Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah ingin mengetahui ada faktor pendorong dan penghambat apa saja dari kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat Kota Surabaya melalui Kader KSH ini dan mengetahui bagaimana kedepan-nya atas kelanjutan peran Kader KSH, apakah masih bisa eksis dan relevan dengan kondsi waktu yang akan datang dan perubahan kepemimpinan. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis yang dijasilkan dari observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara dari informan, yakni Kader KSH sendiri di Kampu Gubeng Kertajaya. Hasil temuan dari tulisan ini adalah KSH adalah asset kampung yang memiliki instrument tepat untuk membantu permasalahan kesehatan dalam lingkungan masyrakat yang padat penduduknya, dengan system kekeluargaan yang kuat. KSH menjadi harapan banyak masyarakat selain menambah penghasilan dan pendapatan bagi KSH itu sendiri, juga meringankan beban masyarakat akan beban biaya dan hal-hal lain yang ada dalam masyrakat tentang masalah kesehatan ini. KSH sebagai jawaban dan aksi yang tepat, Pemeritah Kota Surabaya yang menjadikannya ujung tombak informasi dan transparasi kegiatan kesehatan, sangat diuntungkan sehingga effektifitas pelaksanaan kesehatan di Surabaya berjalan dengan lancer, feedback nya cepat untuk dilakukan Analisa, dan memudahkan sebuah kebijkan manakala dibutuhkan sebagai tindak lanjut dari feedback KSH ini.

Abstract

Samsat Kerti yang merupakan layanan untuk membayar tunggakan pajak kendaraan bermotor untuk pengesahan tahunan dan kendaraan aktif yang langsung menuju rumah tinggal wajib pajak yang masih tercatat sebagai tunggakan pajak dengan sepeda motor keliling, yang saat ini di hadirkan di seluruh unit-unit pelayanan UPTD PPRD kabupaten/ kota. Keberadaan Samsat Kerti diharapkan dapat mempermudah masyarakat untuk membayar tunggakan pajak kendaraan bermotor. Adanya permasalahan terkait pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor melalui Samsat Kerti masih terlihat jauh dari targetnya. Kondisi tersebut di atas melatarbelakangi penelitian ini dalam rangka mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas pelayanan, faktor penghambat dan upaya yang dilakukan pada pelayanan Samsat Kerti dalam pembayaran tunggakan pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efektivitas pelayanan, faktor penghambat dan upaya yang dilakukan pada pelayanan Samsat Kerti dalam pembayaran tunggakan pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Bali. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Efektivitas pelayanan Samsat Kerti dalam pembayaran tunggakan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Bali pendekatan sumber belum sepenuhnya efektif, pendekatan proses dan pendekatan sasaran sudah efektif. Adapun yang menjadi faktor penghambat adalah sarana prasarana seperti jaringan internet dan armada yang belum memadai. Upaya yang dilakukan meningkatkan layanan Samsat Kerti dengan menambahkan sumber daya manusia yang lebih profesional, memfasilitasi jaringan internet dan armada untuk disegala kondisi dan lingkungan, mempermudah syarat dan ketentuan samsat.

Abstract

The Badung Regency Education, Youth, and Sports Office is important in providing education services, youth development, and managing sports activities in the region. Employee productivity is critical to an organization's success. With high productivity, organizations can achieve organizational goals and provide quality services. The purpose of this study was to examine how information technology utilization, supervision, and job satisfaction affect the work productivity of Badung Education, Youth, and Sports Office employees. The total sampling method resulted in 94 respondents. The questionnaire utilized a Likert scale for data collection. We employed multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SmartPLS for data analysis. The results showed that the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Supervision has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Information technology utilization, supervision, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on work productivity. We recommend providing employees with the necessary hardware and software to perform their duties effectively.

Abstract

The problem faced by Kemenuh Village in developing tourism is that all elements and actors of tourism development are not yet organized. Efforts must be made to overcome these problems through community empowerment programs. This community service aims to empower the community through community-based tourism, aimed at developing tourism in Kemenu village, Gianyar district. The type of research used is qualitative research which uses a descriptive approach to obtain a comprehensive understanding of behavioral phenomena, cognition, motivation, behavior and so on experienced by research subjects. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The implementation of community-based tourism as an effort to develop the Sumapang Waterfall tourist attraction has proven to be very effective. Forms of community participation in the management of Sumapang Waterfall have played an active role, including community participation in the form of ideas in the early stages of establishing the management of Sumapang Waterfall. Large community participation is manifested in the form of a gate that marks the entrance to Sumapang Waterfall. Abstract

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (RME) in hospitals is an important effort to improve the efficiency of public administration and the quality of health services. However, in practice, the implementation of RME in regional hospitals, such as Wangaya Regional Hospital, Denpasar, still faces various challenges, including limited technological infrastructure, resistance from medical personnel, and unclear regulations. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing RME at Wangaya Regional Hospital from a public administration perspective. The method used is a literature review which summarizes various research in the last five years related to the implementation of RME in hospitals. The research results show that RME has the potential to increase administrative efficiency, transparency and accountability in medical data management, as well as speed up clinical decision making. However, the main challenges are still related to the lack of adequate technological infrastructure and the need for training for medical personnel. Recommended solutions include improving digital infrastructure, providing ongoing training for medical personnel, and strengthening regulations and policies regarding the use of RME. Effective implementation of RME in government hospitals will contribute significantly to improving the quality of health services in Indonesia.

