Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh model implementasi jembatan analogis pada pemahaman mikroskopis siswa, (2) pengaruh gaya belajar siswa pada pemahaman mikroskopis siswa, dan (3) interaksi model Bridge analogis dan siswa gaya belajar terhadap pemahaman mikroskopis siswa. Ini adalah studi eksperimental semu dengan non setara pre-test post-test desain kelompok kontrol dan 2 x 3 desain analisis faktorial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 206 siswa dari XI IPA di SMAN 2 Praya didistribusikan dalam empat kelompok belajar. Dua kelompok alami utuh dengan kemampuan setara sebelum terpilih sebagai sampel. Mereka dipilih secara acak sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol, maka XI IPA 4 didefinisikan sebagai kelompok eksperimen (perlakuan model Bridge analogis) dan XI IPA 3 didefinisikan sebagai kelompok kontrol (diobati dengan model konvensional). Instrumen penelitian ini adalah mikroskopis pemahaman siswa tes dan angket gaya belajar siswa. Data pemahaman mikroskopis siswa dikumpulkan dari skor tes siswa sedangkan data tentang gaya belajar siswa yang dikumpulkan dari kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kovariannya (ANCOVA) dengan pre-test skor sebagai kovariannya. Semua data diasumsikan normal, linier dan homogen. Beda Nyata Terkecil (LSD) digunakan sebagai analisis Post. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa model Bridge Analogical tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pemahaman mikroskopis siswa (p> 0,05). Gaya belajar siswa, namun secara signifikan mempengaruhi pemahaman mikroskopis siswa (p <0,05). Interaksi model Bridge analogis dan gaya belajar yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi pemahaman mikroskopis siswa (p <0,05). Analisis post menunjukkan bahwa model Bridge Analogical paling baik diterapkan pada kelompok mahasiswa belajar gaya visual.

Abstract

Suriadi dkk., 2012. Biosorben rumput laut Sargassum sp. teraktivasi untuk remediasi tembaga dari limbahpenambangan emas tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan rumput laut Sargassum sp. teraktivasi asam sulfat(biosorben) untuk remediasi tembaga dari limbah penambangan emas tradisional. Biosorben yangdigunakan diperoleh dengan cara merendam Sargasum sp. dalam larutan 0,05 M asam sulfat selama 20 menit.Sampel air limbah diambil dari tiga lokasi penggelondongan yang terdapat di kecamatan Gerung, LombokBarat. Aspek yang dikaji meliputi (1) kandungan spesi temaga, (2) derajat keasaman (pH) air limbah, dan (3)pengaruh variasi pH limbah dan waktu kontak terhadap kemampuan biosorben. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa pH dan kandungan tembaga air limbah dari lokasi 1 adalah pH = 6,99 dan 25,1 ppm;lokasi 2 pH = 7,01 dan 32,8 ppm; lokasi 3 pH = 7,01 dan 26,7 ppm. Sedangkan pada uji kemampuan biosorbenuntuk remediasi Cu pada limbah diperoleh kondisi optimum pada pH = 5 dengan waktu kontak 90 menit.Kata kunci : biosorben teraktivasi asam, remediasi tembagaSuriadi et al., 2012. Seaweed biosorbent Sargassum sp. activated for copper remediation from traditional goldmining waste. This study is aimed to investigate the potential capacity of acid activated seaweed, Sargassum sp., onbiosorption of Cu from traditional gold mining tailings. The biosorbent was developed by activation ofSargassum sp. with 0.05 M of sulfuric acid for 20 minutes. Aspects investigated include concentration of copperspecies, acidity of the tailing and influence of pH and contact time toward capability of the biosorbent. Thewaste samples were obtained from three locations of traditional mining in Gerung District, West Lombok. Theresults show that the wastes contain copper species in average of 28,2 ppm and acidity in the range of 6,99 –7,01. Meanwhile the optimum conditions for remediation of Cu in the wastes were obtained in pH = 5 and 90minutes of contact time.Keywords : acid activated biosorbent, Cu remediation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kelayakan dan kepraktisan pengembangan modul berbasis PAIKEM(Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif dan Menyenangkan) pada materi sistem koloid di SMA Negeri 1 Praya Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 70 siswa kelas XI IPA di SMA Negeri 1 Praya Barat yang terdiri dari  23 siswa XI IPA 1, 25 siswa XI IPA 2 dan 22 siswa kelas XI IPA 3. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi dan lembar praktikalitas. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) modul pembelajaran ini dinyatakan sangat valid berdasarkan perhitungan indeks Aiken rata-rata nilai validasi dari lima validator sebesar 0,88; 2) hasil perhitungan persentase rata-rata praktikalitas setelah penerapan modul pada kelas XI IPA 1 sebesar 88%, XI IPA 2 sebesar 81% dan XI IPA 3 sebesar 91% dengan katagori sangat praktis. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul pembelajran berbasis PAIKEM pada materi sistem koloid layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dikarenakan mendapatkan respon positif dengan katagori “sangat baik” dari siswa kelas XI IPA di SMA Negeri 1 Praya Barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap minat belajar siswa di masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif ex-post facto melibatkan sebanyak 214 atau 60%  siswa keals XI dan XII IPA yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dari polulasi sebanyak 357 siswa di SMAN 1 Kopang dan SMAN 1 Praya Tengah. Pengumpulan data pembelajaran daring dan minat belajar diperoleh dari angket. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran daring dan minat belajar kimia siswa termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan presentase berturut-turut 70,6% dan 71,5%. Dari tiga indikator pembelajaran daring, proses pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap minat belajar dan indikator teknis memberikan pengaruh paling sedikit. Dari hasil analisis menunjukan pembelajaran daring dan minat belajar siswa di masa pandemi Covid-19 memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan meskipun rendah (rxy=0,33). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran daring dapat mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa di masa pandemi Covid-19 meskipun relatif rendah.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to create an E-worksheet product based on discovery learning that will help students improve their decision-making skills and scientific attitudes. This E-worksheet was created using the 4D development methodology, which includes the processes of define, design, develop, and disseminate. Students in class XI science SMAN 6 Mataram served as test subjects for this study. The limited trial is taught in one lesson, while the wide trial is taught in two classes. The ANCOVA test, descriptive percentage techniques, and percentage of agreement were used to analyze the data. The practicality data analysis revealed that teachers and students responded with a percentage of 80 and 86.42 percent, respectively, showing that the E-worksheet evolved in the practical category. The results of the effectiveness test using the ANCOVA test obtained Fcount > Ftable (8.28 > 3.98) on decision-making skills and Fcount > Ftable (6.94 > 3.98) on scientific attitude with a significant level of 5%. The null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, which means that E-worksheet influences discovery learning to improve students' decision-making skills and scientific attitudes in grade-eleventh science students. The E-worksheet based on discovery learning is practical and successful for enhancing students' decision-making skills and scientific attitudes toward grade-eleventh science students, according to the research objectives and findings.

