Abstract

Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam mendukung efisiensi dan kualitas belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), dan Penggunaan AI secara aktual terhadap produktivitas akademik mahasiswa Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Multi Data Palembang menggunakan kerangka Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan kuesioner terstruktur kepada 100 responden mahasiswa aktif. Analisis dilakukan melalui regresi linear berganda yang diperkuat dengan metode robust standard errors dan bootstrap sebagai uji ketahanan model. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa model mampu menjelaskan 78,9% variasi produktivitas akademik (p < 0,001). Secara parsial, PEOU dan Penggunaan AI aktual terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan PU tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa adopsi teknologi di kalangan mahasiswa lebih didorong oleh kepraktisan operasional dibanding persepsi manfaat semata. Implikasi praktisnya, institusi pendidikan disarankan menerapkan strategi integrasi AI berbasis kurikulum literasi digital dengan pelatihan teknis pemanfaatan AI secara kritis guna mencegah ketergantungan akademik yang destruktif.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate user satisfaction with the Customer Service Management System (CSMS) at PT Jaya Abadi Kontrindo using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The CSMS is utilized to support various operational activities, such as purchase requests, payment requests, accounts receivable management, sales order rescheduling, and digital report generation. However, the system still faces several issues, including suboptimal response time, lack of user guidance, and the absence of a specific evaluation of user satisfaction. This study employs a qualitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 50 CSMS users using purposive sampling. The instrument was developed based on the five EUCS dimensions, namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The collected data were analyzed using validity testing, reliability testing, mean-based descriptive analysis, and Spearman correlation analysis. The results show that all questionnaire items are valid and reliable. In addition, all EUCS dimensions fall into the satisfied category, with the highest score in ease of use and the lowest in content. The Spearman correlation results also indicate that all EUCS dimensions have a significant relationship with user satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan (maturity level) layanan Teknologi Informasi pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Pertanahan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menggunakan framework ITIL V4 dengan fokus pada praktik Incident Management dan Problem Management. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pengelolaan aplikasi SIPPLINK dan SILIHAP, seperti gangguan sistem yang berulang, pelaporan insiden yang masih bersifat informal, belum adanya standar operasional prosedur, serta dokumentasi layanan TI yang belum optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, analisis SWOT, analisis fishbone, dan pemetaan RACI. Data penelitian diperoleh dari sembilan responden yang terlibat langsung dalam pengelolaan layanan teknologi informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan pada praktik Incident Management memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 2,49 dan Problem Management sebesar 2,44, yang keduanya berada pada Level 2 (Repeatable but Intuitive). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa proses layanan TI telah berjalan secara berulang dan cukup konsisten, namun implementasinya masih belum sepenuhnya terdokumentasi dan terstandarisasi dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil gap analysis, masih diperlukan peningkatan pada aspek dokumentasi, analisis akar masalah, monitoring layanan, serta penyusunan SOP agar kualitas layanan TI dapat meningkat dan sesuai dengan praktik terbaik ITIL V4.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in personalizing the For You on the Threads app, a text-based social media platform developed by Meta. This study aims to bridge the gap in quantitative and qualitative understanding of how AI algorithms influence users’ content consumption patterns, particularly through adaptive filtering based on search keywords, interactions (likes, reposts), followed accounts, and trends. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing an online Likert-scale questionnaire to 51 active Threads users. Satisfaction levels were analyzed using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method through three main indicators: For You Accuracy (Q1), Interest Relevance (Q2), and Keyword Search Influence (Q3). Reliability test results indicate that the research instrument is reliable with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.836. Demographic analysis revealed that respondents were predominantly young adults aged 18–24. Key findings based on descriptive statistics showed that the keyword search feature in the For You received the highest average score of 3.78, followed by content relevance to personal interests at 3.59, and recommendation accuracy at 3.49. Overall, the Grand Mean score of 3.62 places user satisfaction in the “Satisfied” category, with 62.7% of respondents stating they were satisfied or very satisfied. Correlation analysis reveals a fairly strong positive relationship among indicators, with the highest correlation between For You Accuracy and Interest Alignment ($r = 0.679$). However, user awareness of AI mechanisms remains limited, such as a lack of knowledge regarding the "Dear Algo" feature, which could potentially restrict information diversity. The study concludes that AI-based For You significantly increases engagement and satisfaction, but highlights the need for transparency and better user control through specific topic filter features. These insights are expected to provide strategic guidance for the Threads development team and contribute to broader discussions regarding AI implementation on digital platforms.

