Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has created disruption in various industrial sectors, requiring companies to adapt through digital-based human resource management. This study aims to analyze the role and strategies of Digital Talent Management in helping companies face the challenges of technological disruption. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach, through literature review and secondary data analysis from various sources related to digital talent management and organizational transformation. The results show that the effective implementation of Digital Talent Management (DTM) can help companies face technological disruption through more adaptive, innovative, and data-driven human resource management. The use of technologies such as AI, people analytics, and HR Tech platforms has been proven to improve recruitment efficiency, competency development, and employee retention. Furthermore, a work culture that supports innovation, continuous learning, and flexible work systems such as remote working also strengthens employee engagement and productivity. With holistic talent management and a positive employee experience, companies can create a competent and highly competitive digital workforce, enabling them to adapt to change and maintain excellence in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of liquidity and profitability on firm value at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk over the 2017–2024 period. Liquidity is measured using the Current Ratio, while profitability is represented by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). Firm value is proxied by the Price to Book Value (PBV). A multiple linear regression model is employed, complemented by univariate and bivariate analyses to mitigate potential multicollinearity between ROA and ROE. The findings reveal that neither the Current Ratio nor ROA significantly affects PBV, with an R-squared value of 0.175 and an F-statistic of 0.5315 (p = 0.618). An alternative model incorporating ROE yields similar results. While the model satisfies the assumptions of residual normality (Jarque-Bera p = 0.654) and shows no indication of significant autocorrelation (Durbin-Watson = 1.458), its explanatory power remains limited. These results suggest that external factors—such as market sentiment and long-term growth expectations—may have a more substantial influence on firm value than internal financial indicators.

Abstract

Researchers believe that Institutional Ownership can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on a company's Financial Performance because more and more companies, government institutions, and so on as external parties owning shares in a company can increase the value of the company and ultimately have a good impact on Financial Performance. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of institutional ownership on financial performance. Different from a number of previous studies, this research adds the Intellectual Capital variable as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is secondary data that researchers obtained from PT's financial reports. Gudang Garam is spread throughout Indonesia. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the Institutional Ownership variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Financial Performance variable because the p-values are below the significance level of 0.042. Apart from that, the Intellectual Capital variable can moderate the influence of the Institutional Ownership variable because the P-Values are also below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.005. Thus the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted.

Abstract

Digital marketing has revolutionized the way businesses operate, influencing consumer behavior, corporate structure, marketing approaches, and competitive capacity. It has also significantly affected the way information is accessed and interactions are determined, leading to the birth of new marketing technologies. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to explore the impact of digital marketing strategies and the use of QRIS among MSMEs in Cibiru District. The findings suggest that digital marketing significantly influences consumer purchasing behavior and business accessibility. Furthermore, the adoption of QRIS as a digital payment system has enhanced transaction convenience and operational efficiency for MSME actors.. The rapid development of technology, not far from everything related to the internet and the digital world, with the existence of a digital marketing strategy applied to a business allows interest to arise in people's purchasing behavior. What was initially unknown, with this digital technology a business can be accessed and conveyed to potential customers through cyberspace. The majority of business actors (around 84.6) stated that they agreed/strongly agreed that social media is used to promote products by MSME actors in Cibiru. Abstract

In today's digital era, smartphones have become an integral part of modern society, with Apple's iPhone standing out as a premium product capturing significant consumer interest in Indonesia. Social media platforms such as YouTube and Facebook play a vital role in shaping purchase decisions through reviews, recommendations, and promotional content. This study aims to compare the influence of YouTube and Facebook on iPhone purchasing decisions among consumers in Bandung City. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. The results show that YouTube has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 2.584 > t-table 2.012 and a significance value of 0.013 < 0.05, meaning H1 is accepted. In contrast, Facebook does not have a significant influence, with a t-value of 0.984 < t-table 2.012 and a significance value of 0.611 > 0.05, meaning H2 is rejected. These findings provide strategic insights for Micro, Small Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) to prioritize platforms like YouTube in digital marketing planning especially when promoting technology or premium products like the iPhone

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh suku bunga dan inflasi terhadap harga saham PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom) periode 2022–2024. Pasar modal memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian, di mana perubahan suku bunga dan tingkat inflasi dapat mempengaruhi dinamika harga saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder bulanan yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik, Bank Indonesia, dan Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis dilakukan melalui regresi linier berganda, dengan pengujian asumsi klasik untuk memastikan validitas model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suku bunga dan inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham Telkom. Kenaikan suku bunga berdampak negatif pada harga saham, sedangkan inflasi memiliki efek positif. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi strategis bagi investor untuk mempertimbangkan indikator ekonomi makro dalam mengambil keputusan investasi di saham Telkom.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio keuangan terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan tambang batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019-2023. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah populasi Perusahaan Pertambangan Batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2019–2023 yaitu sebanyak 27 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel yang dapat diambil dari populasi tersebut, dan pemilihan sampel penelitian ini ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Data Penelitian ini kemudian diproses dan di analisis menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan Program SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa current ratio dan net profit margin tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Sedangkan debt to asset ratio berpengaruh tetepi tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Kata Kunci: Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Profit Growth

Abstract

This study was conducted on employees at PT. Maha Nagari Nusantara (TORCH.ID), Bandung, the purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Recruitment Process has on Employee Performance. The research method used in this study is a descriptive and associative method. In this study, the unit of analysis is the individual, namely employees at PT. Maha Nagari Nusantara (TORCH.ID). The sample in this study was 32 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was a saturated sample. The analysis method used simple linear regression analysis, in addition, the validity and reliability of the research instrument were tested. Based on the results of the study, it shows that partially, there is a positive influence on the Recruitment Process variable by considering employee performance, the results of the determination coefficient in this study are R2 = 0.789 (78.9%), meaning that the influence of the Recruitment Process on Employee Performance is 78.9% and the remaining 21.1% is explained by other factors not included in this study. The implication of this study is that the employees of PT. Maha Nagari Nusantara (TORCH.ID) can implement the Recruitment Process for Employee Performance in order to create a conducive and comfortable work environment in accordance with company procedures..

Abstract

This study investigates how organizational culture and leadership style impact the level of athlete commitment in Taekwondo unit Brave Gladiators Fighting Club (BGFC) in West Bandung Regency. All 35 people involved in this process athletes, coaches, and administrators were taken as a total sample in an associative quantitative approach. Questionnaires were used to collect data, and SPSS version 26 was used for analysis. The results showed that, partially and simultaneously, organizational culture and leadership style have a positive and significant impact on athlete commitment. It has been proven that transformational leadership and strong corporate ideals can increase athlete commitment and loyalty. This study highlights the important role played by human resource management in sports companies. Local sports clubs need to improve their organizational identity and leadership to motivate athletes to stay involved in the long term.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence pf product quality and service on customer satisfaction of Seblak Kedai Warna in Permata Biru. A quantitative approach was used with data collection methods through questionnaries distributes online during March to April 2025. The sampling terchnique used cluster random sampling, and data analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that product and service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. This finding confirms the importance of improving product and service quality for the sustainability of culinary UMKM