Abstract

This experimental research aims to characterize the complex compound M-curcumin (M=Cu, Co, Ag) based on turmeric (Curcuma longa Linn) rhizome as a candidate for photosensitizer in solar cells. The basic material used for manufacturing the M-curcumin complex compound in this study was curcumin from turmeric rhizome extract added to Cu2+, Co2+, and Ag+ metal ions. The results of the synthesis of the M-curcumin complex were characterized by FTIR and Uv-Vis spectrophotometers. The FTIR spectrophotometer test showed a curcumin compound in the viscous curcumin extract, characterized by an absorption wave number corresponding to the curcumin compound. In the M-curcumin complex, the bond between the metal and the ligand only appears in the Co-curcumin complex at the absorption number of 498.77 cm -1. The results of the UV-Vis spectrophotometer test showed that the maximum wavelength absorption in curcumin extract was 430 nm (abs = 0.688), Cu-Curcumin complex lmax 300 nm (abs = 2.573), Co-curcumin complex lmax 425 nm (abs = 1.067), and complex Ag-Curcumin lmax 430 nm (abs = 1.36). The UV-Vis and FTIR characterization showed that the Co-curcumin complex has good potential compared to the organic compounds (curcumin) and can be used as an alternative photosensitizer in solar cells

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap sikap ilmiah siswa pada materi termokimia di kelas XI MIPA SMAN 3 Mataram. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MIPA SMAN 3 Mataram. Pemilihan atau pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol yang diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran konvensional dan kelas XI IPA 6 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sebagai berikut: (1) angket dan (2) observasi. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji Independent Sample T-test menunjukkan bahwa thitung (2,16) > ttabel (1,67) pada taraf signifikan 5% yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap ilmiah siswa pada materi termokimia kelas XI SMAN 3 Mataram.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility of product development for colloid-based chemistry teaching materials and problem-based learning integrated with Sasambo ethnochemistry to increase students' chemical literacy. This research is part of a development research procedure that adopts the 4-D model, with stages to define, design, develop, and disseminate. Test the suitability of teaching materials using a questionnaire to test content validity and construct validity. And reliability. The content and construct validity analysis technique uses the V index, while the reliability of teaching materials uses the kappa moment coefficient (K). The content and construct validity analysis results showed that the criteria were very valid, with a V index of 91.36% and 90.7%. The reliability analysis results of teaching materials obtained a kappa moment coefficient (K) of 0.88 with a very high reliability category. Based on the validity and reliability values, it is concluded that colloid-based chemistry teaching materials and problem-based learning Sasambo's integrated ethnochemistry are very suitable for learning.

Abstract

This study aims to produce inquiry-based AR media that is feasible, practical, and effective to improve students' critical thinking skills which can ultimately achieve the SDGs goals in the aspect of mutual education. This study uses a 4D model development procedure. The subjects of this study were grade VIII students at one of the Mataram City Junior High Schools consisting of 3 classes. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation sheets and test instruments developed according to critical thinking indicators. Data analysis techniques used Aikens'V for feasibility testing, practicality percentage testing and normalized gain testing to test the hypothesis. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that the Augmented Reality (AR) Media developed was included in the category of feasible and practical for use in science learning and could increase students' interest in learning. AR media supports students in the inquiry learning process. The use of AR media makes it easier for students to learn and provides fun and current things. Learning using AR media facilitates active and creative learning for pupils since it is supported by investigative activities.

Abstract

Science and technology have an important role in facing educational challenges in the 21st century, so that science education, which is part of education, has an important role in preparing students to have scientific literacy. The aim of this research is to determine research trends regarding scientific literacy as a basis for developing ecotourism-based teaching lessons for junior high school students on Lombok Island. The study in writing this article used literature studies or literature reviews from several previous studies published in Scopus indexed journals or proceedings from 2017-2022. The 157 articles obtained were selected into 30 articles. Literature analysis and synthesis was carried out using bibliometric analysis with the VosViewer application. The research results show that a lot of research on scientific literacy has been carried out in Indonesia, and one of the research related to scientific literacy is the development of teaching materials because the development of teaching materials has quite a big influence in increasing students' scientific literacy. However, there is still no research on the development of ecotourism-based teaching materials in increasing students' scientific literacy in Indonesia, so research on this topic is important to do
