achievements. This application, after being tested for the functional aspects, gets a value of 82.65% (good criteria), the reliability aspect is 84.03 (good criteria), the usability aspect is 87.20 (very good criteria), and the efficiency aspect is 80.40 (good criteria). ), so that the overall average is 83.57 (good criteria).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat memberitahu pesanan pelanggan kebagian dapur, bar, kasir dan pelayan tidak perlu mencatat pesanan dicaptain order sehingga membantu mempercepat sistem pemesanan makanan pada restaurant. Pengembangan sistem yang akan dibangun ini menggunakan metode pemrograman dan pengembangan perangkat lunak berorientasi objek yaitu OOP (Object Oriented Programming) dan  model prototype dengan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang sudah ada. Dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka dari buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan topik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi pemesanan makanan pada Bangka Original Cafe yang terintegrasi dimana pemesanan makanan dari  pelanggan  akan  di input di mobile android  oleh pelayan , kemudian view di bagian dapur, bar untuk diproses dan di cetak dibagian kasir.

Abstract

A common problem that is often faced by almost most Barbershop is in terms of serving customer queues, for barbershops who have many customers and have many service chairs, then of course a good customer queue service management concept is needed as well. One of the concepts of queuing services for customers is how queue information can reach customers without queuing at the location. For this reason, a queue service concept for customers is needed based on Android. Android is preferred because almost all smartphone users are currently based on Android. The application will be built based on the concept of client server so that the queue service will occur in real time. The Queuing model used is Multi Channel Single Phase, because in the queue at barbershop there will only be one stage of the process, but it requires a lot of queue flow. This can be seen in the structure of the development diagram. By using an Android-based application based on a single phase multi channel model that will be built it is ensured that customers will find it helpful, without having to spend time in a queue customers can order queues and see queues in real time so they can rush to barbershop when it is close to the queue

Abstract

SMK Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan Berbasis Pada Kurikulum Pelayaran yang pengolahan data akademiknya masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan pencatatan pada lembaran kertas.Penggunan cara manual mengakibatkan seringnya terjadi kesalahan pada saat penginputan data seperti data pendaftaran, penjadwalan dan data nilai. Penggunaan lembaran kertas pada proses pengolahan data mengakibatkan sering terjadi kehilangan ataupun kerusakan data karena penumpukan data. Dengan Membangun Sistem Informasi Akademik di SMK Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang berbasis sms gateway ini agar dapat mempermudah dalam pengolahan data. Dengan dibangunnya sistem informasi akademik ini diharapkan dapat membantu mempermudah dalam pengolahan data–data akademik agar lebih efektif dan efisien serta mengurangi kesalahan dalam penginputan data. Dan dengan dibangunnya sistem informasi akademik berbasis SMS gateway pada SMK Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang ini dapat mempermudah para wali murid dalam hal pengaksesan informasi akademik sehingga dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja secara langsung dan up to date

Abstract

Penilaian prestasi kerja sangat dibutuhkan karena bisa menjadi motivasi bagi para karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Penilaian kinerja semestinya dilakukan secara berkala baik itu perbulan, per 3 bulan, persemester atau pertahun. Standar yang digunakan untuk melakukan penilaian kinerja disesuaikan dengan peraturan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh masing-masing perusahaan. Kriteria yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penilaian kinerja pada ISB Atma Luhur yaitu pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian, pengabdian kepada masyarakat serta perilaku kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan gabungan metode SAW dan Borda. Pada metode SAW dilakukan pembobotan masing-masing kriteria, normalisasi dan mencari nilai preferensi masing-masing alternative. Sedangkan pada metode Borda dilakukan untuk menentukan peringkat masing-masing alternative. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu peringkat 1 yaitu A3 dengan bobot borda 1.5, peringkat 2 yaitu A2 dengan bobot borda 1.3, peringkat 3 yaitu A5 dengan bobot borda 1, peringkat 4 yaitu A4 dengan bobot borda 1 sedangkan peringkat 5 yaitu A1 dengan bobot borda 1.