Abstract

The use of information technology (IT) in the culinary business sector has become increasingly essential to support service efficiency, transaction accuracy, and operational data security. Nevertheless, many micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) still experience limitations in implementing structured and well-documented IT governance. This study aims to evaluate the governance of IT infrastructure at Ryudon Cafe & Resto, an MSME in the culinary sector, using the COBIT 2019 framework. The evaluation focuses on four selected domains: DSS01 (Manage Operations), DSS02 (Manage Service Requests and Incidents), DSS05 (Manage Security), and BAI09 (Manage Assets). This research adopts a qualitative case study approach, with data collected through observations and interviews. The results indicate that IT operational activities have not been formally documented, service incidents are not systematically recorded, security controls are implemented informally, and IT asset management lacks an official inventory. These conditions suggest potential risks to operational continuity and information security. Based on the findings, several recommendations are proposed, including the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), incident logging mechanisms, formal security policies, and structured IT asset inventories. The study demonstrates that COBIT 2019 can be effectively applied within MSME environments as a practical framework to strengthen IT governance and support sustainable organizational development.

Abstract

PT Roda Prima Perkasa has implemented a fingerprint-based attendance system; however, attendance data management remains suboptimal due to limited integration and manual recapitulation processes. This study aims to design a structured and integrated fingerprint attendance system architecture using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF). Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies of the existing system. The research methodology follows the stages of the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM), including the Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, and Technology Architecture. The results consist of a proposed fingerprint attendance system architecture covering business, application, data, and technology aspects, with centralized data management and the use of an Attendance Management System to support more effective attendance processing.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have encouraged distribution companies to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness through the use of adequate IT infrastructure. PT TVMI is a company engaged in the sales and distribution of Toshiba televisions in Indonesia. Its operational activities—such as inventory management, transaction recording, goods distribution, and after-sales services—require the support of an integrated IT infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the IT infrastructure requirements at PT TVMI and to design recommendations for their implementation with reference to the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. The research methods used include needs analysis, gap analysis, and IT service process mapping based on ITIL domains. The results indicate that PT TVMI must modernize its IT infrastructure through the development of an integrated information system, the improvement of IT service procedures, the strengthening of information security, and the enhancement of IT human resource capabilities. The application of the ITIL framework is expected to improve the effectiveness of distribution operations, minimize system downtime, increase the accuracy of inventory data, and enhance coordination between work units.

Abstract

Strategic planning for information systems and information technology (IS/IT) is a vital process for organizations to achieve business goals amidst global competition and rapid technological advancements. This planning aims to align business strategies with IS/IT development to improve operational efficiency, help better decision making, and create a competitive advantage. This article examines the significance of IS/IT strategic planning using a literature review approach to identify key success factors, such as business needs analysis, evaluation of existing technological capabilities, and innovation-driven strategy execution. The findings reveal that organizations effectively implementing IS/IT strategic planning can adapt to market changes and leverage technology as a key driver of business success. This article provides practical insights for stakeholders to design integrated and sustainable IS/IT strategic plans.

Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of information technology infrastructure in supporting business continuity of e-commerce platforms, focusing on risk management, security, and performance optimization aspects. Using a qualitative methodology with a case study approach, this research integrates COBIT and ITIL frameworks to evaluate IT infrastructure management effectiveness. The results show that the e-commerce platform has achieved 99.95% availability with an average response time of 180ms for standard transactions. The implementation of hybrid cloud-based microservices architecture provides optimal flexibility and scalability in handling demand fluctuations up to 400% from baseline load. Security analysis reveals the effectiveness of zero-trust architecture implementation with a threat detection rate of 98.5%. The integration of COBIT and ITIL frameworks resulted in a 47% increase in IT governance effectiveness, with the DSS domain achieving the highest maturity score of 4.5. This research recommends strategic development including migration to cloud-native architecture, implementation of AI/ML for resource optimization, and strengthening security capabilities through advanced threat detection.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat mendorong organisasi kemanusiaan seperti Palang Merah Indonesia untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan responsivitas layanan. Namun, di Unit Donor Darah PMI Kota Palembang, pemanfaatan SI/TI masih bersifat operasional dan belum terintegrasi dengan strategi organisasi secara menyeluruh. Hal ini menyebabkan kesenjangan antara kebutuhan bisnis dan dukungan teknologi yang tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang selaras dengan visi dan misi organisasi menggunakan pendekatan metodologi Ward and Peppard. Analisis dilakukan melalui PESTEL, SWOT, Value Chain, dan Critical Success Factors, yang menghasilkan usulan portofolio aplikasi masa depan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kinerja layanan kemanusiaan di era digital, sekaligus menjadi acuan strategis bagi pengembangan SI/TI di PMI Kota Palembang.
