Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of technology music learning using a self-study model in class XII Popular Music student of SMK Negeri 7 Padang. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research result shows that implementation of technology music learning goes through three main stages, namely planning, monitoring, and evaluation. Planning is carried out through the preparation of modules and the selection of relevant learning resources. Monitoring is carried out with teacher assistance as well as student independent learning activities through the exploration of Cubase devices. Evaluation is carried out through the assessment of digital music works which include creativity, production techniques, and audio quality. The obstacles found include limited facilities and lack of practice hours at school. Overall, self-study can improve students’ ability in digital music production.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning process of the Talempong Pacik ensemble using audiovisual media in the X grade of the Motorcycle Business Engineering (TBSM) program at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method based on educational phenomenology. The research subjects consist of cultural arts teachers and X grade TBSM students, while the research object is focused on the learning process of the Talempong Pacik ensemble. Data collection techniques were carried out through non-participant observation, in-depth interviews, literature studies, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, classification, and drawing conclusions. Research results show that the use of audiovisual media can increase enthusiasm, understanding of Pacik techniques, and rhythm coordination among students in learning the Talempong Pacik ensemble. Audiovisual media play an effective role as a learning model that helps students understand playing techniques independently, especially under conditions of limited time and a limited number of musical instruments. Phenomenologically, students feel comfortable and find it easier to learn because audiovisual media allow for repeated processes of observation, imitation, and internalization of rhythmic patterns. Thus, learning the Talempong Pacik ensemble using audiovisual media can be an effective alternative learning strategy in the context of music education at vocational schools.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of cultural arts learning in unisono singing material. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by classifying primary and secondary data then systematically compiled until conclusions are drawn.The results showed that the implementation of singing learning unisono was not optimal, due to the lack of teacher mastery of the learning implementation plan (RPP). The lack of understanding of teachers' understanding of unisono singing learning so that students are less guided in carrying out singing practices unisono in grades VII-5. The learning strategy used by teachers is Discovery Learning (The ability of students to search so that they can find their own). However, many of the students have not been able to sing unisono in accordance with the established techniques. Due to the lack of mastery of songs owned by students.

Abstract

Prodi Pendidikan Musik UNP tentu harus mampu memfasilitasi kebutuhan pembelajaran teori musik bagi mahasiswa secara optimal, mengingat perannya yang sangat fundamental. Namun faktanya, Prodi Pendidikan Musik UNP sampai saat ini (tahun kedua berjalan) masih belum memiliki modul pembelajaran teori musik yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran teori musik. Pertimbangan untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran teori musik interaktif dengan memperhatikan gaya hidup mahasiswa saat ini, menjadi kunci bagi penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, tim peneliti menerapkan metode penelitian dan pengembangan model ADDIE karena diyakini efektif untuk digunakan sebagai pengembangan modul pembelajaran interaktif

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru seni budaya (musik) berbasis literasi yang mengedepankan pembelajaran humanistik dengan menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual. Melalui pembelajaran literasi dengan memasukkan unsur kearifan lokal, diharapkan mampu mendorong guru untuk menggunakan strategi pembelajaran kontekstual agar relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi kepustakaan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan seni dan budaya di sekolah menjadi sangat terbatas, salah satunya karena keterbatasan literasi. literasi yang dimaksud dapat dilakukan dengan jalan observasi, selain itu dapat pula dilakukan dengan melakukan aktivitas konkret atas realitas yang dihadapi peserta didik dan hasilnya dipaparkan dalam bentuk tulisan atau karya seni. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif dalam mengimplementasikan strategi pembelajaran khususnya pada mata pelajaran seni dan budaya.