Abstract

Public transportation is the most important part for people especially those who do not have a private vehicle, from the past until now the public transportation mode bus is still quite popular, such as in Belinyu District, Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands. Passengers when they want to use this mode of transportation usually wait at the terminal or on the side of the road that is usually used by the bus, payment is made on the way with the bus conductor, the destination is conveyed by the bus conductor along with payment, but problems occur sometimes the bus departure information is not clear because information cannot be accessed direct by passengers not to mention when there are passengers who come from outside the area who often miss the bus and on holidays there is usually a congestion of passengers who do not get a seat because the system is still manual and ineffective. Therefore, a bus service information system is needed by utilizing web-based information technology, so that the information obtained by passengers is clearer, more effective and accessible so that no one misses the bus or the accumulation of passengers who do not get a seat. Where information and transactions can be accessed via the website. In this study using the Rapid application development (RAD) method. With this web-based bus service information system can help customers and improve company services.

Abstract

Abstract Indonesia faces challenges in the future to make the demographic bonus as a driving force for the economy or will it just be a burden on the State. To improve human resources competences and minimize the unemployment rate, one of the efforts undertaken is to undertake a vocational training program through cooperation with partners in each city. ISB Atma Luhur as a partner in collaboration with BPJAMSOSTEK held training in the field of computer technicians. This training is specifically intended for BP Jamsostek participants who are no longer working as well as several other requirements. Activities carried out include providing entrepreneurship and computer materials, home PC assembly practices, discussion of assembly problems, Windows installation practices, drivers and supporting software, and discussion of OS problems. The end result of this training is 15 trainees ability increase and given certificates so thay they can use them as training proof when they looking for work.

Abstract

The development of technology in recent years has been very rapid, there are still many people who use short message technology, but the security aspect is not guaranteed. People who exchange information are at risk of having information content theft during the delivery process, for that it is necessary to encrypt messages before sending and decrypt them to be read so that they are not easily misused by unauthorized people. With Rivest Cipher 6 and Blowfish cryptographic algorithms, this model is a symmetric key algorithm in the form of a block cipher that can answer message security. This method is suitable for maintaining message security. In this paper, a number of aspects of cryptography will be discussed as well as the basic concepts of cryptography. The purpose of the application is designed to be able to implement the Rivest Ciper 6 and Blowfish algorithms. Rivest Chiper 6 and Blowfish algorithms implemented on android smartphones can encrypt messages before they are sent and decrypt messages when they are received, by using two message security encryption options, users can distinguish the results of the two algorithms and become more secure. In the encryption and decryption process, a key is needed to scramble and restore the contents of the message. The key is obtained when the sender and recipient met previously can also send the key through the application, but the key sent will be immediately deleted by the application so that others do not know the key to open the message.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas siswa praktik kerja industri dibidang komputer yang siap terjun ke lapangan kerja merupakan salah satu mutu dari setiap SMK, salah satunya beberapa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) baik yang Negeri ataupun Swasta selalu mengirimkan siswa nya untuk prakerin (Praktek Kerja Industri) Pada sebuah perusahaan atau institusi selama 3 bulan dengan kerja lapangan dan menghasilkan laporan. Penelitian ini akan merancang aplikasi android prakerin menggunakan monitoring prakerin programming dengan pemantau aktifitas kegiatan siswa terhadap pembimbing DUDI yang akan diketahui informasi oleh guru pembimbing / pihak sekolah. Proses pengujian aplikasi menggunakan ISO 9126 dengan stakeholder dan pengujian efektivitas, efisiensi, usefullness untuk memastikan aplikasi bisa dipakai dan sesuai fungsional oleh sekolah (SMK Kejuruan). Hasil penelitian berupa monitoring prakerin programming yang dapat berdampak pada pemanfaatan bagi guru pembimbing akan laporan kegiatan prakerin. Aplikasi ini setelah diuji untuk aspek kegunaan bernilai 84,35 (kriteria baik), aspek efisiensi bernilai 83,06 (kriteria baik), aspek fungsional mendapatkan nilai 83,05  (kriteria baik), dan aspek reliability 80,96 (kriteria baik), sehingga secara keseluruhan rata-rata 83,05 (kriteria baik).