Abstract

Multiple factors connected to the installation and influence of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) on Badung Regency Regional Revenue Agency financial report production prompted this investigation. SIPD should improve financial report preparation efficiency. The procedure should be faster and more accurate using automation and data integration. The Badung Regency Regional Revenue Agency was used to illustrate SIPD implementation locally. The study examines the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Regional Government Information System Application (SIPD) on the Preparation of Financial Reports at the Badung Regency Regional Revenue Agency and the driving and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Study results show that the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) in Improving Regional Financial Reporting at Badung Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, Bali Province, was ineffective. The author's analysis using Duncan's effectiveness theory in Richard M. Steers shows that SIPD has not been able to significantly change the BAPENDA Badung Regency financial report's procedure, socialization, and increasing capability indicators. Therefore, SIPD in BAPENDA Badung Regency is not totally effective. The Badung Regency Financial and Asset Management Agency's Regional Government Information System (SIPD) Implementation to Improve Financial Reports faces other challenges. However, Bali Province's Badung Regency Financial and Asset Management Agency has worked to improve Regional Government Information System implementation.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of understanding the role of the village government in developing the tourism sector in Cemagi Village, as well as identifying what factors played a role in the Badung Regency Government. This research uses a qualitative approach in its implementation and uses a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that the Government plays a role as an entrepreneur and manager of these tourist attractions and through planning and monitoring their development.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the strategic development of tourism undertaken by the Local Government of Baucau Municipality, Timor Leste, with a focus on infrastructure, promotion, destination management, and human resource development. Research methodology: This study uses qualitative methods to collect data through in-depth interviews with local government representatives, tourism industry stakeholders, local communities, and other relevant parties. Additionally, direct observations and document analysis were conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding of the tourism development strategies in the region. Results: The study reveals that the Local Government of Baucau Municipality has implemented several strategies for tourism development. Promotion plays a key role, with the local government using both conventional and social media platforms to enhance the visibility of Baucau’s tourist destinations. Furthermore, human resource development is prioritized with the government providing training and education to improve the quality of service in areas such as customer service, destination management, and tourism business management. This study also highlights the impact of central government budget allocations to the Tourism Department in Baucau, which supports these initiatives. Limitations: The research is limited by the scope of available data, particularly regarding the full impact of tourism initiatives and budget allocations, which may evolve over time. Contribution: This study provides valuable insights into the strategic planning of tourism in Baucau Municipality, emphasizing the importance of a context-specific, comprehensive approach to tourism development. This serves as a reference for future efforts to improve tourism infrastructure, promotion, and human resource management in the region.

Abstract

Kanto Lampo Waterfall is located in Kelod Kangin Hamlet, Beng Village, Gianyar Regency. The development of this tourist attraction can run optimally if there is involvement from several stakeholders who have the ability. The elements that need to be involved in the development of this tourist attraction are elements in the penta helix collaboration concept consisting of elements of government, academia, society, private sector, and mass media. By maximizing the involvement of penta helix elements in the development of Kanto Lampo Waterfall attractions, the development process of this tourist attraction can run optimally. The problem faced in the development of the Kanto Lampo Waterfall tourist attraction is that there has been no involvement of private elements in the development process of the tourist attraction and there has been no continued involvement from all stakeholders involved in the development of the tourist attraction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of stakeholders in the development of Kanto Lampo Waterfall tourism object in Beng Village. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The results of this study show that four of the five elements of the helix have been involved in the development of this tourist attraction, but no involvement has been found from the private element, even though private involvement can help the marketing of this tourist attraction. Training and coaching provided by stakeholders do not have serious sustainability so the knowledge absorbed by the community does not run optimally. The use of social media by the manager of this attraction has not run optimally because of the lack of posts shared by the manager of the attraction.   Keywords: Role; Stakeholders; Penta Helix; Attractions

Abstract

Regional tourism development is a government program that increases regional income. The tourism industry has an important role in the economic growth of the people. Kertalangu Cultural Village is a tourist spot that prioritizes environmental and cultural preservation This village was inaugurated in 2007 and designated as a cultural village based on the Decree of the Mayor of Denpasar No. 25 of 2008. This study aims to determine the obstacles that occur in the development of Kertalangu Village as a cultural village and the impacts arising from the existence of Kertalangu Cultural Village. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection through literature studies and documentation. The results of this study are first, related to obstacles in the development of Kertalangu Cultural Village there are two obstacles, namely less than optimal management management, this can be seen from the lack of promotion of existing activities and facilities, besides that it is necessary to maintain the environment to keep it clean. Another obstacle is the limited budget, this is due to the small income from cultural villages, which requires expensive maintenance costs. Second, related to the impact of the development of Kertalangu Cultural Village, there are three impacts: (1) economic impact, namely the impact on the surrounding community whose land is leased for development,  that it also reduces unemployment of the surrounding community, (2) socio-cultural impact, the development of Kertalangu Cultural Village does not have an impact on the social life of the surrounding community, but has an impact on community culture because Kertalangu Cultural Village holds events certain and carry out art performances, (3) environmental impacts, the development of Kertalangu Cultural Village does not have a negative impact on preserving the surrounding environment, even the community holds a reforestation program in Kertalangu Cultural Village.   Keywords: Constraints; Impacts; Cultural Villages
